Clinical Medicine of China 2009;25(12):1273-1275
Objective To investigate the factors relevant to the vascular calcification in uiemic patients. Methods Eighty-five uiemic patients were enrolled in this study. The levels of fetuin-A,serum calcium, serum phosphorus,C-reactive protein and other parameters related to calcification were examined.B-ultrasound was used to detect carotid plaques. Results The Fetuin-A levels in patients with vascular calcification were significantly lower than those with non-vascular calcification[(2.34±0.95) μg/L vs (3.79±1.19) μg/L,t=5.94,P<0.01],but serum calcium, serum phosphorus and C-reactive protein were higher than those non-vascular calcification [serum phosphorus (1.97±0.23) mmol/L vs (1.80±0.33) mmol/L,t=2.05,P<0.05;calcium and phosphorus product (50.04±6.61) mg~2/dl~2 vs (44.84±9.75) mg~2/dl~2,t=2.05,P<0.05;C-reactive protein (33.45±25.11)mmol/L vs (20.65±13.43) mmol/L,t=2.03,P<0.05].Linear correlation analysis indicated that low fetuin-A level was correlated with C-reactive protein (r=-0.43,P<0.01),calcium-phosphorus product (r=-0.32,P<0.01),serum albumin concentration (r=0.37,P<0.05) and phosphorus level (r=-0.36,P<0.05).Conclusions The risk factors relevant to the vascular calcification are high serum phosphorus, calcium and phosphorus product and the micro-inflammatory status in uiemic patients.Vascular calcification is also correlated with low fetuinA level, adding exogenous Fetuin-A may become an effective means in preventing vascular calcification.
2.New discoveries about the role of SREBPs in the pathogenesis and targeted therapy of gynecological tumors
Clinical Medicine of China 2017;33(5):471-474
Objective Sterol regulatory element-binding proteins(SREBPs) are a family of nuclear transcription factors that regulate lipid metabolism in eukaryotic cells. They are over expressedin many malignant tumors, and closely related to tumor initiation and progression. We briefly summarize the research advancement of SREBPs in gynecological tumors.
3.Isolation, culture, induction, differentiation and application of hepatic stem cells
Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2007;0(12):-
Present basic researches on hepatic stem cells have obtained great progress. It is believed that hepatic stem cells can differentiate into hepatic cells and biliary duct cells. Hepatic stem cells are isolated and cultured by two-step collagenase digestion method, density gradient centrifugation, centrifugal elutriation, fluorescent activation screening method and immunomagnetic beads screening method. Directional differentiation of hepatic stem cells is a complicated process, which is affected by exterior and interior cell factors under liver microenvironment where are beneficial to growth, differentiation and function of stem cells. Hepatocyte growth factor can promote the proliferation of hepatic stem cells, and accelerate the differentiation into mature hepatic cells. Transcription factor of hepatic cells play a crucial effect in regulating the differentiation of hepatic stem cells. Incomplete or abnormal differentiation of hepatic stem cells can be responsible for liver cancer. Hepatic stem cells are the potential carrier cells as a target gene for liver cancer.

[Result] The clinical sign relieving was better in treatment group than control in marked statistical meaning, the former could also markedly improve the blood rheological indexes of whole blood mucosity, blood sedimentation square K value and packed cell volume, which was different from that of control group, in obvious statistical meaning(P
6.The discipline construction of medical image technology and analysis of the academic monograph
China Medical Equipment 2016;13(5):147-150
Today’s medical imaging has developed from a single observation of organisms’ anatomy and the change of morphology under the physiological and pathological conditions to the study of biology function and activity mechanism. Furthermore, it has entered into the molecular imaging. Through the analysis of 25 academic monograph and the experiences of convening three national editorial committees, the author successfully analyzes. Before writing, the author should carry out the market research and the writings should be deigned for a readership. The writing team must be equipped with academic quality as well as humanistic quality. And the comprehensive quality of the premier author is of great importance. He needs to call together all the members of the committee to have an all-round and deep communication, do the job as unifying the drafts, advertise sales and revise.
7.Anti-UACA autoantibody in thyroid-associated ophthalmopathy
Chinese Journal of Endocrinology and Metabolism 2012;28(5):402-403
Serum anti-uveal autoantigen with coiled coil domains and ankyrin repeats (UACA) antibody titer was measured using ELISA in 32 patients with thyroid-associated ophthalmopathy ( TAO ) and 20 patients with Graves' disease (GD) without ophthalmopathy. The level of anti-UACA antibody in TAO group was higher than that in GD group [ (225.91 ± 144.21 vs 187.42 ± 46.77 ) pg/ml,P<0.05 ],and especially higher in patients with ocular myopathy [ (254.35 ± 168.29 ) pg/ml ].It seems that anti-UACA antibody is the sensitive clinical marker of ocular myopathy in TAO patients.
8.Drug resistance of EGFR-TKI for non-small cell lung cancer
Chinese Journal of Clinical Oncology 2013;(19):1207-1209
The incidence of lung cancer ranks the first among malignancies in China. Studies on molecular-targeted therapy with epidermal growth factor receptor-tyrosine kinase inhibitors (EGFR-TKIs) have atracted more attention. However, many patients with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) manifest primary symptoms at the beginning of therapy;other patients develop drug resistance after they receive EGFR-TKI treatment for a period. This review describes the progress on drug resistance mechanisms of EGFR-TKIs at a molecular level and the significance of such inhibitors in clinical application.
9.Optimization of CT scanning technology
China Medical Equipment 2015;(2):72-75
Due to the advance of CT equipment, combined with the current intensifying doctor-patient conflict, the indication of CT examination is relaxed, even expanded to the examination of benign lesions, which contributes to the blind diagnosis using CT or the so-called“Casting a big net”. However, X-rays bring two kinds of risks. One of them is the risk of the accumulated X-rays, the other one is the missed diagnosis resulting from the poor image quality, which is caused by the low amount of radiation. Therefore, how to strike a balance between these two not only becomes the focus of academic circles, but sparks the whole society’s attention. This article elaborates X-rays hazards, CT radiation does, application of Multiple Detector Spiral CT, purpose and principles of radiological protection and optimization of CT scanning technology. The author believes “exposure does individualization” can be achieved under the principle of ALARA (as low as reasonably achievable), or we can even minimize the exposure does according to the requirements of diagnosis and accept the image with appropriate noise.
10.Magnetic resonance diffusion weighted imaging in the diagnosis of cerebral infarction
China Medical Equipment 2014;(10):89-91
Magnetic resonance imaging has developed from a single observation of organisms’ anatomy and the change of morphology under the physiological and pathological conditions to the study of biology function and activity mechanism. Furthermore, it has entered into the molecular imaging and functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI), and diffusion-weighed imaging (DWI) is one of them, which is mainly used in the early diagnosis of cerebral infraction. This article elaborates diffusion-weighed imaging, the identification of acute and non-acute cerebral infarction by DWI in physiological basis of pathogenesis and the time vale of DWI examination. The author holds the opinion that it is of great significance to distinguish between acute and non-acute cerebral infarction by using DWI and that clinicians may adopt targeted therapies according to the different periods of cerebral infarction in order to avoid unsafe and unnecessarily risky treatments.
