1.The diagnosis and therapy of invasive aspergillosis
Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2004;0(02):-
Invasive aspergillosis is one of common causes of death in patients with hematologic malignancies and bone marrow transplant recipients .The high mortality is due in part to difficulties in timelydiagnosis because signs and symptoms are often nonspecific or are attenuated as a result of medication such as corticosteroids. In addition to the profound and persistent net state of immunosuppression in patients who develop invasive aspergillosis, intrinsic or secondary antifungal resistanceand the toxicity may also account for high mortality.

Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2003;0(07):-
Objective:Using PCR to amplify filamentous fungi DNA fragments. Methods:Pour some liquid nitrogen to the hypha and grind them to powder. Then add some TE buffer and boil them for 15-20 minutes. Take a little supernatant as PCR template. After PCR do agarose gel electrophoresis. Collect the gel containing the objective fragment and add some TE. Take a little supernatant as PCR template (again.) After PCR, do agorose gel electrophoresis again. Results:We obtained a great deal of objective DNA. Conclusion:Amplifying filamentous fungi DNA fragment by this way, we can save time and money. We can also improve our work efficiently.

Chinese Journal of Hospital Administration 2015;(4):263-265
In line with guidelines of the health reform and realities in China,we comprehensively analyzed the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in improving the hierarchical medical system by means of the SWOT method.Based on such,we proposed some corresponding development countermeasures, for policy and decision references in developing a medical system of reasonable division of responsibilities.

Chinese Health Economics 2017;36(7):58-62
Objective:To explore the usage of system dynamics analyzing the influencing factors of total health expenditure(THE),forecast the trends of total health expenditure based on the method of System Dynamics and put forward relative countermeasures. Methods:According to the literature and expert consultation, the population, elderly,GDP,government health expenditures, drug costs and the number of health workers per thousand population were the important factors for THE.These factors were incorporated into system dynamics model for total health expenditure and conducted the simulation. Results:Based on the examination, the simulation results highly corresponded to historical data (2002-2014) and the official forecast (2015-2020),which showed that the model had good stability and reliability. The simulation results showed that steadily increasing total health expenditure would reach 7 457.12 billion yuan in 2025.Conclusion:The system dynamics approach had superior characteristics to other projection methods in terms of stability and reliability. In order to control the irrational growth of total health expenditure,it needed to increase the prevention investment, decrease the incidence of chronic diseases;sustainably improve the reform of public hospitals, implement the basic drug system;change the income-oriented performance appraisal to realize the labor value of medical staffs.

International Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2009;31(2):107-108
Objective To study the effect of Naotongliting capsule (NLC) on hemorheology and platelet aggregation in blood stasis rats. Method The rat model of blood stasis was established with adrenaline subcutaneous injection in combination with ice-water socking. Aspirin and Yangjiao capsule were selected as contrast medicine to observe the effect of NLC on whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, haematocrit, fibrin and platelet aggregation in blood stasis rats. Result NLC could reduce hemorheology and platelet aggregation in blood stasis rats. Conclusion NLC is helpful to adjust hemorheology and plateiet aggregation in blood stasis rats, indicating its good effect of activating blood circulation to remove blood stasis.

Chinese Journal of Postgraduates of Medicine 2017;40(9):780-783
Objective To investigate the serum expressions and clinical significance of Dickkopf-1 in patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA). Methods The clinical data of 139 patients with RA were retrospectively analyzed, including the disease history, tender joint count (TJC), swollen joint count (SJC), platelet, erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR), C-reactive protein (CRP), rheumatoid factor (RF), anti-nuclear antibody (ANA), antikeratin antibody (AKA), anti-perinuclear factor (APF), anti cyclic citrullinated peptide antibody (anti-CCP), Dickkopf-1 and radiological (X-ray) staging. The disease activity scale (DAS) was evaluated, and the ESR and CRP levels were included. The relationship between Dickkopf-1 and the clinical data of RA, DAS44 score was analyzed. Results The serum level of Dickkopf-1 in patients with RA was (2.70 ± 0.46) μg/L. There was no relationship between serum Dickkopf-1 level and gender, age, course of disease, CRP, platelet, ANA, AKA, APF, RF, radiological staging in patients with RA (P>0.05). The serum Dickkopf-1 level was significantly associated with TJC, SJC, ESR, DAS44-ESR score, DAS44-CRP score and anti-CCP (r = 0.200, 0.291, 0.178, 0.222, 0.199 and 0.278, P = 0.019, 0.001, 0.037, 0.009, 0.028 and 0.012). Conclusions The serum Dickkopf-1 expression level is closely related to the occurrence and development of RA. Dickkopf-1 may contribute to diagnose the disease activity in patients with RA.

Zesheng LI ; Liqing XIAN ; Caihua LIANG
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2003;0(03):-
Assessment or evaluation of student performance in a problem-based learning (PBL) curriculum is difficult to plan or implement. Many medical schools which have switched to a PBL learning format usually use traditional evaluation methods based on factual recalls, which usually has a negative influence on the learning style of the students, thereby reducing the impact of PBL. The purpose of this review is to discuss the various evaluation methods with a particular focus on methods applicable to PBL, so that we can make intelligent use of these methods in our PBL curriculum. In combination with evaluation methods adopted at McMaster University, the article makes an elaboration about them.
