Objective:To explore the correlations between quality of life and mental resilience and coping style of primary caregivers of patients with Parkinson's disease. Methods:The primary caregivers of 90 patients with Parkinson's disease from 3 hospitals in Zhejiang Province from June 2017 to June 2019 were selected as research objects. The Quality of Life Scale, the Mental Resilience Scale and the Coping Style Scale were used to investigate and analyze the correlation between the quality of life of the primary caregivers and mental resilience and coping style. Results:The total scores of quality of life, mental resilience, positive coping style and negative coping style of 90 primary caregivers were respectively (158.17±4.94) , (55.67±6.45) , (23.64±3.47) and (7.88±2.73) . Pearson correlation analysis showed that the quality of life of the primary caregivers was positively correlated with the optimistic dimension, tenacity dimension and self-strength dimension in the mental resilience scale ( P<0.05) , positively correlated with positive coping styles ( P<0.05) , and negatively correlated with negative coping styles ( P<0.05) . Conclusions:The primary caregivers of patients with Parkinson's disease have a low quality of life and poor mental resilience. Their quality of life is closely related to mental resilience and coping styles. Clinical medical staff can develop corresponding measures to improve the level of mental resilience of caregivers and encourage caregivers to adopt positive coping styles so as to improve their quality of life.

Objective:To explore the effects of exercise rehabilitation nursing combined with pain management on preventing deep vein thrombosis (DVT) and postoperative pain in aged patients with joint replacement. Methods:Totally 110 patients undergoing joint replacement at Zhejiang Provincial People's Hospital from January 2018 to July 2021 were selected by convenience sampling and divided into an observational group and a control group, with 55 patients in each group. Patients in the control group received routine nursing, while patients in the observation group underwent exercise rehabilitation nursing combined with pain management. The hemorheological indexes, Visual Analog Scores (VAS) , and the incidence of DVT before and after nursing intervention were compared between the two groups. Results:Before nursing intervention, there was no significant difference in hemorheological indexes and VAS scores between the two groups ( P>0.05) . After nursing intervention, the whole blood mid-shear viscosity, low-shear viscosity, plasma viscosity, platelet aggregation rate, VAS score, and incidence of DVT in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant ( P<0.05) . Conclusions:Exercise rehabilitation nursing combined with pain management can improve the hemorheological indexes of aged patients after joint replacement, effectively relieve their postoperative pain, and reduce the incidence of postoperative DVT.

【Objective】 To compare the current standards and explore the influencing factors for hemolysis rate of leukocyte-reduced red blood cells at the end of the preservation period, in order to formulate reasonable internal control indicators. 【Methods】 A retrospective analysis was performed on hemolysis rate of 427 samples of leukocyte-reduced red blood cells at the end of the preservation period in Nanning Blood Center from 2015 to 2022. Compared with the current standard for hemolysis rate at the end of the preservation period (GB 18469-2012 Quality Requirements for Whole Blood and Component Blood), the differences were analyzed, and the factors influncing the hemolysis rate were analyzed in terms of different blood donor groups. 【Results】 1) Among the 427 samples, the hemolysis rate of 418 (97.89%) did not exceed 0.4%, all lower than 0.8%; 2)the hemolysis rate of the male group was higher than that of the female group; 3) the hemolysis rate of the 18-29 years old group was lower than that of the 30-39 year old group and the 40-60 year old group, with statistically significant difference; 4) in terms of occupation, the hemolysis rate of students was the lowest, and the differences between groups were statistically significant; 5) no statistical significance was found in ethnicity and blood type. 【Conclusion】 Statistics indicated that gender, age, blood donation volume and occupation of blood donors were the influencing factors of hemolysis rate. The current standard is obviously higher in the qualified range of blood quality control in Nanning. It is advisable to formulate a reasonable quality control strategy with internal control index of hemolysis rate set <0.4%, which is conducive to making accurate evaluation of internal quality control and ensuring blood safety.
