Journal of Regional Anatomy and Operative Surgery 2017;26(6):455-457
Objective To explore the method of three-dimensional reconstruction of fetal bilateral renal artery and its application value of three-dimensional visualization model. Methods One case of 31 weeks fresh fetal bilateral kidney specimens was infused with epoxy resin-titanium dioxide and then casted.Obtained the original two-dimensional CT image data sets through CT thin layer scanning of the casting mold.Reconstructed the three-dimensional model of fetal bilateral renal artery with the Mimics 17.0 software, and the model was compared with the casting mold specimen. Results The casting mold specimen of fetal bilateral renal artery clearly showed the shallow blood vessels, but it was difficult to observe the deep renal arteries. On the contrary, the three-dimensional model of fetal bilateral renal artery could help to observe and measure the deep renal arteries accurately, but it failed to show the shallow blood vessels clearly. Conclusion Based on the advantage of the three-dimensional model fetal bilateral renal artery and casting mold specimens, the direction and distribution of fetal bilateral renal arteries could be displayed with stereoscopic multi-level through the combination of virtual and reality, which may provide a reliable morphological data for anatomy teaching and fetal basic medical research information.

Chinese Journal of Practical Pediatrics 2001;(1):23-24
Objective To investigate the incidence of fetal malnutrition( FM), its affected factors and their relationship with small - for gestational - age (SGA) fetus. Methods The intrauterinal growth of fetus was evaluated by the body weight of neonates and FM was detected by clinical assessment of nutritional status ( CANS ). Results ①33 out of 204 cases were found to be FM (16% ). FM in SGA group was significantly higher than that in AGA group ( 5.9% ) (x2 = 69.9, P < 0. 01 ).② When ot = 0. 05, the body weight and head circumference of neonates, the education level of mothers were included into logistic regression model, and their regression coefficient were negative. Conclusion SGA was supposed to be two of the risk factors in developing FM. Fetus with low body weight, small head circumference and not - so - well educated mother were prone to suffer from FM.

Chinese Journal of Forensic Medicine 2000;0(S1):-
For the purpose of diagnosis of sudden manhood death syndrome, immu- nohistochemical study of ANP was performed in right atria of 10 cases of sudden manhood death syndrome (SMDS) and 10 cases of noncardiac death controls with LSAB-method. It was found that the ANP granulus in right atria of SMDS were obviously depleted, compared with that in the control groups. The results showed that depletion of ANP granules in atria plays an important role in the causes of death of SMDS. This experiment also provides a new approach for studying the causes of SMDS.
