Objective To study the changes of posterior corneal elevation with one-year follow-up by using Allegro Oculyzer anterior segment diagnostic system in patients who had undergone laser in situ keratomileusis with femtosecond laser (FS-LASIK) for myopia. Methods Ninety eyes of forty-five patients who had undergone FS-LASIK for myopia were included in our study . The spherical equivalent of ametropia was-10.63D to -1.63D. The preoperative and postoperative corneal tomography (including 1, 3, 6 and 12 month after operation ) were collected by Allegro Oculyzer in the posterior corneal elevation and the thickness at central corneal thinnest point of each eye were measured , and the differences of the posterior corneal elevation were calculated. The data were analyzed with ANOVA and Pearson correlation analysis. Results There were no statistically significant differences in the changes of posterior corneal elevation from the preoperative time to the any postoperative follow-up time (F = 1.50, P > 0.05). There were no statistically significant changes of the posterior corneal elevation from the 1st month to 12th month postoperatively (F = 1.47, P > 0.05). There were statistically significant differences in the changes of thickness at central corneal thinnest point from the preoperative to the 12th month postoperative (F = 369.10, P <0.01). At postoperative time, the posterior corneal elevation was not correlated with several factors including spherical equivalent , ablation depth , residual bed thickness, ablation percentage per total corneal thickness and (corneal flap thickness + ablation depth) /thinnest point preoperative corneal thickness (P > 0.05). Conclusion After strictly followed surgical indications in FS-LASIK, the posterior corneal elevation can keep good stability and has no significant change. Thickness of central cornea thinnest point increases gradually and tends to stablity at the 3th months after surgery.
2.Effect of moxibustion on prevention and treatment of nausea and vomiting caused by cisplatin in lung cancer.
Chinese Acupuncture & Moxibustion 2018;38(7):695-699
OBJECTIVETo observe the clinical effects between moxibustion combined with 5-hydroxy tryptamine (5-HT) receptor antagonist and simple 5-HT receptor antagonist in the prevention and treatment of nausea and vomiting caused by cisplatin chemotherapy in patients with lung cancer.
METHODSFifty-eight patients with lung cancer who were treated with cisplatin chemotherapy were randomly assigned into an observation group and a control group, 29 cases in each one. The patients in the two groups were applied by 5-HT receptor antagonist to prevent nausea and vomiting on the 1st through 3rd days of chemotherapy. Moxibustion at Baihui (GV 20) and Zhongwan (CV 12) was used in the observation group 1-3 days before chemotherapy for 1 course, 3 days as 1 course, 5 cones each acupoint and once a day. Rhodes's index of nausea and vomiting and retching (INVR) was recorded in 0-24 h, 24-48 h, 48-72 h and 72-96 h of chemotherapy. The rates of nausea and vomiting, as well as fatigue degree were observed in the above 4 time periods. The safety was assessed.
RESULTSAfter treatment, the scores of nausea and vomiting in 0-24 h, 24-48 h, 48-72 h and 72-96 h of chemotherapy in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (all <0.01). The nausea rates in the above 4 time periods in the observation group were 37.9% (11/29), 62.1% (18/29), 60.7% (17/28) and 17.4% (4/23), which were lower than 93.1% (27/29), 89.7% (26/29), 89.3% (25/28), 52.0% (13/25) in the control group respectively (all <0.05). The vomiting rates in the above 4 time periods in the observation group were 10.3% (3/29), 31.0% (9/29), 32.1% (9/28) and 13.0% (3/23), which were better than 37.9% (11/29), 79.3% (23/29), 82.1% (23/28) and 44.0% (11/25) in the control group (all <0.05). The fatigue scores in the observation group in 0-24 h, 24-48 h, 48-72 h and 72-96 h of chemotherapy were lower than those in the control group (all <0.01). There was no adverse reactions in the two groups during chemotherapy, such as skin toxicity, diarrhea, fever, allergy, etc.
CONCLUSIONMoxibustion combined with 5-HT receptor antagonist can obviously reduce the rates and degrees of nausea and vomiting caused by cisplatin chemotherapy in patients with lung cancer, which are better than simple 5-HT receptor antagonist, without apparent adverse reactions.

Objective To investigate the detection and clinical significance of Tp-e interval extension of sudden coro-nary death. Methods A total of 502 patients with coronary heart disease were selected, of which 46 patients with sud-den coronary death were assigned to the sudden death group and the other 456 patients were assigned to the survival group. The Tp-e, Tp-e/√RR , heart rate-corrected QT inverval (QTc) and left ventricular ejection fraction of the two groups were compared and the clinical significance of Tp-e interval extension for sudden coronary death was decided. Results Compared to the survival group, the sudden death group had significantly extended Tp-e, Tp-e/√RR and QTc(P<0.05);Compared to the survival group, the sudden death group had significantly reduced LVEF (P<0.05); Tp-e extension was positively correlated to sudden coronary death and QTc(P<0.05). Conclusion The Tp-e interval extended obviously in the patients with sudden coronary death and thus can serve as a predictive risk factor of sudden coronary death.

Objective: To investigate the effects of XIAOJI Decoction combined with FOLFOX chemotherapy on serum cytokine expression profile in patients with advanced colorectal carcinoma by liquid chip technology. Methods: Fourteen patients with advanced colorectal carcinoma, who met the inclusion criteria and were treated in the Department of Oncology, Higher Education Mega Center Hospital of Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine during January 1, 2018 and December 31, 2018 were retrospectively analyzed in this study. The patients were divided into chemotherapy group (n=7, treated with 5-Fluorouracil + Calcium Folic Acid+Oxaliplatin (FOLFOX)) and combined treatment group (n=7, treated with XIAOJI Decoction + FOLFOX) according to therapeutic scheme. The curative efficacy was evaluated after 6 treatment courses. The expression profile of cytokines in blood serum of patients was examined by liquid chip technology after every 2 courses. Results: Fourteen patients received a total of 84 cycles of therapy. Survival analyses showed that the progress-free survival time (PFS) and overall survival time (OS) of two groups couldn't be compared due to insufficient samples, although the combined treatment group had longer PFS (10 months vs 6 months) and OS (17 months vs 12 months) than the chemotherapy group. As to adverse reactions, the rates of leucopenia, diarrhea, nausea, peripheral neuritis and alopecia in two groups were comparable, while the severity in combined treatment group were lighter than that in chemotherapy group. In comparison with the combined treatment group, concentrations of serum BDNF and IL-2 were statistically higher in the chemotherapy group (P<0.05). By comparing the cytokine concentrations at different collection time points before and after the treatment, it showed that the concentration of serum IL-2 in chemotherapy group was higher than that in combined treatment group after 2 courses of treatment (P<0.05). In total, there were 19 cytokines showed a tendency to be higher in combined treatment group than chemotherapy group during different treatment periods. Conclusion: Combined treatment of XIAOJI Decoction with FOLFOX for advanced colorectal carcinoma is a treatment option worth exploring, and liquid chip analysis showed that the mechanism may be related to the reduction of serum LI-2 and BDNF levels in patients.
