1.Minimally invasive technique for potential application in colorectal cancer surgery
Chinese Journal of Clinical Oncology 2016;43(11):464-466
New technologies and ideas are constantly emerging recently. With the arrival of the era of minimally invasive surgery, most of the colorectal cancer surgeries can be conducted through minimally invasive techniques. In this study, we discuss the status, characteristics, controversy, and consensus of minimally invasive techniques in colorectal cancer surgery.
3.Intravascular Ultrasound-based Computational Fluid Dynamics Simulation of Arterial Vessel Wall Strain Distribution.
Journal of Biomedical Engineering 2015;32(6):1244-1248
Quantitative measurement of strain distribution of arterial vessel walls due to pulsatile blood flow within the vascular lumen is valuable for evaluating the elasticity of arterial wall and predicting the evolution of plaques. The present paper shows that the three-dimensional (3D) strain distribution are estimated through uni-directional coupling for 3D vessel and blood models reconstructed from intravascular ultrasound (IVUS) images with the computational. fluid dynamics (CFD) numerical simulation technique. The morphology of vessel wall and plaques as well as strain distribution can be visually displayed with pseudo-color coding.

5.Research progress of the diagnosis and treatment of diabetic cardiomyopathy
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2016;23(11):1748-1750
Objective Diabetic cardiomyopathy is a heart disease that excludes coronary heart disease, hypertensive heart disease and other heart diseases, and patients with diabetes mellitus prone to cardiac structural and functional changes.Echocardiography is often the first choice of examination methods, and nuclear magnetic resonance and nuclear magnetic resonance imaging is a new method to observe the changes of myocardial fibrosis and myocardial metabolism. In the treatment, need to a variety of methods to intervene, such as blood glucose control, using statin lipid -lowering drugs, angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor, angiotensin receptor blocking agent, beta blockers, antioxidants, and traditional Chinese medicine etc.
6.Some aspects need to focus on in humanistic quality education of undergraduate clinical medical students
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2016;15(5):477-480
The humanistic quality education of undergraduate clinical medical students is a system of education throughout the whole process of medical education. Some aspects include new career planning education, medical humanities quality courses, social practice, professional courses, clinical practice and evaluation of humanistic quality education need to design and control, which are necessary to achieve a good education results.
7.Study on the overlapping applications of multiple imaging to middle-aged women with constipation in the west area of Shandong
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2012;19(12):1795-1797
Objective To investigate the pathogen and inspection methods of the middle-aged women with constipation and evaluate the accuracy and clinical application of imaging to constipation. Methods First colonic transit test were used to 98 cases of middle-aged women who were diagnosed constipation by doctors, then air-barium double contrast examination were applied.Defecation radiography or simulation rectum defecography were used to those who were diagnosed as outlet obstruction.According to the measure target and diagnostic criteria of professor LU,the results were studied. Results 6 cases were abnormal within 8 cases who were inspected by barium enema.14cases were abnormal within 16 cases who were inspected by defecation radiography.Colonic transit test were used to 74 cases and only 6 cases were normal.16 cases were true slow transmission and 20 cases were false slow transmission.52 cases were outlet obstruction.20 volunteers were inspected by suspension barium sulfate and simulation rectum defecography. Conclusions Air-bariun double contrast examination could discover the organic disease and abnormal of rectum.colonic transit test, defecation radiography and simulation rectum defecography were simply and perfect methods to discover the pathogen of constipation.
8.Effects of Visual Field Factor on Pseudoneglect
Chinese Journal of Clinical Psychology 2001;0(03):-
Objective:Two experiments were performed to research the effects of visual field factor on pseudoneglect and to test the theories about neglect and pseudoneglect. Methods:Experiment 1 employed the landmark task and greyscales task in tachistoscopic and forced-choice conditions.Experiment 2 employed the greyscales task and tachistoscopic visual three-field technique. Results:Experiment 1 manifested that greyscales had no crossover effect;the length factor had effect on the greyscales task as the landmark task, but it only affected the bias magnitude, not the error direction.Experiment 2 indicated that the main effect of visual field was significant:when the greyscales were presented in the middle or right, pseudoneglect manifested, but when in the left, pseudoneglect vanished. Conclusion:The results provide evidence supporting the hypothesis that the perceptual distortion derives from the attentional process.
9.Evaluation of renal tubular function with fasting plasma homocysteine level in type 2 diabetic patients
Chinese Journal of Endocrinology and Metabolism 1986;0(04):-
Type 2 diabetic patients with the decline of urinary Tamm-Horsfall protein excretory rate showed the increment of fasting plasma homocysteine levels, suggesting that the damage of synthetic function of renal tubule may participate in the increment of homocysteine levels.
10.Expression and significance of uPAR and VEGF-C in hepatocellular carcinoma
Cancer Research and Clinic 2009;21(1):32-34
Objective To investigate the expression of uPAR and VEGF-C in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and its effect on the biological behavior of HCC. Methods The expression of uPAR and VEGF-C in liver tissue specimen of 33 patients with HCC was detected by immunohistochemical staining. Results The positive expression of uPAR and VEGF-C in HCC tissues was located in cytoplasma of cancer cells. The positive rates of uPAR and VEGF-C were 69.7 %(23/33) and 78.8 %(26/33) respectively in 33 cases of HCC. The expression rates of uPAR and VEGF-C were significantly higher in HCC with metastasis than in HCC without metastasis(P<0.05). But there were not significant correlation between the expression of uPAR or VEGF-C and tumor size, tumor grade, AFP level, hepatic cirrhosis. There was a close correlation between uPAR and VEGF-C in HCC(r=0.676, P<0.01). Conclusion The expression of uPAR and VEGF-C is correlated with metastasis, uPAR and VEGF-C may be signs of aggressive phenotype for evaluating treatment and prognosis of HCC. Examination of these two proteins may be helpful to .judge biological behavior of HCC.
