Objective To explore the response inhibition ability of oppositional defiant disorder symptoms children. Methods Subjects were 27 oppositional defiant disorder symptoms children and 27 normal children. They were asked to complete the stop signal task,go/no go task and the Simon task. Results The delay time of stop reaction (SOA,(260.27 ±69.12)ms) and go reaction time( (554.31 ±55. 81 )ms)of the oppositional defiant disorder symptoms children were shorter than the control group, the difference was significant (P＜0. 05). However,the stop reaction and interference control ability were no significant difference between these two groups. Conclusion Oppositional Defiant Disorder symptoms children's poor prepotent response inhibition ability is cognitive mechanism of their impulsive behaviors.

Objective:To calculate the health efficiency of government health expenditures in 1990 , 2000 and 2010 and analyze its determinants. Methods:To calculate the health efficiency of government health expenditures and analyze its determinants by using the DEA-Tobit model. Results:Health efficiency of government health expenditures has been increasing gradually;the same provinces are found to be on the productive frontier, but the provinces off the frontier are different;eastern provinces have a higher efficiency than those in the middle and western regions. Fiscal decentralization has a significant negative impact on health efficiency. Conclusion:The current Chinese fiscal decen-tralization system reform is important to improve the health efficiency of government health expenditures.

OBJECTIVE:To develop an HPLC method for the determination of Baicalin in Xiaoyan Qingre capsules.METHODS:The separation of sample was performed on Thermo ODS-2 Hypersil(150 mm?4.6 mm,5 ?m).The mobile phase was methanol-0.1% phosphoric acid(43∶57).The detection wavelength was 277 nm,and the temperature of column was 30 ℃.RESULTS:The linear range of Baicalin was 0.217 8～3.267 0 ?g(r=0.999 9).The average recovery was 100.73%(RSD=2.23%,n=6).CONCLUSION:The method is sensitive,accurate,reproducible,and suitable for the qual-ity control of Xiaoyan qingre capsule.

Authors described the patterns,core measures and mechanisms of coordinated care delivery in the localities and analyzed initial outcomes of this practice.It is found that such practice has optimized distribution of regional healthcare resources,implemented first visit to primary institutions, and the care delivery to separate emergency from outpatient service.In addition,the paper analyzed problems found in localities in terms of policy,public hospitals and primary institutions,and proposed elements required for coordinated care delivery system to succeed,such as enhanced policy support, enhanced multi-departmental coordination,and public hospital reform to explore feasible approaches.

This paper summarized practices and experiences of other countries in coordinated care delivery system building,and described the care delivery systems used in various healthcare fundraising patterns.It is found that most countries have defined duties and service coverage of healthcare institutions at all the levels and measures to ensure rational patient flow.In the end,the paper concluded found experiences of these countries and inspirations for China.

Objective To evaluate the effects of hydrogen-rich saline on Toll-like receptor 4 (TLR4)/myeloid differentiation factor 88 (MyD88) pathway in rats with endotoxin-induced acute lung injury (ALI).Methods Forty pathogen-free male Sprague-Dawley rats,aged 3 months,weighing 250-300 g,were randomly divided into 4 groups (n =10 each) using a random number table:control group (group C);ALI group;hydrogen-rich saline group (group H);ALI + hydrogen-rich saline group (ALI + H group).ALI was induced by intratracheal instillation of lipopolysaccharide (LPS) 5 mg/kg.At 1 and 6 h after LPS instillation,0.6 mmol/L hydrogen-rich saline 10 ml/kg was injected intraperitoneally in H2 and ALI + H2 groups,while the equal volume of normal saline was given in the other two groups.At 12 h after LPS instillation,bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) was collected for determination of the concentrations of tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-α),interleukin-1beta (IL-1β) and IL-6 by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.The animals were then sacrificed,and lungs were removed for examination of the pathological changes which were scored and for determination of wet to dry lung weight ratio (W/D ratio),and expression of TLR4,MyD88 and nuclear factor kappa B (NF-κB) (by Western blot).Results Compared with group C,the concentrations of TNF-α,IL-1β and IL-6 in BALF,lung injury score and W/D ratio were significantly increased,and the expression of TLR4,MyD88 and NF-κB was up-regulated in ALI and ALl + Hgroups (P＜0.05).Compared with group ALI,the concentrations of TNF-α,IL-1β and IL-6 in BALF,lung injury score and W/D ratio were significantly decreased,and the expression of TLR4,MyD88 and NF-κB was down-regulated in ALI + H group (P＜0.05).Conclusion Hydrogen-rich saline can reduce endotoxin-induced ALI through inhibiting TLR4/MyD88 signaling pathway in the lung tissues of rats.

