As a kind of nervous system disease, migraine is more common in female, and has the clinical characteristics of repeated attacks,it is of great significance with standardized treatment in the control of the attacks.Yong female patients with migraine during pregnancy and lactation stage will face lots of special problems because they must first consider the impact of treatment on the mother and fetus.Generally,non-drug therapy is recommended as a first-line treatment,if it is not sufficiently effective, paracetamol is recommended during the pregnancy or sporadic use of sumatriptan,NSAIDs is not recommended during the first or third trimester of pregnancy.Preventive therapy should only be considered in the most severe cases. This review summarized recent documents of the safety of the most used antimigraine medications during pregnancy and breastfeeding,in order to provide treatment recommendations in clinical practice.

Objective:To investigate the predictive value of the clinicopathological features of breast cancer for pathological complete response (pCR) after neoadjuvant chemotherapy (NAC) and to establish a predictive model based on the clinicopathological features. Methods:Clinicopathological data collected from 182 patients who underwent NAC and surgical treatment in Affiliated Hangzhou First People’s Hospital, Zhejiang University School of Medicine from Jan. 2013 to Dec. 2019 were retrospectively analyzed. The univariate and multivariate analysis were used to analyze the relationship between clinicopathological features and pCR after neoadjuvant chemotherapy. The predictive value in predicting the efficacy of NAC was evaluated, the receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve and Nomogram prediction model were constructed. Results:Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that progesterone receptor (PR) , human epidermal growth factor 2 (HER2) and platelet distribution width (PDW) were independent predictors of pCR after NAC for breast cancer. The area under the curve (AUC) of model for predicting efficacy of NAC was 0.810 (95% CI:0.745-0.864) and the sensitivity and specificity was 68.75% and 82.67% respectively when the Jordan Index is at its maximum. Conclusion:ER-, HER2+ and PDW≤13.4% show better efficacy of NAC. The Nomogram model based on them can accurately predict the efficacy of NAC and can provide a reference for the selection of treatment options in clinical diagnosis and treatment.

Objective To construct the prokaryotic expression vector pET30a( +)-VH-mms13 and identification of its protein after induced with IPTG.Method Heavy chain variable region VH gene of typeⅣcollagenase monoclonal antibody and magnetosome membrane protein gene mms13 were amplified separately, the fusion gene VH-linker-mms13 were synthesized by SOE-PCR technique and inserted into pET30a ( +) plasmid, which was confirmed by restriction enzyme digest and sequencing. Then the recombinant plasmid pET30a ( +)-VH-mms13 was transform into E.coli DE3 and induced with 0.4 mmol/L IPTG.The fused protein was identified by SDS-PAGE and Western blot. Results The length of fusion gene VH-mms13 was 738 bp,and the sequence was correct. After induced with IPTG,the fused protein was found in the inclusion body and Western blot results suggested that the fused protein can bind with His-tag antibody specifically. Conclusion Expression vector pET30a ( +)-VH-mms13 is successfully constructed and the fusion protein has good immunogenicity, which lay the foundation for the development of biomagnetism-targeted drug.
