3.Determination of 5 New Abused Drugs in Plasma by In-tube Solid-phase Microextraction Coupled to Liquid Chromatography Tandem Mass Spectrometry
Herald of Medicine 2014;(5):575-578
Objective To establish a method for determination of new abused drugs in plasma by using ultra-high performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry ( UPLC-MS/MS ) combined with in-tube solid-phase microextraction. Methods 2 mL of borax buffer was added to 1 mL of plasma with drugs. Then, the mixture was withdrawn into a syringe connected to a stainless steel needle welded with DB-1701 capillary column. 50 μL acetonitrile was used as elution solvent at the flow rate of 300 μL·min-1 for 2 min. Subsequently, the drugs on elute were determined by using UPLC-MS/MS in positive mode with multiple reaction monitoring( MRM) to determine drug concentration in human plasma samples. ResultsThe recoveries rates of the five abused drugs ( codeine hydrochloride, tramadol, diphenoxylate hydrochloride, diazepam, and triazolam) in plasma were between 69. 2% -81. 7% with the RSDs less than 10%. LODs of the drugs were less than 25 ng·mL-1 . Seven out of the 26 plasma samples were determined positive. Conclusion The in-tube SPME method coupled to UPLC-MS/MS is simple, rapid, and environmental friendly, which is suitable for the the rapid screening of the new abused drugs.
4.How to Denominate "Four Pathogens and One Bacterium"
Microbiology 2008;0(12):-
Mycoplasma, Chlamydia, Rickettsia, Spirochetes and Actinobacteria were generally called "four pathogens and one bacterium". It was always difficult to be denominated and classified rightly in textbooks, while it was also a key interfering with students to grasp the concept of bacteria exactly. So we raise the question and hope to learn from each other by an exchange of views here.
5.Monitoring Effect of Two Kinds of B-D Testing Package:A Comparative Study
Chinese Journal of Nosocomiology 2009;0(20):-
OBJECTIVE To compare the monitoring effect of 2 kinds of B-D testing package.METHODS 2 kinds of testing package around the air vent of first pot sterilizer before antiseptic every day were used preheating 5 min.Start to move the B-D procedure when the band pressure to achieve above 100 kPa with 3 time of pulsation vacuum, inner chamber pressure of 210 kPa,the temperature of 134 ℃ and time of 3.5 min.RESULTS Except the false negative caused by package factor, the testing accurate rate of disposable B-D testing package was 100%.But the testing accurate rate of repeated uses B-D testing package was 90%.CONCLUSIONS The disposable B-D test package may respond promptly the breakdown of sterilizer and avoid the false negative result which the artificial pack factor creates. The test result is accurate. The disposable B-D testing package for examination of autoclave exhaust cold air degree is obviously better than the self-made cotton fabric testing package.
6.Research process of mTOR pathway in proliferative - relatively diseases in ophthalmology
International Eye Science 2014;(8):1417-1419
The mammalian TOR ( mTOR ) pathway is a key regulator of cell growth and proliferation which is also a fundamentally important player in a large variety of human diseases. The pathway regulates many key cellular processes and is implicated in a large number of pathological conditions, including cancer, obesity, diabetes, and cardiovascular disease, age - related diseases and other proliferative disease. It integrates signals from nutrients, energy status and growth factors to regulate many processes, including autophagy, ribosome biogenesis and metabolism. Our article reviews the advancement of laboratory results on mTOR pathway in proliferative diseases in ophthalmology.

It has been demonstrated by our previous research that 4-(2-acetoxybenzoylamino) butyramide derivatives exhibited good antiepileptic activities. In this paper, to explore the SAR and improve the antiepileptic activities of these derivatives, a series of novel 4-(2-acetoxybenzoylamino) butyramide heterocyclic compounds (5a-5n) were synthesized and biologically evaluated. Their structures were confirmed by 1H MNR, ESI-MS and elemental analysis. Pharmacological test in vivo showed that target compounds (5f, 5i-5n) displayed strong antiepileptic activities on 4-AP induced epilepsy in mice with ED50 values ranging from 0.3137 to 0.3604 mmol x kg(-1).

Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 1987;0(03):-
AIM To study the relation between the antiarrthymic effect and the inhibition of slow reaction cardiomyocyte of ethacizine(EC). METHODS The beating rate and action potentials of cultured slow response cardiomyocyte from neonatal rats was recorded. RESULTS EC 0 1~5 0 ?mol?L -1 produced a concentration dependent suppressing effect on spontaneous beating rate of cultured cardiac cells with IC 50 of 0 17 ?mol?L -1 and the maximal inhibitory rate was 52%.The steady state of inhibition to beating rate was achieved after adding EC for 15~30 min. The effective inhibition of beating rate by EC lasted for over 1 h.As EC 2 5 ?mol?L -1 depressed beating rate to the steady state ,effects of CaCl 2 2 mmol?L -1 and Iso 1 ?mol?L -1 on beating rate were partially reduced, and the effect of aconitine 0 2 mg?L -1 was abolished. EC 0 3~2 5 ?mol?L -1 pruduced the concentration dependent depression on APA,V max ,OS,SP 4 and MDP,and prolongation of SCL of the slow response action potentials.APD 90 was also lengthened at the concentration of EC 0 9~2 5 ?mol?L -1 . CONCLUSIONS The effective depression of EC on abnormal automaticity and conductance of the slow response cardiomyocyte in heart ischemic zone may be an important mechanism for its effective termination on some arrhythimas.EC may depress Ca 2+ ,especially Na + currents on slow response cardiomyocyte.