Objective To investigate the expressions of epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR), cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) and P63 protein in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and their relationship with TNM staging and lymph node metastasis of NSCLC. Methods Seventy-eight paraffin-embedded specimens of NSCLC from 1998-2005 were collected in this study. Inclusion criteria included no chemotherapy or radiotherapy before operation. Pathological diagnosis was made after operation: 43 squamous carcinoma and 35 adenocarcinoma, 45 with lymph node metastasis and 33 without, 13 in stage Ⅰ, 19 in stage Ⅱ, 28 in stage Ⅲ and 18 in stage Ⅳ. The expressions of EGFR, COX-2 and P63 were determined by immunohistochemical staining (S-P). Results The expression rates of EGFR, COX-2 and P63 were 65.4% (51/78), 61.5% (48/78) and 56.4% (44/78) respectively in 78 cases of NSCLC. Significant difference in the expressions of COX-2 and P63 was found between squamous carcinoma and adenocarcinoma (P0.05). The positive rate of EGFR and COX-2 protein expressions in NSCLC of stage Ⅲ-Ⅳ and NSCLC with lymph node metastasis was significantly higher than that in stage Ⅰ-Ⅱ and NSCLC without lymph node metastasis (P0.05). Conclusion Over-expressions of EGFR and COX-2 may play an important role in invasion and metastasis of NSCLC. COX-2 and P63 may be valuable markers in differentiating pulmonary squamous cell carcinoma from pulmonary adenocarcinoma.

UNLABELLEDTo evaluate the effects of preadjusted bracket base shape, the morphology of tooth surface where bracket locates, and the suitability relevant to location of bracket on the preadjusted edgewise appliance technique. 1 vertical curve and 3 horizontal curves of the clinical crown surface of anterior teeth and bicuspid teeth were measured with the precise contour instrument on the 60 plaster models of the subjects who have normal occlusion in Sichuan province. It was found that variation of identical curve exists at the different heights between the teeth and between the individuals; the surface of the central zone of tooth-crown gradually protrudes from incisors to bicuspid teeth in the vertical direction, and the mesial contour of cuspid is more prominent than the distal in the horizontal direction.

CONCLUSIONThe 4 mm X 3 mm contour of the vestibular central zone of identical tooth-crown in different individuals is fairly stable; it is suitable for the location of preadjusted brackets. The vertical shifts of brackets could change the preadjusted torque value and the design of cuspid bracket should have the distinction between mesial and distal shape.

Objective To investigate the clinical curative effects and side effects of concurrent radiotherapy combined with interventional artery infusion chemotherapy in advanced cervical carcinoma.Methods 48 patients with advanced cervical carcinoma were randomly divided into two groups including concurrent radiotherapy combied with interventional artery.infusion ehemotherapy group (25 patients) and radiotherapy group (23 patients).Each patient in the concurrent radiotherapy combined with interventional artery infusion chemotherapy group was given THP,DDP and 5-Fu,repeatedly every 28 days,total 3-4 cycles.Radiotherapy was given at the same time.Results The effective rates of the concurrent radiotherapy combined with interventional artery infusion chemotherapy group and radiotherapy group were 92.0 ％ (23/25)and 69.6 ％ (16/23),respectively.The overall 3 year survival rates for the patients in concurrent radiotherapy eombined with interventional artery infusion chemotherapy group and radiotherapy group were 80.0 ％ (20/25)and 52.2 ％ (12/23),respectively,and there was statistically significant between the 2 groups (all P ＜ 0.05).No more side effects were found in the concurrent radiotherapy combined interventional artery infusion chemotherapy group (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion Concurrent radiotherapy combined with interventional artery infusion chemotherapy in advanced cervical carcinoma can increase short term therapeutic effect and improve the survival rate of the patients without more side effects.

Breast cancer is one of the most common cancers in China. With increasing of the incidence and mortality, the harm to women is becoming much serious. Estrogen positive patients need to take 5-10 years′ endocrine drugs to prolong survival and prevent recurrence. Endocrine therapy has become one of the most common and effective methods in the treatment of breast cancer. In order to achieve the desired effect of cancer treatment, reduce cancer metastasis and recurrence rate, good compliance is essential. In conclusion, this review summarizes the evaluation of compliance, various evaluation tools and their use.
