[Objective]To measure the contents of rhychophyline in uncaria, and its regularity of variety with decoction time.[Methods]RP-HPLC method was used. The chromatographic conditions were listed below:Hypersil-BDS C18 column(150mm?4.6mm.5?m),amobine phase composed of metranol-water(70∶30),a flow rate of 1ml /min and wave lengths was 254nm,column temperature was 25 ℃.[Results]In the range of 0.19?g ~0.95?g,the linear was very well between the content of rhychophyline and peak area.[Conclusion]The contents of rhychophyline in decoction reached the peak at 11.4min after uncaria was added in boiling water.
2.EFFECT OF VITAMIN A DEFICIENCY ON IMMUNOLOGICAL FUNCTIONS OF CHILDREN
Acta Nutrimenta Sinica 1956;0(04):-
Dietary survey, physical examination and blood tests were carried out on kindergarten children from two to seven-year old in Wuhan, excluding some influencing factors such as malnutrition and so on. Three groups, 50 children each, were differentiated according to serum vitamin A level .avita-minotic (011 mmol/L). Immunological parameters were determinated before and after vitamin A supplementation. The results showed.'there were significant differences of S-IgA,C3 and lymphocyte transformation active response to PHA and lysozyme between vitamin A deficiency and normal group, but not on IgG, IgA, IgM and PHA skin test. After vitamin A supplementation these immunological functions could be improved. So we concluded vitamin A in subclinic deficiency could influence immune function too, but it could be recovered through vitamin A supplementation.
3.Advances in pathogenesis and management of hepatitis C virus-related thyroid dysfunction
Chinese Journal of Clinical Infectious Diseases 2014;7(3):271-276
Hepatitis C virus (HCV)-related thyroid dysfunction is a common complication in patients with chronic hepatitis C,including Graves' disease,Hashimoto thyroiditis, destructive subacute thyroiditis, hyperparathyroidism or hypothyroidism, with or without abnormal autoantibodies or thyroidrelated antibodies. The possible pathogenesis of HCV-related thyroid dysfunction includes bystander activation, molecular mimicry, effects of interferon and susceptibility associated with genetic polymorphism on particular locus.By now, there is still no criteria for diagnosis and treatment of HCV-related thyroid dysfunction. For patients with mild HCV-related thyroid dysfunction, observation may be appropriate; and for those with serious symptoms,anti-thyroid drug, levothyrocine, surgery or symptomatic treatment may be applied according to clinical symptoms. This paper gives an overview of the prevalence, clinical characteristics and possible pathogenesis of HCV-related thyroid dysfunction.
4.Clinicopathologic analysis of 12 patients with solid papillary carcinoma of the breast
Cancer Research and Clinic 2015;27(6):398-401
Objective To analyze the clinicopathologic features, diagnosis and different diagnosis of solid papillary carcinoma (SPC) of the breast. Methods The clinical data and pathological section, including HE and immunohistochemical staining slice,of 12 cases of SPC in People's Hospital of Shanxi Province from December 2008 to August 2014 were analyzed.Simultaneously,a literature search was conducted by utilizing Pub Med for all reported cases in English from November 1995 to October 2014.Results All cases were female, aged from 50 to 77 years old, manifested as mass or nipple discharge.Histologically, all cases appeared as multiple,well-circumscribed nodules filled by monotonous,low-moderate grade cell separated by fibrovascular cores.Immunohistochemically,CgA,Syn,ER and PR were positive in 12,11,9 and 5 cases,respectively.Her-2 presented as 1+ in 1 case (1/12) with invasive mucinous carcinoma, and locally poor positive in 2 cases without invasive component, while CK5/6 was negative in all cases.p63 and CK5/6 were positive in 6 and 5 cases at the location of axis of papillary,respectively.Meanwhile,8 and 7 cases at the border of duct, respectively. Conclusion SPC is an uncommon breast tumor, which presents with specific clinicopathologic features.
5.Quality of life and its relative factors in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease
Journal of Third Military Medical University 1983;0(03):-
Objective To explore the factors associated with quality of life(QOL)in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases(COPD).Methods Questionnaire was used to investigate 206 COPD patients, including demographic information,disease-related knowledge-attitude-practice and QOL scale. Results The total score of QOL in these patients was(64.70?14.78).There was statistically significant correlation between the quality of life and frequency of hospitalization in the past 2 years, marriage, education, course of disease by stepwise multiple regression analysis. Conclusion The quality of life in COPD patients is poor, especially in those who are spouseless,of longer disease course,of lower education degree, frequently hospitalized and insufficient for healthy practice.

Objective To investigate the effect of urotensin Ⅱ on myocardial fibrosis in rats. Methods The pressure overload animal model was established in rats by abdominal aorta coarctation. The rats were divided into sham operation group, modeled for 4,8 and 12 weeks group. The expression of U Ⅱ,GPR14,col-Ⅰ,col-Ⅲ,and PKA in cardiac tissues was detected by Western blot.Isolated and cultured cardiac myofibroblasts (CFs) from new-born SD rats were treated with U Ⅱ,KT5720 or SB-611812,and then the proliferation of CFs was observed by micro scope and CKK-8.Results The expression of U Ⅱ,GPR14,col-Ⅰ,col-Ⅲand PKA increased markedly in cardiac tissues of model rat, which were time-dependent.U Ⅱ promoted the proliferation of CFs (P<0.05),which could be inhibited by KT5720 or SB-611812.Conclusions U Ⅱ/UT system promotes the occurring and development of myocardial fibrosis.

AIM: To explore the protein levels of chemokine receptor 7 (CCR7) and vascular endothelial growth factor ( VEGF)-C in breast carcinoma , and to investigate the effects of CCR 7 and VEGF-C on prognosis of breast carcinoma.METHODS:The protein expression levels of CCR 7 and VEGF-C in the breast carcinoma tissues and normal breast tissues were detected by the method of immunohistochemistry .At the same time, the relationship between clinico-pathologic characteristics and the protein expression of CCR 7 and VEGF-C in the breast carcinoma tissues was analyzed . The relationship between the protein expression of CCR 7 and VEGF-C and survival time of the breast cancer patients was estimated by Kaplan-Meier method.RESULTS:The positive expression rates of CCR 7 and VEGF-C in the breast carcino-ma tissues were significantly higher than those in the normal breast tissues (P<0.01).A positive correlation was observed between the protein expression of CCR7 and the protein expression of VEGF-C in the breast carcinoma tissues (r=0.613, P<0.01).The protein expression of CCR7 and VEGF-C was correlated with lymph node metastasis and TNM stage (P<0.05), but both were not related to patients ’ age, primary tumor size, estrogen receptor and progesterone receptor .The survival time of the patients with CCR 7 and VEGF-C positive expression was significantly shorter than that of the patients without the expression (P<0.05).CONCLUSION:The positive expression of CCR7 and VEGF-C proteins is associated with the prognosis of breast cancer , and combined detection of CCR 7 and VEGF-C protein expression levels may be helpful to judge the prognosis of breast cancer .

Objective To improve the traditional nursing method in the postoperative children with cheiloplasty. Method Using the arm clipboards in 150 postoperative children with cheiloplasty, and then expanded using in 120 children who have accepted other surgery operation. Observed the nursing effects among these children. Results The nursing effects when using this kind of arm clipboards was significant, the re-injection rate was reduced. Conclusion Using arm clipboards among postoperative children can effective improve the nursing quality, and then increase the satisfaction of patients.
