The contents of acid phosphatase (AcPase),adenosine triphosphatase (ATPase) and deoxyribonucIeic acid (DNA) of the peritoneal macrophages in mice were studied quantitively by using texture analysis system (TAS) on the 1st, 3rd, 6th, 9th, 12th day after irradiation with 8GY of ~(60)Co ?-rays. It was found that the contents of AcPase, ATPase and DNA decreased in varying degrees after irradiation in comparison with the control. The contents of AcPase and ATPase decreased remarkably on the 6th day,and the content of DNA decreased apparently on the 3rd day after exposure. Then, they returned to normal level respectively.

Objective TO Provide information for clinical diagnosis and study the mechanism of sexual abnormality . Methods 6 cases of sexual abnormality were detected with PCR amplification and DNA sequencing techniques.ResultsSRY gene was positive in 45,XO male and 46,XY female whose DNA sequence of conserved region had no mutation.SRY gene was negative in 46,Xxmale.Three46,XY males with sexual abnormality showed SRY positive.Conclusions The sexual abnormality of 45,Xomale was caused by SRY positive.Conclusions The sexual abnormality of 45,XOmale was caused by SRY gene translocation .Sexual reverse infemale was caused by gene conseved region mutation but in male it might be caused by sexual related gene mutation on chromasome.

Objective To study the affection of acanthopanacis biochemical capsule to drug abortion in clinics.Methods 600healthy pregnant women were divided into three groups randomly;200 group A,oral intake of acanthopanacis biochemical capsule after drug abortion,200 group B oral intake of Yimuwan after drug abortion,200 group C as control.Results The discharging rate of pregnant cyst within 3days were 84.62% in grpup A,63.64% in group B and58.33% ingroup C.Theoccurrence rate of incomplete abortion within 2weeke were 1.50%in group A,6.00% in group B and 91.67% in group C .The rate of vagina bleeding within 2 weeks were 9.50% in group A,97.50% in group B and 69.80% in group C.The rate of vagina bleeding over 1 month were 1.00% in group A,6.50% in group B and 7.50%in group C.The emergency operation due to great hemorrhage were 1 in A,7 in B and 9 in C.The uterus infection were 1 in A,13 in B and 15 in C.Conclusions Acanthopanacis biochemical capsule could increase the successful fate of dug abortion within 3 days and decrease the chance of inconplete abortion .It could shorten the tine of vagina bleeding and the happening of complication.

Objective To investigate the clinical features of children with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE).Methods Ninety-five patients hospitalized in Wuxi Children's Hospital from Jan.2003 to Dec.2013 were analyzed retrospectively.They were diagnosed as SLE for the first time.The clinical features of SLE between boys and girls were compared.Chi-square test was used for statistical analysis.Results Of the 95 cases with SLE,12 were boys and 83 were girls.Clinical manifestations showed 69 cases with facial rash (72.6％),43 cases with fever (45.3％),31 cases with arthritis (32.6％),24 cases with serositis (25.3％),23 cases with oralulcer (24.2％),13 cases with allergy to sunlight (13.7％),11 cases with nervous system damage (11.6％).Laboratory examination:94 cases (98.9％) with anti-nuclear antibody positive,91 cases (95.6％) with decreased C3 complement,71 cases (74.7 ％) with anti-dsDNA antibody positive,71 cases(74.7％) with decreased C4 complement,69 cases(72.6％) with anti-SSA antibody positive,62 cases (65.3％) with anti-Sm antibody positive,52 cases (54.7％) wiht proteinuria,anti-SSB antibody positive 49 cases(51.6％),46 cases (48.4％) with decreased leukocyte,38 cases(40.0％) with anti-nucleosome antibody,38 cases (40.0％) with anemia,26 cases(27.4％) with hematuresis,14 cases(14.7％) with decreased platelet,6 cases(6.3％) with injury of renal function.Renal injury,anti-Sm antibody and anti-nucleosome antibody of male children with SLE were significantly higher than those of female children(x2 =9.989,4.224,4.070,all P ＜ 0.05).The positive rate of anti-SSB antibody in female children with SLE was significantly higher than that of male children(x2 =3.885,P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions Male childre with SLE are easy to appear the renal injury,proteinuria is the most common.Anti-Sm antibody is a risk factor for the high incidence of renal injury in male children with SLE.Anti-nucleosome antibody is a risk factor for the high incidence of SLE disease activity in male children than that of female children.The risk of future Sjogren's syndrome in female children with SLE is higher than that of male children.

