Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2011;18(17):2325-2326
Objective To study the clinical characteristics of abnormal lipid metabolism in different types of elderly people with hypertension. Methods The clinical data, collected from the elderly people who underwent annual physical examination, the characteristics of dyslipidemia and abnormal lipid metabolism in different types of elderly people with hypertension were analyzed retrospectively. Results The prevalence of dyslipidemia was 69. 63%, in which the prevalence of hypercholesteremia and hypertriglyceridemia was 23. 65%, and 26. 71% respectively. The prevalence of hypercholesteremia accompanied hypertriglyceridemia( mixed group) was 19. 27%, and normal group was 30. 37%. Hypertriglyceridemia group was easier to be accompanied with hypertension than normal group and HTC group(P <0. 05). The hypertriglyceridemia had higher risk of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases than norral group and HTC group( P < 0. 05 ). Conclusion The elderly people had high prevalence of dyslipidemia and metabolic syndrome, and with high prevalence of hypertension, which led to higher risk of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. The hypertriglyceridemia had more strong impact on cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases than hypercholesteremia.
2.Research progress of long non-coding RNA related to breast cancer
China Oncology 2017;27(8):668-674
Long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) is a group of functional RNA molecules, which is more than 200 nu-cleotides in length, lacks ability of encoding protein and participates in all aspects of gene regulation. The current studies have indicated that some lncRNAs take part in regulating the process of breast cancer tumorigenesis and progression. This article reviewed the abnormal expression of lncRNA in breast cancer, its relationship to breast cancer growth, apoptosis, invasion and metastasis, and its function in early diagnosis, drug resistance and prognosis of breast cancer. This review was expected to offer an insight into a new target for the prediction, diagnosis and individual treatment of breast cancer.

5.Effect of compound poria prescription on proliferation and differentiation and expression of PPAR? mRNA in rat preadipocytes
Chinese Journal of Pathophysiology 2000;0(07):-
AIM: To study the effect of herbal compound poria prescription (CPP) on proliferation and differentiation in primary rat preadipocytes, and to explore the mechanism of this process. METHODS: Primary cultured rat preadipocyte proliferation was determined by cell counting and MTT spectrophotometry. Cell differentiation was determined by Oil Red O staining, and the expression of PPAR? mRNA was determined by RT-PCR. RESULTS: CPP inhibited the proliferation and differentiation of primary rat preadipocytes in a dose-dependent manner, and it also inhibited the expression of PPAR? mRNA. CONCLUSION: CPP inhibits the proliferation of primary rat preadipocytes and inhibits the preadipocyte differentiation by suppressing the expression of PPAR? mRNA.
6.Advance in studies on molecular mechanisms of cisplatin resistance and intervention with traditional Chinese medicines.
China Journal of Chinese Materia Medica 2014;39(17):3216-3220
Cisplatin is a first-line anticancer drug widely used in clinic. However, its resistance reduces its efficacy. With a non-specific cell cycle, cisplatin's main targets are nucleophilic protein, DNA and RNA in cells. Among cisplatin's multi-factorial resistance mechanisms, abnormal expression of transport protein, intracellular detoxification enhancement, DNA repair capacity increase and apoptosis blocking are the main mechanisms. Because traditional Chinese medicines (TCMs) have unique advantages in cancer treatment, their combination with cisplatin can improve the efficacy. In this paper, the authors summarized the advance in studies on cisplatin's resistance and the combination of TCMs and cisplatin in recent years.

7.PHYTIC ACID INTAKE AND ITS EFFECT ON THE BIOAVAILABILITY OF ZINC IN PRESCHOOL CHILDREN
Acta Nutrimenta Sinica 1956;0(03):-
Phytic acid intake of preschool children was measured with modified ion exchange method. Zinc bioavailability was assessed by metabolic balance experiment and phytic acid/zinc molar ratio was calculated. The average intake of phytic acid in the diet was 499mg/day. The average of phytic acid/zinc molar ratio was 6.66. Even the subjects ingested foods rich in phytic acid, the phytic acid/zinc molar ratio (10.6) still remained at the lower limit of the critical value (10-20), that will inhibit zinc bioavailability. Metabolic balance study indicated that zinc bioavailability was not inhibited. Therefore, the phytic acid in present Chinese diet is unlikely a factor of zinc deficiency among children.
8.Progress of photodynamic therapy combined with anti - VEGF for patients with choroidal neovascularization
International Eye Science 2016;16(11):2048-2052
Choroidal neovascularization( CNV) is a common severe complication of ocular fundus diseases, with great potentiality to cause blindness. The treatments of CNV include photodynamic therapy ( PDT ) and anti-vascular endothelial growth factor( VEGF) therapy. However, PDT produces little visual benefits, and may result in ischemia, inflammatory responses, even the secondary expressions of VEGF. Anti-VEGF therapy sustained visual efficiency by repeated injections, causing economic burden and adverse effects related to injection. Recently, PDT combined with anti-VEGF therapy has progressed in laboratory and clinical research. Therefore, the combined modality therapy became one of the treatment options for CNV. In order to reduce the side effects of mono -therapy, further study is required to determine appropriate combinations and dosage.

Chinese Journal of Biochemical Pharmaceutics 2017;37(8):200-201,203
Objective To investigate the effect and psychological intervention of the treatment of hemodialysis internal fistula with Hirudoid combined with far infrared ray. Methods 80 cases of hemodialysis fistula were diagnosed and treated from January 2014 to December 2016 in Lishui Central Hospital, according to different treatment intervention methods, which were divided into two groups, each group with 40 cases. The control group was treated with routine nursing and far infrared therapy, and the observation group was treated withpsychological intervention and Hirudoid+far infrared therapy. The clinical efficacy, the improvement of clinical symptoms and the incidence of complications were compared between the 2 groups. Results The clinical effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group, the improvement of the clinical symptoms was better than that of the control group, the complication rate was lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of psychological intervention plus Hirudoid+far infrared ray in the treatment of hemodialysis fistula patients is significant, which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and complications in patients with less, and is worthy of clinical application.
10.Proteomics of human tears: towards clinical applications
Chinese Journal of Experimental Ophthalmology 2015;33(5):385-388
Tear fluid is a complex body fluid, which may contain thousands of protein/peptides and other molecules.Studies have determined that the changes in the chemical compositions of tears play an important role in some diseases and their progression.Tear fluid is a useful and easily accessible source for understanding ocular surface diseases, other eye diseases, and systemic diseases. It can also be used for identification of biomarkers for clinical applications and pharmaceutical development. Therefore, quantitative proteomic analysis of tears may provide very important information for diagnosis and treatment of eye diseases or the development of new drugs.Knowledge of the current proteomic technologies for tear analysis is helpful for conducting studies. In addition, ophthalmologists should pay close attentions to the association between tear proteomic changes and eye diseases, recent advances in tear proteomics and their applications in studying ocular surface diseases and conditions.
