Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and its security on different kinds of atomization with mucosolvan and chymotrypsin in treating neonatal pneumonia.Methods Seventy-eight neonates who were diagnosed as neonatal pneumonia were divided into treatment group (n =39) and control group (n =39) by random number table method from Jul 2011 to Aug 2013 in our hospital.The control group was treated with chymotrypsin atomization,and the treatment group was treated with compression atomizing to inhale mucosolvan.The treatment effects of two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group after treatment for 24 h,48 h,72 h,the treatment group had more significant increasing in PaO2,more decreasing in PaCO2 and more significant improvement in oxygenation index.There were statistical significances between the two groups(P ＜ 0.01).The treatment group spent shorter time in remission of symptoms,disappear of signs and hospital stay than that of the control group(P ＜ 0.05).In the treatment group,25 cases were markedly improved,9 cases were effective,5 cases were invalid.The effective rate was 87.2％.In the control group,14 cases were markedly effective,6 cases were effective,19 cases were invalid.The effective rate was 51.3％.The effective rate was significant difference between the two groups (P ＜ 0.01).The adverse drug reactions were not found in the process of treatment for two groups.Conclusion Mucosolvan atomizing inhalation has a better treatment effect than chymotrypsin.It can shorten the course of treatment,and is worth promoting the application.

Objective To explore the effect of different doses remifentanil on hyperalgesia and the analgesic effect of gynecological laparoscopic operation.Methods Ninety gynecologic laparoscopic operation patients were divided into A group,B group and C group by random digits table method with 30 cases each.The anesthesia induction in A group and B group was intravenous injection remifentanil 1.5 μ g/kg,propofol 2 mg/kg,cisatracurium 0.2 mg/kg,and in C group was intravenous injection fentanyl 3 μ g/kg,propofol 2 mg/kg,cisatracurium 0.2 mg/kg.The maintenance of anesthesia in A group was infusion of remifentanil 0.3 μ g/ (kg· min),in B group was infusion of remifentanil 0.2 μ g/ (kg· min),and in C group was infusion of fentanyl 2 μ g/kg.The operation time,anesthesia time,time to extubation,intraoperative doses of propofol and remifentanil (A group and B group) were recorded.The visual analogue score (VAS) before operation and 15,30,60,120,240 min after extubation were recorded.The analgesia time,number of analgesia and adverse reaction after extubation were observed.Results There were no statistical differences in operation time and anesthesia time among 3 groups (P ＞ 0.05).The extubation time in A group and B group was significantly shorter than that in C group:(5.9 ± 2.7) and (6.1 ± 2.3) min vs.(9.6 ± 3.3) min,the dose of propofol in A group was significantly lower than that in B group and C group:(461.3 ± 69.7) mg vs.(543.4 ± 101.9) and (552.5 ± 93.8) ng,the dose of remifentanil in A group was significantly higher than that in B group:(1.12 ± 0.33) mg vs.(0.71 ± 0.1 l) mg,there were statistical differences (P＜ 0.05).The VAS 15,30,60,120,240 min after extubation in 3 groups were significantly higher than those before operation,A group:(7.3 ± 1.2),(7.4 ± 1.3),(6.5 ± 0.8),(4.5 ± 0.6),(4.1 ± 0.3) scores vs.(1.2 ± 0.3) scores,B group:(6.4 ± 1.5),(6.6 ± 1.1),(5.3 ± 0.4),(4.6 ± 0.3),(4.0 ± 0.4) scores vs.(1.5 ± 0.4) scores,C group:(3.4 ± 0.5),(4.2 ± 0.8),(4.1 ± 0.6),(3.8 ± 0.7),(3.8 ± 0.6) scores vs.(1.4 ± 0.2) scores,there were statistical differences (P ＜ 0.05).The VAS 15,30,60 min after extubation in A group were significantly higher than those in B group,and the VAS 15,30,60,120 min after extubation in A group and B group were significantly higher than those in C group,there were statistical differences (P ＜ 0.05).There was no statistical difference in VAS 240 min after extubation among 3 groups (P ＞ 0.05).The number of analgesia in A group,B group and C group were 28,29 and 3 cases,and the analgesia time were (16.1 ± 4.6),(17.9 ± 5.8) and (68.5 ± 10.l) min,there were statistical differences (P＜ 0.05),there were no statistical differences between A group and B group (P＞ 0.05),and there were statistical difference between A group,B group and C group (P ＜ 0.05).There was no statistical difference in adverse reaction among 3 groups (P ＞ 0.05),and there was no respiratory depression in 3 groups.Conclusion The degree of hyperalgesia is related to the dose of remifentanil during gynecologic laparoscopic operation.

