Cancer Research and Clinic 2015;27(6):398-401
Objective To analyze the clinicopathologic features, diagnosis and different diagnosis of solid papillary carcinoma (SPC) of the breast. Methods The clinical data and pathological section, including HE and immunohistochemical staining slice,of 12 cases of SPC in People's Hospital of Shanxi Province from December 2008 to August 2014 were analyzed.Simultaneously,a literature search was conducted by utilizing Pub Med for all reported cases in English from November 1995 to October 2014.Results All cases were female, aged from 50 to 77 years old, manifested as mass or nipple discharge.Histologically, all cases appeared as multiple,well-circumscribed nodules filled by monotonous,low-moderate grade cell separated by fibrovascular cores.Immunohistochemically,CgA,Syn,ER and PR were positive in 12,11,9 and 5 cases,respectively.Her-2 presented as 1+ in 1 case (1/12) with invasive mucinous carcinoma, and locally poor positive in 2 cases without invasive component, while CK5/6 was negative in all cases.p63 and CK5/6 were positive in 6 and 5 cases at the location of axis of papillary,respectively.Meanwhile,8 and 7 cases at the border of duct, respectively. Conclusion SPC is an uncommon breast tumor, which presents with specific clinicopathologic features.

Objective To study the clinical effect of orthopedic-orthodontic treatment in crossbite in deciduous dentition through cephalmetric analysis. Methods 12 children with crossbite in deciduous dentition were enrolled in treatment group. Control group included 8 patients with normal deciduous dentition. Modified reverse headgear was used in each patient in the treatment group. Orthodontic force was a-bout 2. 94-4. 90 N (300-500 g) , and the direction of force was under occlusion plane for 37 degree. Each patient wore reverse headgear for 10 hour per day. Orthodontic treatment lasted for 6 months, and then orthodontic treatment began at once. Orthodontic treatment was not over until crossbite was corrected. The cephalmetric change was compared between two groups before treatment (T1) , after orthopedic treatment (T2)and after orthodontic treatment (T3). The effect of orthopedic-orthodontic treatment was analyzed in two group. Results Crossbite was corrected successfully in all patients in the treatment group. After treatment, A point moved forward by 2. 8mm, Is-FHp increased 8. 38 mm, <SNA increased 2. 65, incisors in mandible moved backward a little bit. All these changes were statistical different as compared with those in the control group. Conclusion Skeletal and dental deformity are improved progressively after combined orthopedic-orthodontic treatment. It is recommended to perform orthopedic-orthodontic therapy in skeletal crossbite in deciduous dentition.

ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical effect of pendulum and straight wire technology in patients with fully erupted second molar.MethodsPatients with Angle class Ⅱ malocclusion were chosen.Control group included patients without erupted second molar.Experimental group included patients with completely erupted second molar.Pendulums were used in two groups to distalize maxillary molars. Then straight wire orthodontic treatment had been performed until treatment was over.Cephalograms of each stage were analyzed.ResultsIn the experimental group, mesiobuccal cusp of first molar was distalized for 4.62 mm,geometric center was distalized for 3.75 mm,about 81 percent of the movement of mesiobuccal cusp.In control group, mesiobuccal cusp of first molar was dis talized for 5.78 mm,geometric center was distalized for 3.20 mm,about 55 percent of the movement of mesiobuccal cusp.It turned out first molar was distalized in both groups, but more rotation took place in control group than that in the experimental group.ConclusionsPendulum can distalize maxillary first and second molars in patients with completely erupted second molar. The pendulum and straight wire technology can treat these patients successfully.

Journal of Practical Stomatology 2017;33(5):702-704
RGS16 protein expression in 84 cases of oral squamous cell carcinoma(OSCC) was examined by immunohistochemical staining method.RGS16 protein expression was positive in 78 out of the 84 cases. The expression was associated with the clinical stage of OSCC(P < 0.05),but not with patient's age, gender, degree of differentiation and lymph node metastasis(P > 0.05).

Objective To compare Endobutton plating and clavicular hook plating for acromioclavicular joint dislocation. Methods The clinical data of 46 patients with acromioclavicular joint dislocation were retrospectively analyzed who had been treated at Department of Orthopaedics,The Seventh Affiliated Hospital to Sun Yat-Sen University from October 2015 to December 2017.They were 35 men and 11 women, aged from 18 to 60 years (mean,36.3 years). All dislocations were unilateral, involving the left side in 20 cases and the right side in 26.By the Rockwood classification of dislocations, there were 18 cases of type Ⅲ,24 cases of type Ⅳ and 4 cases of type Ⅴ.Of them,22 were treated with clavicular hook plating and 24 with Endobutton plating. The 2 groups were compared in terms of operation time, incision length, intraoperative blood loss, operation cost, visual analogue scale (VAS) and Constant-Murley scores. Results The 2 groups were comparable because there were no significant differences between them in the general clinical data before operation (P > 0.05).The Endobutton plating group was significantly better than the hook plating group in the incision length (5.3 ± 0.6 cm versus 8.0±1.7 cm) and intraoperative blood loss (101.0±12.3 mL versus 135.0±8.1 mL),but significantly poorer than the latter in the operation cost (RMB 21,343 ±965.2 yuan versus RMB 16,849 ±919.7 yuan) (all P < 0.05).The Endobutton plating group was also significantly superior to the hook plating group in the VAS scores (2.3 ±0.8 versus 3.6 ±0.9) and Constant-Murley scores (96.2 ±4.4 versus 89.3 ±5.2) at 6 months after operation (both P < 0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of acromioclavicular joint dislocation,Endobutton plating may lead to better functional recovery of the shoulder, better pain relief and freedom from secondary surgical removal of the implant.
