1.Analysis of the current situation of clinical nursing ward rounds
Chinese Journal of Hospital Administration 1996;0(02):-
The paper first sums up the types of clinical nursing ward rounds and points out that at present two types play a dominant role in China, viz. the problem-based nursing ward round and the nursing procedure-oriented nursing ward round. Then it expounds the goal of clinical nursing ward rounds, introduces the forms, participants, and schedules of nursing ward rounds, and analyzes the major problems that currently exist in this aspect. The paper argues that it is imperative for the hospital to reinforce the management of nursing ward rounds and ensure that they are well planned and prepared and highly standardized and focused so as to improve their quality.

Physiology runs through and reflects the perspectives materialist dialectics. The law of the unity of opposites, qualitative and quantitative changes, double negation have been reflected in the physiology and necessity and contingency, essence and phenomenon have been in contact with physiology. To combine physiology teaching with materialist dialectics used in practical teaching, enables students to learn, understand and master the physiological knowledge and cultivate their dialectical thinking ability.

Objective To address the clinical features of the overlap of polymyositis (PM) and primary biliary cirrhosis (PBC),as well as its similarities to and differences from PBC/nPM patients. Methods Medical charts of 10 cases of PBC/PM inpatients admitted to Peking Union Medical College Hospital (PUMCH) from October 1989 to October 2009 were systemically reviewed. Two hundred and twenty-three cases were included as controls from the database of PBC patients in PUMCH at the same period by the statistic methods of t test,x2 test or Fisher exact test. Results ① Ten (2.67%) PBC patients had concurrent PM.② Male/Female ratio in PBC/PM group was 3/7 and the age at diagnosis was (54±8) years. No significant differences between the two groupsin these data (P>0.05).③ Clinical features and laboratory findings of PBC/PM included: cardiomyopathy in 4 cases, respiratory muscle involvement in 2 cases, level A of Child-Pugh classification in 9 cases, level C in 1 case, positive antinuclear antibody in 10 cases, positive anti-mitochondrial antibody in 10 cases, positive M2 subtype in 7 cases, elevated erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR)in 9 cases.④ The significant difference between the two groups was ESR (P=0.047).Conclusion The concurrence of PBC and PM is not rare, and the inflammation of PBC/PM is likely more prominent than PBC/nPM.

Objective To attempt using the synthetic poly-peptides in the carboxyl terminal of gp210 antigen as the substrate for anti-gp210 antibody detection and search for a simple assay method of detecting anti-gp210 antibody. Methods The enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) method for anti-gp210 antibody detection was set-up by chessboard test. Anti-gp210 antibody was tested in the serum of both patients with primary biliary cirrhosis (PBC) and the control group by ELISA and immuno-blotting. Results The working concentration of gp210's antigen was 5 μg/ml. The optical density higher than 0.61 (x+3s) was designated as the positive cutoff of anti-gp210 antibody. There was no statistical difference between the two assays (P=0.617). And there was very strongly positive correlation between them (P=0.000, r=0.868). Conclusion The sensitivity and specificity are basically consistent between the assays using synthetic poly-peptides of gp210 antigen and native antigen as the detecting substrates. The former substrate is preferred to be used for the testing of anti-gp210 antibody in clinical laboratories.

Journal of Chinese Physician 2001;0(10):-
Objective To study the inhibitory effects of wild-type p53 on gastric cancer cell lines BGC-7901 and to explore the importance of wild-type p53 in gene therapy for gastric cancer. Methods Adenoviral vector with exogenous wild-type p53 gene was transfected into the gastric cancer cell line BGC-7901 which harbours a mutation in codon 204 of the p53 gene. The transfer efficiency and expression effect of p53 were examined by immunohistochemistry and in situ hybridization. The growth of BGC-7901 cells in vitro was determined by cell counting and MTT assay. Flow cytometric analysis was used for observing cell cycle. Results Transfer efficiency reached 100% in BGC-7901 cells when adenovirus infection ability was over 100MOI. 3 days after transfection, the introduction of exogenous wild-type p53 into the tumor cells resulted in decreased expression of the protein of mutant p53 and increased level of mRNA of wild-type p53 gene. The growth of the BGC-7901 cells was significantly slower after transfection with wild-type p53 gene than that before transfection. The percentage of G 1/G 0 phase of the cells with exogenous wild-type p53 gene was much higher than that of the cells without exogenous wild-type p53 gene.It was 56 47% and 79 40% respectively(P

Journal of Practical Radiology 1992;0(11):-
Objective To assess the cerebral CT findings and clinical correlation in eclampsia. Methods Cranial CT scan was performed in 18 patients with eclampsia,3 cases underwent contrast-enhanced CT.Eight of them followed-up by CT scan. Results 14 cases had extensive low-density lesions represented cerebral edema involving the subcortical white matter in cerebrum with predominance in the occipital lobes, the frontal and parietal lobes also involved.4 cases appeared as small low-density foci in the brain,2 cases accompanied with multiple small intracranial hemorrhage. Conclusion CT scan is a good method in showing the cerebral lesions in patients with eclampsia, which can early find the lesions and can be used for follow-up.

Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2013;19(2):177-179
Objective To explore the effect of simple pelvic floor vibration therapy combined with pelvic floor muscle training on patients with stress urinary incontinence (SUI). Methods 72 women with SUI were divided into control group (n=36) and treatment group (n=36). The control group received pelvic floor muscle training, and the treatment group received pelvic floor vibration therapy in addition.Their incontinence quality of life (I-QOL) and urodynamic indexes were assessed. Results 8 weeks after treatment, the score of I-QOL and urodynamic indexes significantly improved in both groups (P<0.001), and were better in the treatment group than in the control group (P<0.001), as well as the effective rate (P<0.05). Conclusion Simple pelvic floor vibration therapy combined with pelvic floor muscle training is effective on patients with SUI.

Glaucoma is an irreversible cause of blindness, and it does serious harm to visual functions.Symptoms of glaucoma, visual impairment,a variety of symptomatic treatment and adverse reactions of drugs result in great obstacles and reduce quality of life.Preventive treatment intervenes glaucoma at an early stage by providing patients with guidance on therapies, diet and daily life, which are effective and may effectively improve their quality of life.
