Journal of Clinical Surgery 2016;24(10):750-752
Objective To observe the bleeding risk of short-term intensive statin therapy after coronary artery bypass grafting. Methods A total of 240 patients treated with coronary artery bypass grafting were randomly divided into group A(experimental group)and group B(control group). All pa-tients were normalized to conventional treatment and they were given low molecular weight heparin for an-ticoagulant therapy during the perioperative period. Patients in group A were given 40 mg of atorvastatin before surgery, and 40 mg of atorvastatin every night for one month after the surgery. Patients in group B were given 10 mg of atorvastatin every night during the treatment. One month after the operation, platelet aggregation rate and bleeding events of patients were compared. Results There were significant differ-ences in maximum platelet aggregation rate[(14. 5 ± 3. 7)% vs(38. 1 ± 7. 4)% ,P < 0. 05],inhibition rate of platelet aggregation[(79. 5 ± 4. 3)% vs(50. 8 ± 10. 2)% ,P < 0. 05],and incidence of postopera-tive bleeding[27. 5% vs 12. 5% ,P < 0. 05]between group A and B,respectively. Conclusion Short-term intensive statin therapy can increase the bleeding risk after coronary artery bypass grafting.

4.The febrifugal effect and analysis on its mechanism of electric needling "Shang gen" point after sectioning infraorbital nerves of rabbits with fever
Chinese Journal of Pathophysiology 1986;0(03):-
In order to observe the febrffugal response and analysis on its mechanism of needling "Shang gen" point bilateral infraorbital nerves of rabbits were sected in the experiment. Fever models were made by leukocytic pyrogen. The experiment findings were as follows:1. It was found that when febrile response of leukocytic pyrogen in rabbits was significant, the cAMP content in CSF was strikingly increase (25.14?2.11pmol/L). During electric needling "Shang gen" point of febrile rabbits, however, fever response was markedly inhibited (△T was 0.27?0.07 at 60min); The cAMP content rise in CSF was markedly inhibited (11.22?0.13 pmol/ml).2. After sectioning bilateral infraorbital nerves of rabbits, the fever response of febrile rabbits was not depressed (△T was 0.71?0.06 at 60min) during electric needling "Shang gen" point. In the mean time, the cAMP content in CSF was significantly increased (28.53?1.12 pmol/ml).3. The authors inferred that the mechanism of febrffugal response of electric needling "Shang gen" point might be closely associated with producing nerves impulse (from the that point) which inhibited probablely the synthesis of cAMP through some modes.

This case report presents an extracted maxillary third molar, which have 3 separate roots with 5 canals, the canal configuration in mesiobuccal root are 3 separate orifices and canals,1 apical foramen. The clinician should be aware of this anatomical variation, avoid the missed canals.
6.Hypertension-induced target organ damage and early identification in children
International Journal of Pediatrics 2014;(4):411-414
Hypertension is a global problem, affecting both developed and developing nations. The mor-bidity of hypertension in children and adolescents has increased year by year in recent years. Hypertension in children can cause target organ damages(mainly renal, cardiovascular, central neurological,or optic fundal). In clinical practice,we need to find simple and easy methods for early recognition of target organ damages, thus se-rious consequences in adult hypertension may be prevented.
7.Cardiovascular responses in elderly hypertensive patients with discopotracheal intubation
The Journal of Practical Medicine 2015;(18):2978-2980
Objective To compare cardiovascular responses of intubations by Discopo and Macintosh laryngoscope in elderly patients with hypertension. Methods Sixty elderly hypertensive patients with ASAⅡ~Ⅲundergoing elective surgery were equally randomized into two groups. After induction of general anesthesia , orotracheal intubation was performed with Discopo or Macintosh. The Mean arterial pressure (MBP) and heart rate (HR), as while as Electrocardiogram (ECG) and Blood oxygen saturation (SpO2), were recorded before (baseline values) and at 1,3,5 minutes after intubation(post-induction values). The rate of one-time successive intubation, intubation time and complication were also recorded. Results Compared with the macintosh group, the rate of one-time successive intubation was higher and the intubation time was shorter in the Discopo group (P< 0.05, respectively),with no complications. Compared with T0,MBP and HR at T2 in the two groups and T3 in the Macintosh group increased significantly (P < 0.05). Compared with the Macintosh group,MBP and HR at T2,T3 of the Discopo group decreased significantly (P < 0.05). Conclusion Little effect of tracheal intubation with Discopo on cardiovascular response was observed in elderly hypertensive patients.
8.The progression of laboratory diagnosis for urinary tract infection
Chinese Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2009;32(6):616-620
Urinary tract infection (UTI)is a commonly encountered disease during routine clinical care. In the mean time, it is also a commonly encountered hospital acquired infection. UTI possesses various clinical symptoms, and usually the symptoms are atypical. The detection of leukocyturia and bacteriuria is an essential index for screening and confirmatory diagnosis of UTI. This article summarized the pathogenesis of UTI, diagnostic criteria, clinical significance and application evaluation of detection of the WBC and bacteria in urine.
9.Clinical application of arthroscopic anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction materials and theoretical research of anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction
Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2009;13(51):10125-10128
BACKGROUND: Anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) is the kernel of articular genu, for the past few years, the incidence rate of cruciate ligament injury increased gradually.OBJECTIVE: To review on the mechanism of the injury of ACL, the method of operation, the election of transplant, the reconstruction of equilong, the reconstruction of ligament and so on, and to look forward to providing some references on treating the ACL injury.METHODS: A computer-based research was conducted in Medine database (1996-01/2009-03), with the key words of "Anterior cruciate ligament, implant, reconstruction, repair". Chongqing VIP database and Qinghua Tongfang database (1996-01/2009-03) were retrieved with the same key words.RESULTS AND CONCLUSIONS: 200 literatures on arthroscopic ACL reconstruction were collected, excluding older, repeated and similar research, and the 18 standard literatures were included. ACL is a key structure to stabilize knee joint, and exercises and various factors during daily life could induce its injury. Unsuitable treatment would severely affect movement ability or movement loss. To recover structure and function of knee joint, damaged ACL should be reconstructed. With the development of technique and innovation of surgical instrument, arthroscopic reconstruction has presently been a popular method to treat ACL. There are many methods to treat ACL injury, but none of them can duplicate ACL anatomical relationship. It is still in doubt whether the operation can reduce the secondary damage. We have much more work to research on modus operandi, implant, postoperative rehabilitation and other adjunctive therapies.
10.Progress in the study of molecular mechanisms in thyroid hormone insensitive syndrome
Chinese Journal of Endocrinology and Metabolism 2008;24(6):683-685
Thyroid hormone insensitive syndrome is an inherited disease characterized by decreased target tissue responsiveness to thyroid hormone. Most cases are due to thyroid hormone receptor β gene mutation. Two novel types of thyroid hormone insensitive syndrome were recently identified, which are caused by gene mutations of MCT8, a specific thyroid hormone transporter, and SBP2 in the synthesis of deiodinase.
