Objective To explore the effect of spa with free position on parturition of primipara. Methods One hundred and thirty-eight primiparas were equally randomized into control group and observation group. The control group conducted Doula delivery, which means a delivery at recumbent or semi-recumbent position when mouth of the uterus opened by 3 cm and the primiparas in the observation group took free position with spa based on Doula delivery. The two groups were compared in terms of the durations of each labor and total labor, postpartum bleeding 2 h after delivery and neonatal Apgar score, delivery way, pains, anxiety and feeling of control at delivery. Results The postpartum bleeding in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). The durations of first labor, second labor and total labor in the observation group were all significantly shorter than those of the control. The degrees of pain and anxiety were lower than those of the control group, while the control sense at delivery was better than that of the control group(P<0.05,for all). There were no differences in the rate of spontaneous delivery, the rate of uterine-incision delivery, the rate of episiotomy and scores on 1 min Apgar scales(P>0.05).Conclusion Aided delivery by spa with free position can reduce labor pain and anxiety levels, improve the birth control and comfort and ultimately enhance the sense of delivery control and comfort.

Objective To detect the expression and clinical significance of stro-mal cell derived factor-1 (SDF-1) and CXC chemokine receptor 4 (CXCR4) in peripheral blood of patients with hepatitis C cirrhosis. Methods From January 2015 to January 2018,120 patients with hepatitis C cirrhosis in our hospital were selected as the subjects, including 60 patients with compensated hepatitis C cirrhosis and 60 patients with decompensated hepatitis C cirrhosis, and 60 hepatitis C patients without cirrhosis in the same period were selected as the control group.Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was used to detect the expression levels of SDF-1 and CXCR4 in peripheral blood;the correlation between SDF-1 and CXCR4 expressions in compensated cirrhosis and decompensated cirrhosis patients was analyzed. Results The expression levels of SDF-1 and CXCR4 in peripheral blood samples of patients with decompensated cirrhosis of hepatitis C were significantly higher than those of patients with compensated cirrhosis of hepatitis C (P < 0.05);the expression levels of SDF-1 and CXCR4 in peripheral blood samples of patients with compensated and decompensated cirrhosis of hepatitis C were significantly higher than those of control group (P < 0.05);the expressions of SDF-1 and CXCR4 in peripheral blood of patients with compensated and decompensated cirrhosis of hepatitis C were positively correlated (r =0.684,P < 0.05,r =0.765,P < 0.05).Albumin (AlB) level in peripheral blood of cirrhosis group was significantly lower than that of control group (P < 0.05);alanine aminotransferase (ALT),aspartate aminotransferase (AST),total bilirubin (TBIL),while fasting insulin (FINs) and interleukin (IL)-6 in cirrhosis group were higher than those of control group (P < 0.05);SDF-1 level and CXCR4 level were positively correlated with AlB,FINs and IL-6 (P < 0.05);multiple regression analysis showed that FINs,IL-6,SDF-1 and CXCR4 were risk factors for hepatitis C cirrhosis. Conclusions The levels of SDF-1 and CXCR4 in peripheral blood of patients with hepatitis C cirrhosis increased, and the levels of SDF-1 and CXCR4 in peripheral blood were positively correlated, suggesting that they may be involved in the regulation of the occurrence and development of hepatitis C cirrhosis.

Objective To investigate the impact of Sca-1 bone marrow derived stem cells on apoptosis in murine cardiac fibroblasts and the molecular mechanisms of young(Y)Sca-1 bone marrow stem cell(BMSC)on old(O)cardiac fibroblast cell(CFC)apoptosis. Methods The apoptosis and survival of Y and O CFC were assessed under hypoxic conditions.Co-cultures of Y and O Sca-1 bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells(BMSC)with O CFC were established to investigate the impact of Sca-1 BMSC on the apoptotic response and viability of O CFC,employing TUNEL staining,qRT-PCR,Western Blot, and CCK8 assays.Furthermore, differential secretion profiles of growth factors by Y and O Sca-1 BMSC were compared using qRT-PCR and ELISA analysis. Results Compared to Y CFC,O CFC exhibited an increased rate of apoptosis and a decreased rate of cell survival. However, when compared to O cells,Y Sca-1 BMC significantly reduced apoptosis in O CFC and enhanced cell survival. Moreover,Y Sca-1 BMSC demonstrated a higher secretion of GDF5(Growth Differentiation Factor 5)than O cells(P<0.05).Importantly,the protective effects of Y Sca-1 BMSC on apoptosis and survival in O CFC were abolished upon neutral-ization of GDF5 expression. Conclusion Y Sca-1 BMSC decreases O CFC apoptosis through GDF5.
