1.Improvement of Children′s CT Radiation Dosage in Head Check through Adjusting Scanning Parameter
Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 2003;0(10):-
Objective To improve children′s radiation dosage through adjusting CT head scanning parameter. Methods During December 2006 to June 2007,292 cases were selected at random to adjust CT head scanning parameter, mainly for charge of voltage, tube current and scan time. At the same time, all images were appraised by two doctors. Results Adjustment of children′ s head scanning parameter could reduce the radiation dosage obviously, and no influence for diagnosis. Conclusion It′s no affect for diagnosis to improve children′s head CT scanning parameter, and leads reduction of CT dosage obviously.

3.Reseach Progress on Molecular Detection Technology of Influenza Virus
Journal of Modern Laboratory Medicine 2016;(1):68-70
Influenza viruses are global epidemic and diversely difficult to distinguish, which threaten human’s survival and development very much.In recentyears, the frequent outbreaks of influenza prompt the rapid development of Influenza virus detection.Compare with the traditional isolated culture and immunological detection, molecular diagnostic technology is of high detection speed, high sensitivity and specificity, that gradually play an important role in the current Influenza virus de-tection.In order to provide a theoretical basis for the rapid diagnosis of Influenza virus in the clinic, the article summarize the update progress of molecular biology and diagnostic techniques of Influenza viruses.
4.Cochlear Implants in Patients with Large Vestibular Aqueduct Syndrome
Journal of Audiology and Speech Pathology 2017;25(1):62-65
Objective To study the feasibility of the cochlear implantation and effects in the treatment of large vestibular aqueduct syndrome. Methods A total of 37 patients(74 ears)diagnosed with large vestibular aque-duct syndrome received cochlear implants since 2002 at the Renmin Hospital of Wuhan University. We made a retro-spectively analysis of these 37 patients(37 ears). While 37 patients(37 ears)with normal cochlear structures were considered as the control group. After activation, their speech perception at pre-operation and at 3,6,9,12 months affer the operation were evaluated.Their CAP and SIR scores were collected through questionnaires at each assess-ment interva1 .Results In LVAS group,5 patients(5 ears)had serious gusher, while no gusher was abserved in the control group. The two groups of the electrodes were all inserted in the cochlea. No serious complications occurred after implantation in the two groups. The impedance of the electrodes, the T level,C level and the hearing thresholds were similar with the normal group with cochlear implantations. The results had no significant differences when compared with the normal cochlear group (P>0.05).The speech perception ability,CAP and SIR scores were im-proved along with the increase time of implant use.At the same recovery time, the results had no significant differ-ence in the two groups(P>0.05).At the same group, the results between pre-operation and 3,6,9,12 months post-operation after device activation had significant differences (P<0.05).Conclusion Cochlear implants could be performed safely in patients with large vestibular aqueduct syndrome. The primary outcomes for patients with large vestibular aqueduct syndrome were similar to those with normal cochlear structure following the cochlear im-plantation.

OBJECTIVE To understand the resistant bacteria infection condition of earthquake casualty and provide evidence for reducing their transmission in hospital.METHODS The staff members of Department of Hospital Infection Management monitored the bacteria cultures and report 38 resistant bacteria infective wounded every day.Set up the system measures to manage resistant bacteria infection of earthquake casualty and monitored, guided and checked the implement countermeasures.RESULTS Among 419 samples, there were 70 resistant bacteria and 97.1% were G-bacteria,the main pathogens were Acinetobacter baumannii,Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Enterobacter cloacae,Klebsiella pneumoniae, and Escherichia coli. The main infective sites were respiratory tract and wounds. The resistant bacteria had the high drug resistance to the third and fourth cephalosporins, aminoglycosides and sulfonamides. The sensitive rate to amikacin,gentamicin,imipenem,piperacillin/tazobactam,sulfamethoxazole/trimethoprim compound, tobramycin and nitrofurantoin.CONCLUSIONS Real-time monitoring the earthquake casualty with resistant bacteria infection can find the infective wounds in time and make effective intervention measures. It is the important method to prevent and control the hospital infection.

Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2021;37(3):212-217
Objective:To investigate the status of rumination in patients with primary glaucomatous visual field defect and explore the influencing factors. Methods:Totally 267 patients with primary glaucomatous visual field defect were selected via convenience sampling method. Invasive rumination, purpose rumination, and self-management behaviors among different visual field were compared. The main influencing factors of invasive rumination and purpose rumination were analyzed. Results:Total score of rumination in patients with primary glaucomatous visual field defect was (29.90±5.58) points, average item score of self-management behaviors was (2.81±0.31) points. There were no significant difference in invasive rumination, purpose rumination, self-management behaviors among different visual field ( P>0.05). Accidental injury, life adjustment, income of family per mouth and degree of education could explain 30.7% of the total invasive rumination variation; disease management, body function promotion and accidental injury could explain 11.1% of the total purpose rumination variation. Conclusions:Rumination and self-management behaviors in patients with primary glaucomatous visual field were at a lower middle level and middle level respectively. Medical staff should attach importance to assess the invasive rumination among these patients with accidental injury, poor ability of life adjustment, low income of family per mouth and low degree of education. Through lowering the negative experience, changing the cognitive and taking correct self-management behaviors, then prognosis of disease would be improved.
7.The role of S100A4 in cancer cells and its potential application in the search for new treatment targets
Bulletin of The Academy of Military Medical Sciences 2010;34(1):88-91
S100A4, a member of S100 superfamily of Ca~(2+)-binding proteins, is a polypeptide containing 101 amino acids. S100A4, which is overexpressed in most tumor cells, plays pivotal roles in growth, invasion and migration of tumor by regulating cell cycle progression, differentiation, apoptosis, invasion and metastasis of cells. This article reviews S100A4′s structure, function and potential application as the new target in the therapy of tumors.

Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 2003;0(10):-
Objective To probe the technique and clinical applications of spiral CT (SCT) scan in urinary system. Methods 40~80 ml angiografin was injected into the vein by high voltage injection in six cases, and 5~10 minute later, SCT scan was performed. The original data were sent to workstation, then reconstructed. 3D pictures of urinary system including renal calyx, ureter and bladder were clearly demonstrated in all cases. Results Of 6 cases, there were 3 ones with ureter stone,1 case with kidney calyx cancer, and 2 case with ureter repetitive. Conclusion CTU is a safe, convincible, convenient and fast technique. It may provide high resolving urinary tract image and will be a kind of non-injury imaging technique in diagnosing the diseases of urinary system.

Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 2003;0(10):-
Objective To discuss the clinical application of rotational DSA and its advantages. Methods 35 cases undergoing cerebral angiography and hepatic arteriography were performed with standard DSA, of which, 24 ones were performed with rotational DSA. Results Standard DSA could only display partial lesion at lateral side, while rotational DSA could display the pathological structure and surrounding structure. Conclusion Rotational DSA is valuable for the diagnosis and treatment of encephalic angioma and liver tumor.
