1.Application of debridement adhesive combined with comfeel silver ion dressing in wound treatment after the total cystectomy

Objective To study and observe the application effect of debridement adhesive combined with comfeel silver ion dressing in the treatment of wound after the total cystectomy.Methods 90 patients with total cystectomy in Cixi People's Hospital from July 2014 to June 2016 were selected as the research object, and all the patients were randomly divided into control group 45 cases and observation group 45 cases, the control group were treated with conventional treatment of postoperative wound, the observation group were treated with debridement adhesive combined with comfeel silver ion dressing on the treatment of control group, then the infection rates, degree of edema and local comfort, life quality and local microcirculation state before and after the intervention of two groups were respectively analyzed and compared .Results The infection rates of observation group were higher than those of control group, the degree of edema and local comfort, life quality and local microcirculation state after the intervention were all significantly better than those of control group, the difference was all statistically significant ( P <0.05 ).Conclusion The application effect of debridement adhesive combined with comfeel silver ion dressing in the treatment of wound after the total cystectomy is better , and it has active role for the improvement of discomfortableness and microcirculation state.
2.Effects of Butyric acid on the Growth, Cell Cycle, and Morphology of Human Lung Cancer Cells

The effects of butyric acid on cloned human lung cancer cells (PLA-801D) were observed with flow cytometry (FCM) and the conventional methods to identify the biological characteristics of cell lines. Butyric acid ( 2 or 3 mmol/L)treatment could result in an inhibition of the cell division and the growth rate of the cells,the blocking of the cell cycle progression in the Gl phase,a prolongation in doubling time, a shortening in saturation time, a decrease of saturation densities,and a reduction of plating efficiency. At the same time,there were some normal phenotypes of the cells such as flattening, tendency to grow in a monolayer,weakening of surface membrane activities, regularization of nuclei, and increasing of intercellular junctions.These findings suggest that after the treatment of butyric acid, the cancer cells (PLA-801D) appeared to acquire relatively normal growth properties and phenotypes. Thus, butyric acid, to a certain extent, can induce differentiation of PLA-801D cells, and be a potential anticancer agent.
3.Evaluation of ulcer-like projections and penetrating atherosclerotic ulcers of aortic intramural hematoma using dual-source computed tomography

Objective To evaluate the imaging features of ulcer-like projections (ULP)and penetrating atherosclerotic ulcers (PAU)of intramural hematoma(IMH)using dual-source CT (DSCT).Methods Retrospectively analysis of DSCT imaging data of 1 12 patients in our hospital was performed.The shape of hematoma and location of ULP and PAU were evaluated Stanford A and B IMH depicting on DSCT images.The maximum diameter of aorta,maximum thickness of hematoma,deepness of ulcer were com-pared between in patients of IMH with or without ULP and PAU.Results IMH manifested as circular or crescent high density on plain scan and without contrast enhancement on DSCT images in 1 12 cases.Among of them,68 cases(68/1 12,61%)of IMH had ULP or PAU,in which there were 21 cases(21/1 12,1 9%)with ULP and 47 cases(47/1 12,42%)with PAU,the mean maximum depth was (0.48±0.1 5)cm in ULP and (1.08±0.56)cm in PAU.There were 4 cases with ULP and 9 cases with PAU in 29 cases of Stanford type A,while 1 7 cases with ULP and 38 cases with PAU in 83 cases of Stanford type B.There were 14 cases with single ULP and 7 cases with multiple ULP in 21 patients with ULP,while there were 27 cases with single PAU and 20 cases with multiple PAU in 47 patients with PAU.There were 1 9 cases with both PAU and ULP.There was statistical significance that PAU occurred more likely in the descending aorta and distal aorta than that in ULP (P =0.028).Conclusion IMH patients are susceptible to ULP and PAU,DSCT can objectively evaluate CT features of ULP and PAU of IMH.
4.Buyang Huangwu Decoction and Guipi Decoction Treat Sequelae of Craniocerebral Trauma

[Objective] To explore the clinical effect of Buyang Huangwu Decoction and Guipi Decoction together on BTS. [Method] Select 48 cases of BTS in accordance of diagnosis standard, divide them into treatment group 48 cases(take revised Buyang Huangwu Decoction and Guipi Decoction ) and control one 20(routine western medicine), judge their cure effect after 2~4 courses. [Result] The cure rate and total effective rate were respectively 60.42%and 87.50% for treament group, for control one, they were respectively 30.00% and 65.00%; with χ2 test, their differences were respectively of marked statistical meaning and statistical meaning. [Conclusion] Buyang Huangwu Decoction and Guipi Decoction together had definite cure effect on BTS.

