Objective To explore the interference effect of drinking green tea on patients with primary kidney disease syndrome. Methods 200 cases of patients with normal kidney function and also accepted initial treatment of primary kidney disease syndrome were divided into the research group(102cases) and the control group (98 cases) at random. The research group adopted normal nursing, hormone medicine treatment and also drank green tea as nursing measure, but the control group used normal medical treatment and hormone only. The change of blood sugar, blood fat and hemodynamics and relapse rate of kidney disease syndrome were observed in two groups one year later. Results A variety of indexes of the blood sugar, blood fat and hemodynamics in patients of the research group were better than the patients of the control group one year later. The relapse rate of the research group was 11.76%, the control group was 28.57%, the difference was statistically different. Conclusions Drinking green tea can improve the food treatment effect of patients suffered from primary kidney disease syndrome so as to reduce the recrudescent rate effectively and improve life quality of patients suffered from primary kidney disease syndrome.

Objective To explore a new method for repairing multiple knee ligament injuries with allogenic achilles tendon. Methods Injuried anterior and posterior cruciate ligament(APCL) in 25 patients with multiple knee ligament injuries was reconstructed under arthroscopy with the bone- patellar tendon -bone which was treated with deep hypothermia and ? radiation. At the same time, injuried medial collateral ligament (MCL) or lateral tissue was repaired. Results After the disappearance of edema and inflammation in the injuried knee joints, the allogenic bone-patellar tendon-bone transplant was performed under arthroscopy. Menisci were sutured in 2 cases, and were resected or partially resected in 15 cases. All patients were followed up for more than 12 months. According to the Lysholm score method of knee function, the average score of preoperation and postoperation was 36 and 85, respectively. The satisfactory rate was 83%. The objective examination showed anterior drawer test(ADT) positive in 21 cases preoperatively, and 2 postoperatively. Lachman test was positive in 22 cases preoperatively, and 2 postoperatively. 3 patients had tolerable pain in knee, and 5 had the limitation of knee activity (5~20?). Conclusion The injury and complication caused by the autograft can be avoided by using allogenic bone- patellar tendon -bone to repair multiple knee ligament injuries. After systemic rehabilitation, the function of the knee joints can be restored reliably.

Objective: To observe the impact of electroacupuncture on the pain threshold and the content of excitatory amino acids in the spinal cord of the rats with neuropathic pain to discuss the mechanism of electroacupuncture in treating neuropathic pain. Methods: The rats were randomly divided into a control group (n=10), a sham surgery group (n=10) and a surgery group (n=30) to take spared nerve injury (SNI) surgery of sciatic nerve. The successful SNI model rats in the surgery group were randomly divided into a model group (n=10), an electroacupuncture group (n=10) and a sham electroacupuncture group (n=10). The mechanical pain threshold (MPT) and heat pain threshold (HPT) were measured on the preoperative day, postoperative day 7, postoperative day 9 and the day after the sixth acupuncture treatment. The electroacupuncture was carried out at Huantiao (GB 30) and Weizhong (BL 40) starting from the postoperative day 10 to reflect the impact on the mechanical pain threshold and heat pain threshold. The pre-column deriverization and HPLC fluorescence detection as well as microdialysis method were adopted to test the content of EAAs in spinal cord of rats. Results: The SNI surgery decreased the mechanical pain threshold of rats significantly. The glutamate (Glu) and aspartic acid (Asp) in the microdialysis solution of rats in the model group were higher than in the control group and sham surgery group at the same time point (P<0.05). The contents of Glu and Asp in the microdialysis solution of rats in the electroacupuncture group and sham electroacupuncture group decreased significantly (P<0.05), comparing with model group at the same time point (except the Glu of the sham electroacupuncture group at the second time point). The electroacupuncture reduced the mechanical allodynia markedly. Conclusion: The mechanism of electroacupuncture treating neuropathic pain may relate with the decrease of excitatory amino acids in spinal cord.

Objective To investigate the different concentrations of progesterone on the expression of a disintegrin and metalloprotease 10 (ADAM10),long form leptin receptor (Ob-R) and the secretion of soluble leptin receptor (SLR),leptin (LEP) in primary pregnancy human chorionic trophoblast cells. Methods Cultured primary human trophoblast cells and added in different concentrations of progesterone (0,100,150 and 200 ng/mL) for 24 hours. The relative expression of ADAM10 and Ob-R in the cells and the content of SLR and LEP in the supernatant were detected. Results With increasing concentrations of progesterone, early human trophoblast cells ADAM10 content gradual-ly decreased, the difference between the two groups was significant (P<0. 05). With increasing concentrations of progesterone, human chori-onic trophoblast cells in early pregnancy Ob-R expression levels increased, the difference was no statistically significant between each two groups (P>0. 05). SLR content of the cell supernatants as the concentration of progesterone increased and decreased, there are significant differences between each two groups (P>0. 05). LEP cell supernatant in each group with the increase of the concentration of progesterone concentration increased gradually between the two groups were significantly different(P>0. 05). Pearson’s test showed that the expression of expression SLR and LEP exists a significant negative correlation (R= -0. 949,P<0. 01). Conclusion Progesterone may influence the ex-pression of ADAM10,SLR and LEP by the regulation of leptin to participate GDM occurs.

Objective: To observe the effects of manganese( Ⅲ ) meso-tetrakis (N, N'-diethylimidazolium-2-yl) porphyrin (MnTDM) in treatment of early Parkinson's disease(PD) mouse model induced by subcutaneous injection of 1-methyl-4-phenyl1, 2, 3, 6-tetrahydropyridine(MPTP) and to discuss its possible mechanism. Methods:Forty male C57BL/6 mice were evenly randomized into 4 groups: MPTP model group(subcutaneous injection of 25 mg/kg MPTP for 3 days), MnTDM+ MPTP group (15 mg/kg MnTDM was subcutaneously injected 1 h before MPTP injection), MnTDM control group, and normal saline group. Performance of animals in the pole and swimming test was observed 3 days after the last injection. Levels of dopamine (DA) and its metabolites(3,4-dihydroxyphenylacetic acid [DOPAC] and homovanillic acid [HVA]) in the striatum of animals were measured by high-performance liquid chromatography with an electrochemical detector(HPLC-ECD). Thiobarbituric acid (TBA) method was used to examine the levels of malondialdehyde(MDA). Results: Acute injection of MPTP could be used for establishment of PD model. The striatal levels of DA, DOPAC and HVA in MPTP group were significantly lower(P<0.01)and the striatal level of MDA was significantly higher(P<0.05) than those of the control group. MPTP had no obvious effect on the behavioral performance of the animals in a short term. MnTDM could partly inhibit the above effects of MPTP. Compared with MPTP group, MnTDM+ MPTP group had significantly higher DA, DOPAC, and HVA levels and significantly lower MDA level(all P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the behavioral indices of animals between the 4 groups. Conclusion:MnTDM can inhibit lipid peroxidation and promote DA production; it has preventive and therapeutic effects on MPTP induced PD.
