1.Reflection on the Relationships Between Doctors and Patients
Chinese Medical Ethics 1995;0(04):-
This article deals with the relationships between doctors and patients in the ethical and legal perspective. It emphasizes that doctors should envisage, solve and settle new problems even conflicts with patients.Meanwhile,it points out that in China's tradition of ethical standard, the harmony between doctors and patients could not copy the legal system of the West.Adoption of ethics and laws as well as social responsibilities could result in good relationships between doctors and patients which could improve the service of hospitals.

3.Effect of treatment with continuous positive airway pressure on nocturnal polyuria in patients with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome: Relation with the plasma atrial natriuretic peptide in night
Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2001;5(3):60,85-
Objective To investigate the effect of continuous positive airway pressure(CPAP) on nocturnal polyuria in patients with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome(OSAS). Methods The number of nocturia, the nocturia output, the osmotic pressure of nocturia and the nocturia excretion of Na+ . Plasma levels of atrial natriuretic peptide (ANP) in night were measured in 8 patients. After treatment with CPAP, the patients were recorded or measured by those index again. Results The number of nocturia , The nocturia output, The osmotic pressure of Na+ ,and the plasma leels of NAP in night decreased significantly after tretment with CPAP.The osmotic pressure of nocturia rose significantly. The reduction of ANP corrected with the reduciton of the nocturia output, addition of the osmotic pressure of nocturia and the reduction of the nocturia exeretion of Na+ .Conclusion CPAP can reduce the number of nocturia, the nocturia output and the nocturia excretion of Na+ , increase the osmotic pressure of nocturia. The changes probably relate with the reduction of plasma level of ANP.

Conclusion The characteristics of Cyt b gene sequence can be used as a better molecular marker for authenticating Agkistrodon from its adulterants.
5.Gene polymorphisms of prognostic factors in non-small cell lung cancer
Journal of International Oncology 2013;(1):47-50
Many studies show that excision repair cross-complementing gene 1 (ERCC1),ribonucleotide reductase subunit M1 (RRM1),p53,epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR),and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) are closely related to the curative effect and prognosis of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).In recent years, many studies have investigated the association between polymorphisms of these factors and the curative effect and prognosis in patients with NSCLC.The polymorphisms of these factors may be potential biomarkers to predict the clinical outcome in patients with NSCLC.
6.Effect of osteoprotegerin on osteoclasts
Chinese Journal of Biochemical Pharmaceutics 2015;(3):65-68
Objective To analyse the effects of OPG (osteoprotegerin, OPG) at different concentrations on activity of osteoclasts (osteoclasts, OC) , and the relationship between them in physiological activity and function. Methods The bone marrow cells of six weeks old female mice were collected and cultured in vitro on the basis of adding different levels of OPG(10, 20, 50, 100 μg/L).The relationship between OPG and OC were analysed by tartrate resistant acid phosphatase ( TRAP) staining, F-actin cytoskeleton staining and bone resorption pits. Results OC showed adherent growth within 1h cultured, and there were no large multicore OC.Cultured for 5 days, the smaller monocytes gradually began to fusion with each other to form multinucleated cells and showed distinctive characteristics. After three days OPG treatment, the number of multicore cells gradually reduced with OPG concentration increaseing in experimental group, and showing a negative correlation between them(r=-0.516,P<0.05).And there were only a small amount of multinucleated cells at OPG concentration of 50 μg/L.At 20,50 μg/L of OPG concentration, OC number significantly decreased compared with control group (P<0.05), and when the concentration of OPG was 100μg/L, OC number showed significant reduction (P<0 01).the experimental group OPG bone resorption lacunae area, density and decrease the degree were positively correlated with concentration of OPG (r=0.459;r=0.426;r=0.389,P<0.05), and the area had a significant difference when two groups compared. Conclusion The inhibitive effects of OPG on OC function and activation increase with concentration increasing.

China Medical Equipment 2017;14(8):14-17
Objective:To design an intelligent system of leak detection for AK200Shemodialysis machine so as to fast troubleshoot the range of leaked point for helpingengineer. Methods: The likely leaked part of flow paths of hemodialysis were simplified basedon routine detection experiment and the statistical record and data of faults. And then, testmode of pressure when hemodailysis implemented self-inspection for leakage was imitated. There was a air pumpwas connected with aimed flow paths, and the positive and negative pressure generated by controlling an externalair pump and the connected magnetic valve were applied at different time and different section, respectively. Afterincreased pressure, depended on the comparison of intra pressures from pressure sensors for one part of pipelinebetween pre- and post of one spell to analyze and decide whether this section exist leak. And the judgment standardwas if the difference of pressure was less than 5mmHg, there was not leak in this flow path, otherwise, the likely leakpoint should be troubleshot in further detection. Results: 183 detections were implemented at AK200S/AK200USwhich once happened alarm of leakage. And in the 183 detections, the detection system for leakage has found theranges of leaked point in 171 detection. The distribution of leaked points was: 73 times were from filter to DRVAsection, 19 times were from DRVA section to DIVA section, 79 times were from DIVA section to champ of flexiblepipe at terminal of EVVA. On the other hand, in the leaked points, 162 points were at seal ring, 1 point was at filmof valve, 8 points were at connector, and the success rate of detection for leaked fault was more than 90%. Besides, the success rate of detection for leakage on flow paths of prepare troubleshooting under normal temperature was100%. Conclusion: The detection system of self-dependant development for leakage can help engineer to save timeof troubleshooting for leaked point and enhance the work efficiency.
