OBJECTIVE:To study the chemical constituents of Sedum lineare. METHODS:Silica gel column chromatogra-phy,TLC and crystallization were adopted to isolate the chemical constituents of S. lineare. And chemical structures were analyzed and identified based on physicochemical properties and spectral data of compounds. RESULTS:A total of 6 sterols and 2 triterpe-noids were isolated from petroleum ether fraction of S. lineare, which were identified as stigmaster-5-ene-3β-ol-7-one(1),stigmas-ter-5-ene-3β,7α-diol(2),daucosterol(3),daucosterol palmitate(4),β-sitosterol(5),stigmaster-7-ene-3β-ol(6),δ-amyrin(7),andδ-amyrone(8)respectively. CONCLUSIONS:Compounds 3,4 and 7 are isolated from S. lineare for the first time, and compound 4 is isolated from genus S.lineare for the first time. The study has laid certain foundation for the quality evaluation of S. lineare.

OBJECTIVE To explore the relationship between intubation of general anesthesia and lower respiratory tract infection.METHODS Totally 947 cases were divided into bronchial intubation group(groupⅠ,541 cases) and(tracheal) intubation group(groupⅡ,406 cases) for a retrospective analysis about lower respiratory tract(infection). The(sputum) samples of(infected) patients were took germiculture and antibiotic susceptibility.RESULTS There were 26 cases arisen lower respiratory tract infection in group Ⅰ and there were 18 in group Ⅱ.The(incidence) was 4.81% and 4.43%,respectively.86.36% pathogens of sputum samples were non-zymophytes,it was a direct proportion between high(antimicrobial) resistance rate and lower respiratory tract infection rate. The infection rate of 60-70 years old and under 49 years patients was 9.56% and 2.04%,respectively.The infection rate of(patients) undergoing anesthesia less 3h and over 3h was 3.26% and 6.14%,respectively,with significant(differences)(P

ObjectiveThis study was to explore the feasibility of using the orthogonal plane dose formed by the coronal and sagittal plane to verify the volumetric modulated arc therapy (VMAT) plan.MethodsThe VMAT plans of 12 patients were included in this study. The orthogonal plane dose formed by the coronal and sagittal plane were measured based on the combination of 2D ionization chamber array and multicube phantom, and the point dose were measured based on a multiple hole cylindrical phantom attached with two 0.125 cm3 ionization chamber probes.ResultsIn the measurement of the point dose, the average error was 1.5% in high dose area ( more than 80% of maximum),and 1.7% in low dose area ( less than 80% of maximum),respectively. The discrepancy of point dose measurement was 1.3% between the 2D ionization chamber array and the VMAT planning system. In the measurement of the orthogonal plane dose, the pass rate of γ were 93.7% for 2%/2 mm and 97.2% for 3%/3 mm.ConclusionIt is reliable for using the orthogonal plane dose formed by the coronal and sagittal plane to verify the VMAT plan.

Objective To establish the pyrogen removing effect of activated carbon in the technics of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) injections. Methods The content of bacterial endotoxin concentration was detected by kinetic turdimetric assay to evaluate the effect of removing pyrogen before and after using activated carbon in concentrated solution of TCM injection. Results The activated carbon adsorption rate of Shuanghuanglian concentrated solution≥70%and the activated carbon adsorption rate of Danshen concentrated solution>95%. Conclusion Pyrogen manufacturing process is scientific and rational by adding activated carbon adsorption in powder injection of TCM. The bacterial endotoxin of large doses can't be removed fully by activated carbon adsorption.

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy, recurrent risk factors and transferable ratio of treatments with 3 different regiments on children with systematic myasthenia gravis (MG).Methods:The data of 104 children with ocular MG from June 2010 to March 2014 were collected from Department of Pediatric Neurology of Xiangya Hospital and they were retrospectively studied. The patients were divided into 3 groups:a methylprednisolone group (n=44),a prednisone group (n=48) and a bromine pyridostigmine group (n=12).Evaluative system from American MG foundation was used to evaluate the efficacy of treatment and the ratio of ocular MG transformed into systematic MG.Results:The efficacy in the methylprednisolone group was better than that in the prednisone group, and both of them were better than that in the bromine pyridostigmine group (both P<0.05).Methylprednisolone,prednisone combined with bromine pyridostigmine could reach a better long-term efficacy in children with ocular MG.Early treatment with glucocorticoid could reduce clinical relapse. Conclusion:A treatment with high-dose methylprednisolone pulse can improve early clinical remission in children with ocular MG.However, there is a similar efficacy in the long run of different glucocorticoid therapeutic regiments.A relatively order onset age, infection and thyroid dysfunction are recurrent risk factors in children with ocular MG.

Objective To explore the improvement of cognitive impairment in patients with mild and moderate vascular cognitive impairment( VCI) treated with cerebralcare granule ( CG) and basic treat-ment.Methods From October in 2014 to December in 2016 year,143 cases of VCI patients were admitted from six hospitals in some areas of Hebei Province as the research objects, and divided into CG treatment group (experimental group,n=98) and conventional treatment group (control group,n=66).Three months and six months after treatment, the score of mental state examination ( MMSE) ,the Montreal cognitive assess-ment scale ( MoCA) and the daily living capacity scale( ADL) of the two groups were compared after 3 and 6 moths of treatment. Results ①The total score of MMSE in the experimental group was higher than that of the control group for six months after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant ( ( 23. 76 ± 4.02) vs (21.52±5.13),P<0.05).②Six months after treatment, the total score of MoCA ((21.06±4.66) vs (18.32±5.20)) and visual spatial/executive function((3.05±1.37) vs (2.42±1.66)),calculation force ((2.24±0.84) vs (1.83±1.05)) and orientation ability((5.20±1.12) vs (4.06±1.35)) scores in the ex-perimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05) .③Six months after treat-ment,the ADL score in the experimental group was lower than that before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant((24.96±8.74) vs (29.20±11.55),P<0.05);while there was no significant difference in the ADL score between the experimental group and the control group after 6 months (P>0.05).Conclusion CG can improve cognitive function in mild to moderate VCI patients, mainly in visual space/execution func-tion,calculation ability and orientation ability, and with the extension of treatment time, the curative effect is more obvious.
