2.Influence of holistic nursing intervention on psychological state and gastrointestinal function of patients after abdominal operation
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2009;25(9):26-27
Objective To investigate influence of hohstic nursing intervention on psychological state and gastrointestinal function of patients after abdominal operation. Methods 48 patients undergoing abdominal surgery with epidural anesthesia were divided into the intervention group and the control group. Holistic nursing intervention and routine nursing were given to the two groups respectively. Self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) and serf-rating depression scale (SDS) were used to evaluate the psychological state of all patients and gastrointestinal tract function were also measured. The result underwent t test. Results SAS and SDS scores were lower on the fifth day after operation and the time of borborygmus recovery, anal exsufflation and defecation was shorter in the intervention group when compared with those of the control group. Conclusions Hohstic nursing to patients after abdominal surgery can eliminate anxiety and depression and improve recovery of gastrointestinal tract function.
3.Effect of PP~(60c-Src) on Ang II- induced signal transduction in rat vascular smooth muscle cells*
Chinese Journal of Pathophysiology 1986;0(04):-
AIM: The aim of the present study was to clar ify the mechanism of intracellular signal transduction in Ang II-induced prolife ration of vascular smooth muscular cells (VSMC) by observing the effect of c-Src on Ang II-mediated mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) activation and c-Fos protein expression in cultured VSMC of rats. METHODS: Cultured aortic VSMCs from SD rats were transfected wit h anti-sense c-Src oligodeoxynucleotides (ODNs) wrapt with lipofectin to inhibit c-Src activity and protein production. Untransfected VSMCs were used as control . We observed the role of Ang II stimulation in MAPK activation and c-Fos protei n expression. c-Src kinase activity was measured by protein immunoprecipitation and kinase autophosphorylation. The phosphorylation rate of the substrate myeli n basic protein (MBP) was employed to assess MAPK activity. Western immunoblot w as used to detect protein expression of c-Src and c-Fos. RESULTS: c-Src protein expression in VSMC transfected with diffe rent concentrations of anti-sense ODNs significantly decreased in a negative dos e-effect manner. c-Src kinase activity was also markedly inhibited . Following t he stimulation of Ang II on transfected VSMCs with anti-sense ODNs, the increase rate of c-Src activity was 8.7% of that in control, the activity of MAPK was 1 .6% compared with control and c-Fos protein expression was as 30.0% as that of control. CONCLUSION: Ang II induces c-Src activation. MAPK activation and c-Fos protein expression by Ang II is dependent on c-Src activation. These find ings indicate that c-Src is an important signal factor in Ang II -induced VSMC proliferati on.

5.Relationships between serum inflammatory mediators and myocardial injury in sepsis rats
Journal of Chinese Physician 2015;17(4):516-518
Objective To investigate the relationships between serum inflammatory mediators and myocardial injury in rats with sepsis. Methods Thirty male Sprague Dawley (SD) rats were randomly divided into normal control group and sepsis (0,24,48,72 h) groups. The rats subjected to sepsis were induced with cecum ligation perforation (CLP).Tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α),interleukin-6 (IL-6),cardiac troponin Ⅰ (cTnI) and B-type natriuretic peptide precursor (NT-proBNP) in the venous blood were measured at 0 h,24 h,48 h,and 72 h after CLP.The lactic acid (Lac) of the arterial blood, cardiac index (CI),acute physiology and chronic health evaluation (APACHE) Ⅱ score were also determined simultaneously. Results The levels of TNF-α,IL-6,cTnI,NT-proBNP,and Lac in sepsis (24 h,48 h,and 72 h) groups were significantly elevated compared to normal control and sepsis (0 h) group. In addition, the number of sepsis (24 h,48 h,and 72 h) groups progressively increased (P <0.05).Conclusions It existed a close relationship between serum inflammatory mediators and myocardial injury, and made myocardium damage after CLP.
6.Progress of behavioral tests in rat models of Parkinson’ s disease
Acta Laboratorium Animalis Scientia Sinica 2015;(2):209-215
Parkinson’ s disease ( PD) is a neurodegenerative disorder primarily characterized by resting tremor, muscular rigidity, akinesia and postural reflex impairment.Behavioral tests of PD in animal models are essential for under-standing the pathogenesis of PD as well as for the development and testing of potential therapeutics .Here we mainly use the 6-hydroxydopamine (6-OHDA)-induced rat model, to introduce a review on the research progress in non-drug-induced be-havioral tests of motor function in PD rats.
7.Effects of IDH1 and IDH2 genes mutations on tumors
Journal of International Oncology 2015;(5):351-354
Isocitrate dehydrogenases(IDHs)are considered as key enzymes in the tricarboxylic acid cycle. Recurrent mutations in the IDH1 and IDH2 genes are recently found in several human cancers. Those point mutations specifically affect IDH1 and IDH2 active site arginine residues and confer a neomorphic enzyme function of directly catalyzing α-ketoglutarate(α-KG)to R-2-hydroxyglutarate(R-2-HG). R-2-HG can com-petitively inhibits α-KG-dependent enzymes and may therefore contribute to the occurrence and development of tumor. In addition,Mutation status of IDH1 and IDH2 are closely relative to the progress and prognosis of cer-tain tumor. Thus IDH1 and IDH2 are considered to be promising biomarkers for early diagnosis and prognosis and targeted therapy.
8.Recent progress in children with tachycardia-induced cardiomyopathy
International Journal of Pediatrics 2021;48(2):78-81
Tachycardia induced cardiomyopathy is a kind of cardiomyopathy caused by sustained or recurrent tachycardia.Various types of tachyarrhythmias can cause TIC, and the main clinical manifestations of it are cardiac dilatation and cardiac dysfunction.TIC can occur at all ages and is a reversible and acquired cardiomyopathy with a generally benign prognosis. After early diagnosis and reasonable treatment to relive the tachycardia, the function of the heart can partially or completely recover. In clinical practice, pediatricians do not fully understand the disease, as a result, it is easily missed, misdiagnosed, then the proper diagnosis and treatment will be delayed. This article provides a systematic overview of the pathogenesis, clinical characteristics, diagnosis, differential diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of TIC in children, and aims to provide a basis for clinical pediatricians to recognize it early and treat it promptly.