Objective To explore the clinical effect of inverted L-shaped incision combined with medial canthal tendon plication for moderate and severe epicanthus correction.Methods Improved method of inverted L-shaped incision combined with medial canthal tendon plication were performed in 42 cases of moderate and severe epicanthus.The epicanthus covered more than 50％ lacrimal caruncle with single-fold eyelids or unconspicuous double-fold eyelids.Among them,40 cases received doubleeyelid plasty simultaneously.Results The follow-up time of 38 cases ranged from 6 to 24 months.37 cases received double-eyelid plasty simultaneously.All the patients obtained satisfactory results aesthetically,the contours of two eyelid fissures and the double-eyelid radian looked more natural postoperatively.There was no reoccurrence of epicanthus.Mild scar proliferation was observed in all of the patients in the early 1-2 months of postoperative period and then would fade within three months.Conclusions It is effective to correct epicanthus by improved method of inverted L-shaped incision combined with medial canthal tendon placation.

Objective To explore the allergic status and allergen composition in children with acute Henoch-Schonlein Purpura in Wuxi by allergen detection, thereby to establish appropriate therapeutic strategies. Methods Two hundred and forty-six patients with Henoch-Schonlein Purpura in their acute phase were examined for serum concentrations of total IgE and specific IgE using Germany AllergyScreen system. Results The positive rate of allergen-specific serum IgE was 48.7% (120/246) ,of which,positive reactions to two or more than two allergens were found in 86 cases (34.9%) and that to one kind of allergen were found in 34 cases (13.8%)The positive rate of total serum IgE was 78.9% (194/246). In inhalation allergen group, positive reaction to allergen was found in 134 cases (54.5%). The most common allergen was dust mite/flour mites (19.1%) ,and came the next were house dust(17.1%) and Penicillium notatum/Alternaria alternata(10.2%). In food allergen group,positive reaction to allergen was found in 77 cases (31.3%). The most common allergen was fish (6.5%),and came the next were egg (5.7%) and mutton (5.3%). We found no significantly different allergen positive rates between inhalation allergens group and food allergens group (χ2 = 2.59, P ＞ 0.05). Conclusions The combined allergens attacks were more common in children patients with acute Henoch-Schonlein Purpura by serum allergen detection. Various types of the allergens are associated with the occurrence of acute Henoch-Schonlein Purpura. To reduce the harmness of allergens,it is necessary to avoid touching these allergens.

Methods: Through study of using continuous blood purification machine by Baxter Aquarius in four of the best hospitals in Shanghai for the past three years, lists frequent incidences of malfunction classification, causes, and treatment methods based on statistics on the process of using the alarm malfunction, and solved malfunction by manufacturer’s engineers. Results:To provide clinical guidance for operation of CRRT equipment, improve the safe and stable operating condition through comparison and analysis of the continuous blood purification machine malfunction. Conclusion: The regular maintenance and proper use of clinical operations will help the stability of operating condition of the continuous blood purification machine.

Objective To explore the factors associated with quality of life(QOL)in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases(COPD).Methods Questionnaire was used to investigate 206 COPD patients,including demographic information,disease-related knowledge-attitude-practice and QOL scale.Results The total score of QOL in these patients was(64.70?14.78).There was statistically significant correlation between the quality of life and frequency of hospitalization in the past 2 years,marriage,education,course of disease by stepwise multiple regression analysis.Conclusion The quality of life in COPD patients is poor,especially in those who are spouseless,of longer disease course,of lower education degree,frequently hospitalized and insufficient for healthy practice.
