Objective To investigate the expression of galectin-3 in pancreatic cancer cell and its effect on the proliferation and invasion of SW1990.Methods Immunocytochemistry and semi-quantitative RT-PCR was used to detect the expression of galectin-3 protein and mRNA in SW1990,PANC1 and ASPC-1 cell lines.Galectin-3 mono-antibody of different concentrations ( 1,2,3,5 μg/ml) was used to treat SW1990 cells for 24,48,72 h,CCK-8 kits were used to detect the proliferation in SW1990 cells; Transwell chamber was used to study the invasion in SW1990.Results Expression of galectin-3 protein and mRNA was present in SW1990,PANC1,and ASPC-1.Galectin 3 mono-antibody inhibited the proliferation and number of invasive cells in a dose and time dependant manner. The inhibitory rates at 72 h were 19.8%,29.9% and 42.7% in 2,3,5 μg/ml galectin 3 mono-antibody groups, the difference among them and control group was statistically significant ( P < 0.05 ).The inhibite rate of permeating membrane cells in 3 μg/ml galectin-3 mono antibody was 37.1%,the difference between this group and control group was statistically significant (P <0.05 ).ConcLusions Galectin-3 is highly expressed in pancreatic cancer cells.Galectin-3 antibody can inhibit the proliferation and migration capability of SW1990 cells.

Objective:To analyze the level and influencing factors of nurses′ proactive career behavior, problem-solving coping strategies and organizational identification, and to explore the relationship among them. Methods:This was a cross-sectional survey. A total of 536 nurses from Cangzhou Central Hospital, Luanzhou People′s Hospital, the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xingtai Medical College, People′s Hospital of Qiu County, Hebei Province in November 2023 were selected by convenience sampling method and investigated by general data questionnaire, Proactive Career Behavior Scale, Career Coping Strategies Scale and Organizational Identification Scale. The mediation effect was analyzed by AMOS 24.0 structural equation model. Results:Finally, 495 valid questionnaires were collected. There were 432 females and 63 males, 170 cases aged<31 years old, 256 cases aged 31-40 years old, and 69 cases aged>40 years old. The score of nurses′ proactive career behavior was (51.28 ± 9.86) points, problem-solving coping strategies was (16.25 ± 2.81) points, and organizational identification was (19.00 ± 4.84) points. The results of single factor analysis showed that nurses′ proactive career behavior was affected by age, title, department and salary satisfaction( F values were 2.20-24.44, all P<0.05), problem-solving coping strategies was affected by title, department and salary satisfaction ( F=5.72, 2.75, 21.30, all P<0.01), organizational identification was affected by salary satisfaction ( F=23.22, P<0.01). Problem-solving coping strategies, organizational identification were positively associated with proactive career behavior( r=0.786, 0.722, both P<0.01). Problem-solving coping strategies had a partial mediating effect between organizational identification and proactive career behavior( β=0.432, P<0.01), and the mediating effect accounted for 64.48% of the total effect. Conclusions:There is still room for improvement of nurses′ proactive career behavior, problem-solving strategies, and organizational identification. Nursing managers should pay attention to nurses′ job advantage of different age, title and department, and improve salary satisfaction to stimulate their work potential, and improve their organizational identification, guide them to adopt problem-solving strategies in coping with occupational stress, so as to promote the development of proactive career behavior.

Objective:To learn about physicians’ concepts and commonly employed method in hyaluronic acid injection and provide reference data for the standardization of pain management. Methods:This study was a cross-sectional study. Convenient sampling method was used to distribute questionnaires to cosmetic injectors and patients experienced with hyaluronic acid injections to collect data on their views of pain associated with hyaluronic acid injections. The physician portion was collected offline from June 15 to July 20, 2022, and the patient portion was collected from November 14, 2022, to December 6, 2022, via the Questionnaire Star platform. The physician questionnaire consisted of 17 questions, question types included single choice, multiple choice and essay questions. The patient questionnaire consisted of 6 questions, question types included single choice and multiple choice. Relevant data were analyzed using SPSS 22.0 software for descriptive statistics, and data were presented in the form of cases and percentages (%).Results:Sixty-two physician questionnaires and 123 patient questionnaires were collected. 42 (67.74%) physicians observed from their daily practice that more than 50% of their patients were very concerned about pain during injection; 101 (82.11%) patients scored ≥5 out of 10 for concern about impending pain prior to hyaluronic acid filler injection. At the time of treatment, 48 (77.42%) physicians advised patients to choose a lidocaine-containing hyaluronic acid filler for reasons including a significant reduction in injection pain (53 cases, 85.48%) and patient comfort with the treatment experience (59 cases, 95.16%). 60 (48.78%) patients were willing to choose an anesthesia-containing product at the time of injection, but the price of the anesthesia-containing product influenced the patient’ s choice (55 cases 44.72%) .Conclusions:Pain from cosmetic injectable treatments is an important issue to both physicians and patients. Lidocaine-containing hyaluronic acid is recognized by physicians and patients for its analgesic effect and high safety profile. There is no perfect solution for pain in cosmetic injection treatment, and multidisciplinary collaboration may be needed to solve the problem.