Objective·To evaluate the clinical value of two-dimensional ultrasound combined with four-dimensional color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of uterine space-occupying lesion.Methods·A total of 75 patients with uterine space-occupying lesion were enrolled in this study from March 2015 to February 2016 at Hospital of Southwest Medical University.Patients received both two-dimensional ultrasound and four-dimensional color Doppler ultrasound to determine the location,number and nature of the lesions,as well as the clinical staging of malignant lesions,then the diagnostic accuracy was evaluated.Results·Among 75 patients,there were 26 cases with endometrial carcinoma,21 cases with hysteromyoma,16 cases with metropolypus,and 12 cases with uterine adenomyosis.The diagnostic accuracy of two-dimensional ultrasound combined with four-dimensional color Doppler ultrasound for the uterine space-occupying lesion was 88.0%,which was significantly higher than that of two-dimensional ultrasound (64.0%) (P<0.05).What's more,the diagnostic accuracy of two-dimensional ultrasound combined with four-dimensional color Doppler ultrasound for the clinical staging of endometrial carcinoma was 88.5%,which was significantly higher than that of two-dimensional ultrasound (61.5%) (P<0.05).Conclusion·Two-dimensional ultrasound combined with four-dimensional color Doppler ultrasound is more effective to improve the diagnostic accuracy of uterine space occupying lesion and clinical staging of endometrial carcinoma in comparison with two-dimensional ultrasound,which will favor the clinical strategy for the treatment of uterine space-occupying lesion.
9.Assessment of the CT image quality for lung nodule using different field of view and matrix:a phantom study

Objective To assess the CT image quality of the pure ground glass nodule(pGGN)in chest phantom by using different field of view(FOV)and matrix.Methods CT(Philips Brilliance 128 spiral CT)scans were performed on chest phantom containing 9 artificial pGGNs(diameter≥5 mm)in 3 different FOV (50 mm,150 mm,300 mm ),and were reconstructed in 2 different matrix(512×512, 1 024×1 024),standard kernel.Recorded the CT values and standard deviations (SD)of the nodules and surrounding regions in different FOV and matrix,and calculated the mean standard deviation(MSD),contrast noise ratio (CNR)and signal noise ratio (SNR),then compared the difference among them.Two radiologists assessed the image quality of the pGGNs in blind method respectively,then evaluated the coherence between them using Kappa testing.Results The coherence of 2 observers was substantial or almost perfect.No significant differences were found on MSD,CNR and SNR in different FOV (P value>0.05)when matrix was kept,whereas the visibility of the nodules improved with the FOV changing smaller.And there were significant differences all on MSD,CNR and SNR by using different matrix when FOV was kept.The MSD increased and the CNR,SNR decreased in high-resolution group.The visibility of the pGGNs was not improved obviously in high-resolution group.Conclusion The image quality of the pGGN(diameter≥5 mm)won’t be changed by using smaller FOV when matrix is kept ,but the visibility will be improved with the FOV changing smaller.When FOV is kept,the MSD increased and the CNR,SNR reduced in high-resolution group,but the visibility will not be improved obviously compare to the standard resolution group.

Shuyu Pill is the representative prescription for treating deficiency-essence. This article discussed the consistency of diabetes and deficiency-essence from TCM syndromes and etiology and pathogenesis, and probed into the correlation between Shuyu Pill and diabetic Western medicine of pathomechanism diabetes from the modern pharmacological research on Shuyu Pill. Therefore, it proposed that diabetes has the essence of deficiency-essence;the pathogenesis of diabetes should meet the efficacy of Shuyu Pill; pharmacological effects of Shuyu Pill can affect various pathological mechanism of diabetes, with a purpose to provide new ideas for the clinical treatment of diabetes.