Objective To explore the mediating effect of cognitive emotion regulation strategies between emotional intelligence and loneliness. Methods 542 university students were surveyed by the Chinese version of Cognitive Emotion Regulation Questionnaire ( CERQ) ,the Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire and UCLA Loneli?ness Scale,and the correlation analysis was conducted by using SPSS17.0. The path model was set up and its path analysis was conducted by using AMOS17. 0. Results Positive cognitive emotion regulation strategies ( 28. 64 ± 5.90) were positively correlated with emotional intelligence(2.38±0.27, r=0.346, P<0.05) and negatively correla?ted with loneliness(42.29±7.88, r=0.301, P<0.05);Path analysis showed that the estimates of indirect and direct effects support the hypothesis respectively(P<0.05). Conclusion Positive cognitive emotion regulation strategies serve as partial mediators between emotional intelligence and loneliness.

Objective To compare the thickness of the retina and its sublayers between young and elderly rats using a stereological method. Methods Six young(3 months old) and six elderly(2 year old) LongEvans rats were used in this study.The right eyeball was dissected from each rat and prepared as a set of serial sagittal sections and applied with HE staining.The sections and fields were sampled in the systematic random fashion and examined under a light microscope.The thickness of the whole retina and its 8 sublayers were identified and measured. Results Compared with that of the young rats,the thickness of the whole retina and most of the sublayers of the elderly rats were significantly decreased.The decrease was such so that the proportion of the thickness of each sublayer to that of the whole retina remained unchanged.Most interestingly,among the 8 sublayers of the retina,the thickness of the exterior plexus layer reduced nearly 46.2% during aging process.Conclusion Aging has a significant effect on the thickness of the rat retina.Such effect is better presented with the systematic random sampling method.

Objective To explore the effect of xuezhikang on blood lipids,vascular endothelial function and redox balance in patients with carotid atherosclerosis.Methods A total of 108 inpatients with carotid atherosclerosis in cardiology department were randomly divided into two groups:xuezhikang group (n = 54) and cholestyramin group (n= 54).Before and after treatment,the levels of total cholesterol (TC),triglyceride (TG),low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C),nitric oxide (NO),endothelin-1 (ET-1),reduced glutathione (GSH) and oxidized glutathione (GSSG) of all patients were measured.The GSH/GSSG as redox potentials were calculated according to Nernst equation.Results After 12 weeks of treatment,the levels of blood lipids were lower than before treatment in xuezhikang group [TC:(3.94±1.36) mmol/L vs.(5.68±1.47) mmol/L;LDL-C:(2.28±1.11) mmol/L vs.(3.43±1.36) mmol/L;TG:(1.54±0.59) mmol/L vs.(1.73±0.66)mmol/L;t=3.915,4.160,2.187;P<0.01,0.01,0.05,respectively],and the levels of blood lipids also decreased in cholestyramin group [TC:(4.15 ± 1.29) mmol/L vs.(5.73 ± 1.52)mmol/L;LDLC:(2.56± 1.06) mmol/L vs.(3.37± 1.35) mmol/L;TG:(1.69±0.57) mmol/L vs.(1.72±0.67) mmol/L;t=3.760,4.035,1.893;P<0.01,0.01,>0.05,respectively].In xuezhikang group,ET-1,GSSG and GSSG/GSH ratios decreased significantly [(121.71 + 59.11) ng/L vs.(154.43±63.06) ng/L;(30.42± 1.59) μmol/L vs.(33.93±1.74) μ mol/L;-146.1±4.4vs.-142.3±4.3;t=2.168,2.325,4.168;P<0.05,0.05,0.01,respectively],and NO,NO/ET-1 ratios,GSH and GSH/GSSG increased significantly [(64.40 ± 18.86) μmol/L vs.(48.41 ±16.53) μmol/L;(0.54±0.19) vs.(0.33±0.16);(321.27±56.47) μmol/L vs.(286.11±38.23)μmol/L;(10.56±1.70) vs.(8.65±1.18);t=3.725,3.987,3.894,4.168;all P<0.01].Conclusions For patients with carotid atherosclerosis,both xuezhikang and cholestyramin could lower blood lipids efficiently,but only xuezhikang could protect vascular endothelial function partly,and makes plasma redox imbalance shift the balance.

ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical effect of EaLeSu on cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN Ⅱ~Ⅲ)patients with HPV infection treated with loop electrosurgical excision procedure(LEEP). Methods 165 cases of CIN Ⅱ~Ⅲpatients with HPV infection who underwent LEEP operation were randomly divided into observation group(n=83)and control group(n=82). In the observation group,patients were given a piece of EaLeSu in cervical wound at once in postoperative and two vaginal EaLeSu per day from the first postoperative day for eight consecutive days. The patients in the control group were treated with routine debridement and wound dressing with iodine. We observed the vaginal drainage times within 4 weeks after operative,bleeding rate,cervical wound repair,and cervical HPV DNA infection after 6 months. Results There were significant differences in the bleeding rate,vaginal drainage time,cervical wound repair and HPV DNA infection between the two groups(P < 0.05). Conclusion EaLeSu showed a definite effect on cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN Ⅱ~Ⅲ)patients with HPV infection treated with LEEP.

