This article introduced basic information of production composition, health preservation functions and main raw materials of authorized vinum health food. It also made comparison and analysis among vinum health food, medicinal liquor and compound wine on the basis of product orientation, raw materials, and evaluation system. It conducted analysis on turmoil and main problems in health preservation wine market. Combined with the problems in the supervision of health preservation, it proposed the policy suggestions of strehgthening administration of vinum health food and identify the production orientation of vinum health food, medicinal liquor and compound wine from the aspects of raw materials, function claimation and management. It also put forward rational consumption suggestions, with a purpose to offer references to related authorities, researchers, and consumers.

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of bridge type bone plate series designed by ourselves. Methods A sort of bridge type bone plate series were designed according to mechanics and structure of bridges. They were used in the internal fixation of 12 shinbone fractures and 41 fractures of middle and lower parts of thighbone. The treatment results were followed up and statistics was done to evaluate fracture healing at 8, 12, 16, 20, and 24 weeks respectively. Results Of the 53 fractures, 48 achieved clinical union and 27 solid union within 12 weeks, 51 reached clinical union and 47 solid union within 16 weeks, 53 reached clinical union and 52 solid union within 20 weeks, and all reached solid union within 24 weeks. Conclusion The self designed bridge type bone plate series are a nice internal fixation device for clinical treatment of fractures.

Objective:To investigate the effectiveness of immunoFISH technology in detecting tumor cells in cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) for adjuvant diagnosis of meningeal metastasis from lung cancer. Methods:Circulating tumor cells (CTCs) were detected by im-munoFISH technology in CSF samples from 16 patients with meningeal metastasis from lung cancer and 8 patients with non-tumorous brain diseases. Meningeal metastasis from lung cancer was diagnosed on the basis of neurological symptoms and confirmed by en-hanced magnetic resonance imaging and CSF cytological examination. Results:The number of CTCs was significantly greater in pa-tients with meningeal metastasis from lung cancer than in those with non-tumorous brain diseases (P<0.01). The critical point of the maximum correct diagnosis index (Youden index) was regarded as the judging criterion for the positive tumor cells in CSF based on the receiver operating characteristic curve. When one tumor cell existed in 7.5 mL of CSF, the area under the curve was 0.875, and the 95%confidence interval ranged from 0.705 to 1.000. The diagnostic sensitivity, specificity, effectiveness, positive predictive values, and neg-ative predictive values were 75.0%, 100.0%, 83.3%, 100.0%, and 66.7%, respectively. Conclusion:ImmunoFISH technology provides great significance in detecting CTCs in CSF to diagnose meningeal metastasis from lung cancer.

Objective To understand the status quo of stressors and mental health of undergradu-ates of local medical colleges in internship and provide relevant countermeasures so as to provide scientific reference for psychological health counseling for them. Methods The stress source scale and mental health symptom self-rating scale for medical students in internship (SCL-90) coded by Chang Lirong et al was adopted to investigate. The questionnaire survey was conducted on the stress and mental health status of 390 interns in Binzhou Medical College, and 384 valid questionnaires were collected, with the effective rate of recovery as 98.46%. The questionnaire results were analyzed by sample t test, variance analysis and Pearson correlation analysis. Results A total of 24.1% of students in local medical schools were under moderate pressure (1.17±0.63). The highest pressure source was examination and employment (1.58±0.74), and the other followed were knowledge and skills (1.43 ±0.68), interpersonal relationships (1.11 ±0.54), patients (1.06±0.53), medical conditions (1.00±0.53) and work load (0.95±0.52) respectively. The scores of various stressors were significantly and positively correlated with most of the mental health factors. Conclusion The undergraduates of local medical colleges and universities are generally under stress in internship, which would affect their mental health. It is suggested that the interns should be guided from the aspects of employment, study and psychology so as to help them relieve their stress and develop good psychological qualities.

Objective To examine the status quo and relationships between medication adherence and beliefs regarding endocrine therapy in breast cancer patients. Methods A total of 273 patients were recruited from one tertiary hospital in Shenyang by convenience sampling method. They were investigated by using the Morisky medication adherence scale and brief medication questionnaire (BMQ) for medication adherence and behefs about medicines. Results The mean 8-item medication adherence scale score was 6.39 ± 1.68,with 65% medication compliance, which was lower than the domestic and foreign literature levels. The mean BMQ score was-0.02 ± 4.394 points, given that the conviction was low.Medication beliefs in medication compliance impact strength was statistically significant (r =0.457,P < 0.05),with positive correlation. Conclusion The current status of medication adherence and beliefs regarding endocrine therapy in breast cancer patients was not satisfactory.Based on the urgent need to improve the compliance of endocrine therapy in patients with breast cancer in China, breast specialist nurses need to focus on the establishment of a nursing follow-up program for endocrine therapy to improve patient compliance.
6.Effect and underlying mechanism of obstructive sleep apnea on memory consolidation
Sichuan Mental Health 2021;34(4):377-381
The purpose of this paper is to review the research progress on the effects of obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) on memory consolidation, and to speculate on possible mechanisms underlying these effects, so as to inform the exploration of effective therapeutic measures for impaired memory consolidation. Previous studies have shown that mild OSA may impair different types of memory consolidation, and the impairments are closely related to certain indices of polysomnography (such as sleep microstructure, apnea hypopnea index, arousal index, etc). Therefore, it is hypothesized that disruption of sleep architecture and damage to brain regions and neural pathways associated with sleep-dependent memory consolidation due to intermittent hypoxia may trigger a decline in memory consolidation. Meantime, long-term continuous positive airway pressure can alleviate the impairment of memory consolidation induced by OSA, but whether other interventions can mitigate the damage remains unclear.

Objective:To understand the current situation of smartphone addiction and mental health of medical freshmen, and conduct research on the relationship between smartphone addiction and mental health, so as to provide evidence for the prevention and intervention of smartphone addiction among medical freshmen. Methods:A stratified random sampling method was used to select 279 freshmen in the medical profession of Binzhou Medical University as the research objects, and the revised smartphone addiction scale (SAS-C) and mental health symptom self-rating checklist scale (SCL-90) were selected for testing. SPSS 19.0 was used for t test. Results:A percentage of 29.71 medical freshmen had smartphone addiction problems, which was generally above average. The SCL-90 total scores and the scores of somatization, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety, hostility, psychosis and other factors in the smartphone addiction group were significantly higher than those in non-smartphone addiction group. The total score of smartphone addiction in medical professional freshmen was significantly correlated with the total score of SCL-90. In addition to the interference factors of daily life, other factors had positive correlation with various factors of SCL-90. Interpersonal sensitivity and obsessive-compulsive symptoms had a significant predictive effect on smartphone addiction (β=0.24, 0.26, P < 0.01), which were important variables affecting mobile phone addiction of medical freshmen. Conclusion:Many medical freshmen have the problem of smartphone addiction, which may cause a series of psychological problems, especially obsessive-compulsive symptoms, interpersonal sensitivity, anxiety and psychosis.
