Objective To observe the shenqifuzheng injection (SFI) combined with PG therapy (gemcitabine and cisplatin) in patients with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Method 76 patients with NSCLC were selected from August 2011 to August 2013 and randomly divided into observation group and control group. Each group had 38 cases. The control group received gemcitabine and cisplatin, observation group were gave SFI on the basis of control group. The total efficiency, disease control rate, quality of life and incidence of adverse reactions were observed after treatment in each group. Results The total effective rate was 47.37%in observation group , 42.11%in control group, there was no significant difference between two groups. The disease control rate in observation group was 81.58%higher than 57.89%in control group, the difference was statistically significant (χ2=3.990, P<0.05). The improvement rate in quality of life was 60.53%in observation group better than 31.58%in the control group , the difference was statistically significant (χ2=5.296, P<0.05).The decrease incidence of white blood cell (χ2=4.491, P<0.05) and platelets (χ2=4.491, P<0.05) in observation group were significantly lower compared with the control group, while, there were no difference of liver damage and gastrointestinal reactions between two groups. Conclusion SFI is helpful to improve the efficacy of PG therapy in patients with NSCLC and relieve the side effects of chemotherapy.

Objective To develop an ELISA(Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay)diagnostic kit for early rapid detection of sarum anti-EV71 antibody and evaluate its clinical application value. Methods Recombinant protein VP1 of EV71 were prepared and purified as an immobilized antigen for establishment of an indirect ELISA for detection of serum anti-EV71 IgM and anti-EV71 IgG.Compared with RT-PCR.isolation of EV71 and micro-neutralizing assay.the clinical application value of anti-EV71 IgM and anti-EV71 ISG in the diagnosis of EV71 disease was evaluated. Results In comparison with RT-PCR.the sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value and negative predictive value of anti-EV71 IgM antibody were 83%,85%,81%and 87%,respectively.The sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value and negative predictive value of anti-EV71 IgG antibody were 72%,74%,68%and 77%.respectively.Compared with viral isolation assay.the sensitivity and specificity of anti-EV71 IgM antibody were 85%and 97%,respectively.The sensitivity and specificity of anti-EV71 IsG antibody were 75%and 77%,respectively.In addition.the titers of anti-EV71 IgG antibody were significantly correlated with the titers of neutralizing antibody to EV71 by linear regression analysis(r=0.72,P<0.05).Finally,the serum titers of anti-IgG from patients with EV71 associated hand food and mouth disease at convalescent stage exhibited significantly higher than that of the same patients at acute stage(P<0.01),but the titers of anti-IgM had no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusions With VP1 recombinant protein used as an immobilized antigen,an indirect ELISA diagnostic kit was successfully develooed for detection of serum anti-human EV71 IgM and anti-human EV71 IgG antibodies.

Objective To explore the influence of nursing intervention on compliance to treatment and quality of life of patients with AIDS received antiretroviral treatment.Method We selected 120 AIDS patients received antiretroviral treatment in the outpatient of our hospital, and they were divided into observation group and control group according to the odd-even number principle, each group contained 60 cases. For the observation group, continuous nursing intervention was implemented, and the routine nursing care was given for the control group. After six months, the compliance to treatment and quality of life was compared between pre-and post-treatment.Result After the nursing intervention treatment, the compliance and quality of life were significantly higher in the observation group than that in the control group (P < 0.05),and significant difference were observed. Conclusion For AIDS patients who received antiretroviral treatment, continuous nursing intervention could contribute to improvement of the compliance to treatment and quality of life, which had great significance for clinical application.

Objective:To understand the attitudes and behaviors status of injury prevention among urban residents' injury prevention in Changsha City and to provide evidence for urban residents' injury prevention. Methods:A stratified random sampling was conducted to extract 504 residents from 8 communities in 2 urban districts of Changsha City. The questionnaires were distributed on-site, and 420 valid questionnaires were got. Results:The attitudes and behavioral scores of urban residents' injury prevention were 43.35±14.29 and 38.92±3.75, while the agreement rate regarding injury prevention attitudes was 76.63% and the compliance rate of injury prevention behaviors was 43.10%. The scores of injury prevention behaviors among urban residents with different ages, family annual income, exercise frequency, and frequency of injuries were different ( F values were 2.815, 4.740, 4.153, P<0.05). There were differences in the scores of injury prevention attitudes among the residents of different ages, education background, and frequency of injuries ( F values were 3.030-8.162, P<0.01 or 0.05). Conclusion:The residents ′ attitude towards injury prevention was positive and the compliance rate of injury prevention behavior among urban residents in Changsha is low. Both injury prevention attitudes and behaviors differed in the residents with different backgrounds.

Objective:
To explore the development trajectories of quality of life and acceptance of disability of burn patients in the rehabilitation treatment stage and the influencing factors.
Methods:
Totally 207 burn patients, including 157 males and 50 females, aged (40±13) years, who were in the rehabilitation treatment stage were selected by convenient sampling method from October 2016 to July 2017 in the Department of Burns of Fujian Medical University Union Hospital for this longitudinal study. At discharge and 1, 3, and 6 months after discharge, the patient′s quality of life and acceptance of disability were scored using the Burn Specific Health Scale-Brief and Chinese Version of Acceptance of Disability Scale-Revised respectively. Taking the intercept, the slope, and the curve slope as latent variables, the latent second growth curve model was constructed for the quality of life and the acceptance of disability. The robust maximum likelihood estimation (MLR) method was used to estimate the mean, the variance, and the covariance, so as to analyze the discharge level, the growth rate, the acceleration, and the correlation among them. Taking the acceptance of disability, the gender, the cause of burn, the severity of burn, the existence of complications, the payment way, and the education level as covariates, the latent second growth curve model was constructed for the quality of life. The MLR method was used to estimate the influence of covariates on the discharge level, the growth rate, and the acceleration of the quality of life.
Results:
At discharge and 1, 3, and 6 months after discharge, the quality of life scores of patients were (102±36), (111±36), (118±37), and (122±37) points respectively, and the acceptance of disability scores were (73±17), (75±17), (77±17), and (78±18) points respectively. The estimated mean intercept of the quality of life and the acceptance of disability were 101.680 and 72.993 respectively at discharge, both of which showed a curve increasing trend in 1, 3, and 6 months after discharge (estimated mean slope=11.024, 3.086,
