Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2016;32(17):1310-1314
Objective To investigate the effect of (the transtheoretical model of change,TTM) on the level of self-esteem in children with epilepsy (EP). Methods 65 cases of EP were divided into intervention group with 31 cases and control group with 34 cases by random number table. The two groups were treated with anti EP drug treatment and nursing, the use of the change stage and the Self- Esteem Scale (SES) for the baseline assessment, the intervention group according to the assessment results to develop individual TTM intervention measures, the control group received general health education and psychological care, for a period of 6 months. Two groups of patients were followed up for 6 months after hospital discharge, and the distribution of the changes in the changes of the patients and the change of self-esteem scores were analyzed. Results Before the intervention, two groups in the intention stage, preparation stage, operation stage and maintenance stage self-esteem score comparison, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05);6 months after the intervention, the change of phase of self-esteem, the intervention group respectively were (22.61+2.88) points, (22.78+1.56) points, (24.03+1.5) points, (24.39+1.60) points, in the control group were (21.15+2.44) points, (21.39+2.21) points, (22.26+2.33) points, (22.01+2.31) points, with significant differences between the two groups (t=1.12-3.38, P<0.01). Two groups from the former intention phase to maintain the stage of change in the number of children were increased, the intervention group was better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (χ2=15.00, P<0.01). Conclusions Using TTM as the guidance can improve the self-esteem of children with EP.

Objective To examine the influence of 3R intensive nursing on working memory dysfunction of patients with early Parkinson's disease. Methods 30 patients with early Parkinson's disease were assessed by Working Memory Test Battery, and acceped 3R- nursing. The condition of working memory dysfunction was compared before and after nursing intervention. Results The patients with early Parkinson's disease had evident difference than the normal controls, especially the visualspatial working memory. After 3R- nursing, the subtest scores and dimensions were improved apparently. Conclusions The clinical effect of 3R- nursing method in patients with early Parkinson's disease has significant predominance ,so it is worth popularizing.

OBJECTIVE:To study the correlation between RRM2 expression of cervical cancer cell line C33a and Siha and cell sensitivity to gemcitabine(Gem). METHODS:C33a and Siha were treated with 0.1-3.2 μmol/L and 0.5-512 μmol/L of gemcitabine respectively for 72 h;cell viability was measured by MTT assay to calculate the value of IC50. The expression of RRM2 was mea-sured by Western blot and RT-PCR. Siha cell was treated with gradient concentration and large dose of Gem to establish Siha/Gem drug-resistant cell line. RNA interference technology knockdown the expression of RRM2 in Siha/Gem cell, and IC50 of Gem to cell was determined before and after knockdown. RESULTS:The IC50 values of Gem to Siha and C33a were 16.8 μmol/L and 0.63μmol/L. Compared with C33a cells, the expression of RRM2 in Siha cell was higher. Compared with Siha cells,Siha/Gem drug-re-sistant cell(drug resistant index of 16.26)showed higher RRM2 expression. Siha/Gem drug-resistant cell knockdown RRM2,IC50 of Gem to it was decreased, and inverse drug resistant times was 4.24. CONCLUSIONS:There is an negative correlation between RRM2 expression and Gem sensitivity in cervical cancer cell lines. The knockdown of RRM2 in Siha/Gem increases the sensitivity to Gem.

OBJECTIVETo evaluate the value of modified physiological and operative severity score for the enumeration of mortality and morbidity (POSSUM) scoring system in predicting mortality and morbidity for the intertrochanteric fracture in elder patients.
METHODSA retrospective study was conducted over a period of nearly 2 years from January 2007 to December 2008. Complete data from 119 patients were analyzed to compare the mortality and morbidity predicted by the POSSUM and the observed mortality and morbidity. POSSUM risk was calculated using the original POSSUM equation.
RESULTSPOSSUM predicted 11(9.2%) deaths, which had no statistical significance with the observed mortality 5 (4.2%) (chi² = 2.412, P = 0.120). The estimated incidence of postoperative complications was 42 (35.3%), which also has no statistical significance with the observed morbidity 39 (32.8%) (chi² = 0.168, P = 0.682).
CONCLUSIONSThe modified POSSUM scoring system can predict accurately postoperative mortality and morbidity for the patients underwent intertrochanteric fracture and it predict more accurately in high risk band. The physiological score can be used to evaluate the physiological conditions preoperative and the pulmonary disease is the most important factor lead to death of the elder patients underwent intertrochanteric fracture.

【Objective】 To explore the effect of autologous platelet-rich plasma(PRP) in the treatment of dry eye syndrome. 【Methods】 A total of 64 patients with dry eye treated in the Ophthalmology Department of Jingdong Sino-American Hospital of Hebei Province from March to November 2023 were randomly selected for the study. The patients were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method, with 32 cases and 64 eyes in each group. The control group was treated with artificial tears of polyvinyl alcohol without preservatives, and the observation group was treated with PRP eye drops. The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Overall efficacy, duration of symptom resolution, ocular surface disease index (OSDI), tear film break up time (TBUT), schirmer's test(St) and corneal fluorescein staining (CFS) results of the two groups were observed and compared in 4 weeks. 【Results】 After 4 weeks of treatment, the total effective rate of observation group was 96.88%(31/32), which was significantly higher than that of control group 84.38%(27/32), with statistical significance (P<0.05). After treatment, the St, TBUT, CFS, OSDI and lacrimal river height in observation group were significantly superior to control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05). The disappearance time of dryness, visual fatigue and foreign body sensation in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 46.875%(15/32), and there was no significant difference between the observation group and the control group. 【Conclusion】 Autologous PRP is an effective and safe choice for the treatment of dry eye syndrome, which is worthy of further study and confirmation.