ObjectiveTo explore the correlations of university students'love style,dysfunctional attitude,and love satisfaction and life satisfaction.MethodsA total of 552 college students were assessed with relationship assessment scale(RAS),dysfunctional attitude scale(DAS),loving style scale(LSS) and life satisfaction index-A (LSIA).Results ( 1 ) The score of RAS of erotic loving style was ( 27.85 ± 4.624 ) significantly higher than the counterparts of the ludus loving style,which was (23.89 ± 4.061 ) (P ＜ 0.01 ).(2) There were significantly positive correlations among eros loving style,storge loving style,agape loving style,pragma loving style,life satisfaction and loving satisfaction,and negative correlations among Ludus loving style,dysfunctional attitude and loving satisfaction.(3)Loving satisfaction could be significantly predicted by dysfunctional attitude,eros loving style,ludus loving style,pragma loving style and storge loving style.ConclusionsLoving style and dysfunctional attitude can significantly predict loving satisfaction.

Objective To evaluate the effect of intensity-modulated radiation therapy(IMRT) on parotid function in nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC). Methods Eighty-three NPC patients received prima-ry IMRT between 2001 and 2003. Xerostomia before radiotherapy, at the end of radiotherapy, at 6-month, 1-,2-,3-,4- and 5-year after radiotherapy were investigated, respectively. The relation between xerostomia and parotid dose distribution was analyzed. Results Of all the patients,4,31,31 and 17 had stage Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ and ⅣA disease, respectively. Sixteen patients received chemo-radiotherapy. The median followed-up time was 65 months. The 5-year local control and regional control rate were 96% and 95% ,respectively. The 5-year overall survival rate was 80%. The mild xerostomia rate at the seven time points was 42%, 51%, 71%, 77%, 58%, 38% and 26%. The corresponding moderate xerostomia rate was 52%, 53%, 21%,8%, 3%, 2% and 2%, respectively. No serious xerostomia was observed. The mean dose of the bilateral parotid glands was 34.34 Gy. Xerostomia at 6-month after radiotherapy was positively correlated with the mean dose of the parotid glands, and D50 was the independent factor in predicting the xerostomia. Parotid function was well protected when the mean dose and D50 were no more than 33 Gy and 29 Gy,respectively. Conclusions IMRT can improve the local-regional control of NPC and protect the parotid glands from radiation-induced in-jury.

Objective To evaluate the long-term efficaey of radiotherapy (RT) alone for nasopharyngnal eareinoma(NPC). Methods 934 NPC patients initially treated by conventional RT alone in 1999 were reviewed retrespeetively, including 676 males and 258 females. According to 92' Fuzhou staging system,there were 35 stage Ⅰ,215 stage Ⅱ ,488 stage Ⅲ and 196 stage Ⅳ diseases. All patients were treated by conventional RT alone with two opposing parallel faeio-eervical fields. The total dose delivered to the nasopharynx was 66-88 Gy. The dose to the cervical lymph nodes was 60-70 Gy, while the prophylactic dose to the neck was 50-56 Gy. Results The median follow-up was 67.1 months. The 5- and 8-year overall survival(OS), disease-free sutural, relapse-free survival and metastasis-free survival rates were 68.30%, 67.3% ,64.4% ,72.4% ,and 48.0% ,66.6% ,50.8% ,68.0% (χ2=49.74, P=0.000), respectively. For stage N1patients,the 5-and 8-year overall survival(OS) ,disease-free survival ,relapse-free survival and metastasis-free survival rates were significantly lower than those of stage NO patients [66.0% : 77.4% and 50.3%:59.8%(χ2=33.34,P=0.000);66.8%:76.1% and 66.1%:76.1%(χ2=29.08,P=0.000); 63.4%:72.9% and 48.9% : 58.7% (χ227.65,P=0.000);71.0%:80.8% and 63.4%:68.0%(χ2=26.13,P=0.000)]. And the corresponding rates of stage N<1-2>were significantly higher than stage N3,while no statistical difference was observed between stage N1 and N2. Multivariate analysis showed that sex, age, pathology,T stage and N stage were independent prognisitie factors for OS. Conclusions Radical RT alone could obtain good long-term results in early stage NPC. Tlowever,OS for local-regionally advanced stage NPC was still unsatisfactory because of the high relapse and metastatic rate. Clinical stage and N stage were valuable prognostic factors.
