1.The Evaluation of Treatment Effect of Respiratory Disease for 68 Cases of VLBWI
Journal of Medical Research 2006;0(04):-
Objective To discuss the main complication and death cause of VLBWI,and enhance survival rate. Methods We summarized our experience and analyzed distribution of respiratory disease diseases of 68 cases of VLBWI. Results 51 cases were cured and 9 cases were died. Conclusion The respiratory disease was the main complication and death cause of VLBWI. The survival rate of VLBWI could be improved by being in NICU,intervening early with medicine and strengthening management of respiratory tract.

3.Survey on Factors Related to Anxiety in Families of Patients in Cardiac Care Unit
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2008;14(4):336-337
Objective To investigate the factors related to anxiety in families of patients in cardiac care unit(CCU).Methods The family members of 50 CCU patients had been given questionnaires to evaluate their anxiety and correlative factors. Results The factors related to anxiety of families of CCU patients were the environment of emergency department, the disease knowledge and so on.Conclusion Reducing the anxious level of patients' families by proper nursing interventions can be helpful to family members' physical and mental health.
4.The effects of Metacycloprodigiosin on tumor metastasis-associated cell behavior in vitro
Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 2010;26(4):501-505
Aim To investigate the effects of Metacycloprodigiosin(MP) on tumor metastasis-associated cell behavior in vitro. Methods The effects of MP on the proliferation of HUVEC and 4TO7 cells were observed by MTT assay.Migration abilities of HUVEC and 4TO7 cells were measured by wound healing assay.Tube formation of HUVEC in the presence of MP for 10 hours was evaluated on matrigel basement membrane matrix. The abilities of adhesion and invasion of 4TO7 with MP for 24 hours were measured quantitatively by cell adhesion and transwell assay. Results MP did not affect proliferation of HUVEC and 4TO7 cells in concentration less than 10 μmol·L-1.MP inhibited HUVEC cells migration and formation of the tube in the concentrations of 0.01 to 1 μmol·L-1.In these concentrations MP could also inhibit 4TO7 cells migration, adhesion and invasion. Conclusion sThese results demonstrate that MP effectively inhibits tumor metastasis in vitro. All these findings suggest its potential as an anti-tumor metastasis compound in vivo.
5.Plasma D-dimer in the application of the tumor
Journal of International Oncology 2016;43(3):198-200
D-dimer,which is degradation products during the fibrinolytic process, can reflect the fibrinolytic activity in the body.Blood shows a hypercoagulable state in cancer patients, which can directly reflect the patient's condition. It is recognized that D-dimer plays an important role in evaluating the condition of cancer patients, treatment effect and prognosis.
6.Research on strategy of intellectual property protection of traditional Chinese medicine from the perspective of enterprise
International Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2014;(7):577-580
Traditional Chinese medicine is the few field of owing independent intellectual property in China, the implement of intellectual property strategy is important for the long-term development of traditional Chinese medicine enterprises. At present, traditional Chinese medicine enterprises still remain many problems in intellectual property protection, such as weak awareness of intellectual property protection, lack of intellectual property protection professional personnel, inadequate investment in R & D and low innovation level. These problems caused huge losses in practice to traditional Chinese medicine enterprises. After analyzing the status of intellectual property protection of traditional Chinese medicine enterprises, we put up with some concrete measures of intellectual property protection of traditional Chinese medicine considering the reality of these enterprises.
7.Comparison of Treatment Effects between Targeting Arterial Embolization before Sacral Chordoma Excision and Temporary Balloon Occlusion of Abdominal Aorta during Sacral Chordoma Surgery
Journal of China Medical University 2014;(5):454-457
Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of targeting arterial embolization before sacral chordoma excision and temporary balloon oc-clusion of abdominal aorta during sacral tumors surgery. Methods A total of 34 patients with sacral chordoma were recruited for this study and fol-lowed up. Totally 18 patients received bi-iliac artery, sacrococcygeal artery and other target arteryl embolization before excision(target arterial emboli-zation group),and the other 16 received temporary balloon occlusion of abdominal aorta during surgery(balloon occlusion group). The blood loss during operation, drained blood after operation, operation time and wound healing were recorded. Results The blood loss during operation, drained blood after operation and operation time in targeting arterial embolization group were less than balloon occlusion group. There was no statistical differ-ence in wound healing between the two groups. Conclusion Targeting arterial embolization can be more effective than temporary balloon occlusion of abdominal aorta in the control of blood loss.
8.Progress in research of P-selectin and Henoch-Sch(o)nlein purpura
Journal of Clinical Pediatrics 2010;(1):88-90
Henoch-Schonlein purpura (HSP) is the most common vasculitis disease in childhood. It is a multisys-tern disease that most commonly affects skin, joints, gastrointestine and kidneys. The causes and pathogenetic mechanisms underlying HSP have not been understood yet.Recently great progress have been made on HSP and attention has been paid to the relationship between P-selectin and HSP.This article summarizes recent work in the advancement of P-selectin and HSP.
9.Expert investigation of nurse core competence and nursing core curriculum
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2014;30(22):11-14
Objective To measure core competence of nurses by expert investigation in order to set nursing undergraduate core curriculums which matches nurse core competence. Methods 162 experts were followed with questionnaire survey and data were analyzed using cluster sampling method. Results Experts suggested that 18 core curriculums played an important role in raising nurse core competence. Conclusions Expert opinions about raising nurse core competence and offering nursing undergraduate core curriculum are intensive, study results are credible extremely, and the study offers objective evidence for making the civil standards of undergraduate nursing education.
10.Current Research Advancement of Hepatocyte Transplantation
Chinese Journal of Bases and Clinics in General Surgery 2003;0(02):-
Objective To investigate the application and advancement of hepatocyte transplantation (HCT). Methods Literatures about the advancement of HCT were reviewed and analyzed. Results There have been many novel technologies and advancements in the application of HCT. For example, gene modified cell can be used as seed cell, subcutaneous transplantation can be taken when combined with giant molecule material and the encapsulation preconditioning technique can also carried before operation to improve the rate of survival. Conclusion With more and deeper understanding of hepatocyte transplantation and the development of advanced techniques such as the application of giant molecule, HCT will be extensively used in the clinical treatment of acute and chronic hepatic diseases.
