1.Study on volume-pressure relationship during the progression of an acute intracranial space-occupying lesion in dogs
Journal of Third Military Medical University 1988;0(05):-
An inflatable liquid epidural balloon was used to simulate an intracranial space-occupying lesion. Two groups of dogs with 8 in each were employed.Under different conditions and time intervals, intracranial pressure(ICP)was continuously recorded, and pressure-volume index(PVI),volume-pressure response(VPR),and cerebrospinal fluid pulse pressure(CSFPP)were measured silmutaneously. It was found that PVI was in significant negative linear correlation with ICP,while VPR and CSFPP in significant positive linear correlation with IVP(P
2.Presentation and DSP Implementation of Wavelet Zero-cross Stimulation Strategy for Cochlear Implants
Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 2003;0(11):-
Objective To introduce the wavelet zero -cross stimulation algorithm and based on which to design and implement the cochlear implants. Methods Through DSP and ICETEK-VC5416, the WZS speech coding strategy was simulated, and also the presented WZS strategy was compared to CIS strategy by hardware implementation and computer simulation. Results The processed audio signals, output from eight channels, were synthesized and played through loudhailer and could be heard with high fidelity. Conclusion The wavelet zero-cross stimulation(WZS) strategy, which generates stimulating pulsatile series at zero-cross points in the domain of wavelet transform, can keep the temporal correlation and coherence of speech remained in stimulating pulsatile series and reflects the characteristic of temporal coding for cochlea.
3.Analysis on the prognosis effect after health management intervention of chronic prostatitis
Chinese Journal of Health Management 2008;2(3):143-145
Objective To investigation the relationship between health management and prognosis of chronic prostatitis. Methods Three hundied and forty-six cases of chronic prostatitis were divided into two groups. The control group treatment was local washing and medicine for three months. The experiment group treatment was local washing, medicine, and health management for three months. NIH-CPSI was used for the results. Results There was no significant different between the experimental group(165 cases)and the control group(154 cases)before treatment in NIH-CPSI. The effective rate of the the experimental group was 88.5%, and that of the control group was 64.9% after treatment. It is effective for cure and the prognosis of the experiment was better than the control (P<0.05). Conclusion It is suggested that it is more effective for the prognosis of chronic prostatitis after the intervention of health management.

Objective:To study the effects of LeFort I osteotomy in the treatment of old maxillary fracture.Methods:30 patients with old maxillary fracture were treated with LeFort I osteotomy, the rehabilitation of occluding relation and masticatory function were observed after operation.Results:28 patients had well-pleasing occluding relation and masticatory function; 2 patients dissatisfied with their masticatory function, because of unbalance of nerve-muscle after their occlusal plane were rebuilt. Conclusion:LeFort I osteotomy can be a method in the treatment of old maxillary fracture.

Journal of Biomedical Engineering 2014;31(6):1316-1324
To evaluate the influence of different brands of syringes on performance parameters and application quality of syringe pump, we carried out matching experiment of infusion/syringe pump analyzer Rigel Multi-Flo, made by ALK Co. in Sweden, for 3 different types of syringes to measure the flow rate, occlusion alarm pressure, occlusion time and bolus volume of 26 syringe pumps. Data of quality control were analyzed with statistical method. The results demonstrated that there were significant differences in the flow rate, occlusion alarm pressure, occlusion time and bolus volume (P<0. 01) between those of common syringes and original syringes. This study points out that the health care providers should select compatible syringes for syringe pumps, which provides evidence and guidance to assure the reasonable and safe application of syringe pumps in clinical practice.

Objective To explore the effect of red lip defect repair using orbicularis oris muscles pedicle island flap disc. Methods 100 cases of unilateral pure red lip defect 1/3-2/3,lip lines full of patients were selected as the research subjects. They were randomly divided into two groups,50 cases in each group.Group A treated with debridement surgery to repair.Group B received red lip flap to promote repair treatment. The treatment effect of the two groups, satisfaction, lip survival rate and the degree of obvious scars were compared. Results he operation effect of the two groups was good. The satisfaction rates of group A and group B were 94.00% and 96.00%,respectively.For the lip shape treatment satisfaction, the difference was no statistically significant (P>0.05).The patients of the two groups with lip all alive, and 1 patient in group A with obvious scar, the scar was not obvious in group B.Conclusion For patients with red lip defect, take orbicularis oris muscles pedicle island flap of the oral mucosa or red lip flap to promote repair treatment has relatively significant clinical efficacy, with easy operation, less influence on the patients with facial form, it is worthy of popularizing.

Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 2001;0(11):-
Objective To compare the analgesic and side effects of tramadol, buprenorphine and morphine in equipotent dosage in patient-controlled intravenous analgesia (PCIA). Methods 53 patients (ASA I-II) scheduled for upper abdominal surgery were randomly allocated to receive 10mg/ml tramadol (group T) or 0.03mg/ml buprenorphine (group B) or 1mg/ml morphine (group M) plus 0.1mg/ml droperidol. Baxter APII PCA pump was used to administer the different analgesic according to the model of LCP, with the amount of loading dose, continuous infusion and bolus of 2.5ml, 0.5ml/h, 1ml respectively. At 4, 8, 16 and 24h postoperatively, pain scores in VAS, comfort scale in BCS, sedation scores with Ramsay score, and the incidences of nausea, vomiting, pruritus, respiratory depression were assessed. Drug consumption in the first 24h and the D/D ratio (demand/deliver) were also recorded. Results VAS and BCS scores showed no significant difference among the 3 groups, but drug consumption within the first 24h and the D/D ratio in group T were higher than those in other 2 groups (P0.05). 8 patients in group T, 5 in group B and 4 in group M suffered from nausea; 1 patient in group T, 2 in group B and 3 in group M complained of pruritus. No respiratory depression was observed in all cases. Conclusion Tramadol and buprenorphine can be safely used as PCIA in patients undergoing upper abdominal surgery, but they are not superior to morphine.
