Objective　To study the ultrasound image feature of acute hepatic lesions in different times.Methods　The feature of ultrasonography in 126 cases with acute hepatic lesions were analyzed and divided into two groups according to different fime after injury: group A, 25～60 minutes after injury; group B, 60～120 minutes after injury.Results　There was significant difference in the structure of sonographic classification between two groups. The high echos was obviously higher in group A than that in group B, while the mixed echos was obviously higher in group B than that in group A (P<0.001). Compared each types in group A and in group B,the high achos in group A and the mixed achos in group B were higher than other types in same group (P<0.001).Conclusions　The ultrasonographic feature of acute hepatic lesions would change with time. The high echos occurs in eaily time after injury ,and then changes into the mixed echos.

Objective To evaluate the perioperative nutritional risk of patients with colorectal cancer. Methods Totally, the nutritional risk of 144 colorectal cancer patients who were newly admitted to our hospital and were radiotherapy-naive or chemotherapy-naive were evaluated using Nutritonal Risk Screening 2002 (NRS2002 ) before operation and two weeks after operation. Meanwhile, hemoglobin, serum levels of albumin and prealbumin, total lymphocyte count were measured and the postoperative complications were observed. Results The incidence of preoperative nutritional risk was 22. 91% (33/144). The predicted incidence of postoperative nutritional risk was 43. 06% (62/144), while the actual incidence was 54. 86% (79/144) (x2 =4. 016, P < 0.05). About 10. 13% of patients whose preoperative nutritional risk score≥3 experienced complications, while only 1. 54% of patients whose preoperative nutritional risk score < 3 had complications (x2 = 3. 065, P < 0.05). Conclusions The perioperative (especially postoperative) nutrition risk is high in patients with colorectal cancer. Patients with higher nutrition risk tend to experience postoperative complications.

Objective To investigate neuro-biochemical changes of bilateral anterior cingulate cortex (ACC) in the patients with major depressive disorder (MDD) and the correlation between abnormal metabolism and the cognitive function before and after treatment.Methods Fifteen patients with major depression and 15age-,sex-and education-matched healthy controls (HC) were involved.The neurochemical abnormalities including the levels of N-acetylaspartate (NAA),choline-containing compounds,glutamate/glutamine and myoinostol were measured by single-voxel proton magnetic resonance spectroscopic (1H-MRS).The subjects were then assessed with executive function with neuropsychological tests including Wisconsin cards sorting test (WCST),verbal fluency Task (vF),StrooP Color and Word Test (SCWT).After this,the patients took selectivity serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs) for eight weeks.Then,we examined the changes in NAA,Cho,Glx and MI in ACC of patients and assessed their executive function with the neuropsychological tests again.Results 1) In ACC,baseline NAA ((7.36 ± 1.67) mmol/L),GLx ((11.68 ± 1.65) mmol/L) and MI levels ((5.28 ± 0.66) mmol/L) were significantly lower in MDD compared to those of HC (NAA (9.27 ± 1.37)mmol/L,Glx (15.20 ± 1.91)mmol/L,MI (7.80 ± 2.73) mmol/L) (P ＜0.01) ; After treatment,the NAA ((9.34 ± 2.45) mmol/L) and Glx ((16.79 ±3.96) mmol/L) increased significantly after treatment compared to those prior to pretreatment (NAA(7.36 ± 1.67)mmol/L,Glx(11.68±1.65)mmol/L,P＜0.05).2) The normal controls exhibited better in Performance of WCST and Performance of completion time of SCWT than our MDD patients (P＜0.05 or P＜0.01).The patients made significant improvements in Performance of WCST and completion time of SCWT(C form) after treatment (P＜0.05 or P＜0.01).3) In post-treatment MDD,the ACC Glx level was significantly positively correlated with the categories completes of WCST (r=0.739,P=0.009) and inversely related with the numbers to complete the first categories of WCST (r=-0.699,P=0.017) and the completion time of SCWT(C form) (r=-0.651,P=0.030) ;elevated MI(r=-0.705,P=0.023) and NAA(r=-0.735,P=0.010) levels in ACC of post-treatment MDD were both negatively correlated with the numbers to complete the first categories of WCST.Conclusion The ACC may be a key region involved in antidepressant treatment in MDD.The increased ACC NAA,Glx and MI in MDD after treatment may be significantly correlated with the improve of executive function.

The progress and development of extracorporeal life support (ECLS) is suprising and on-going,especially extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO) has become an accepted therapeutic modality for patients who have failed conventional therapy with respiratory and/or cardiac support.Blood purification developed from hemodialysis is designed to remove substances from the circulation and now includes hemodialysis,hemofiltration,immunoadsorption,continous blood purification and peritoneal dialysis.Plasma exchange and hemoperfusion play an important role in critically system diseases,i.e.,some kidney diseases,neurologic diseases,liver failure,metabolic diseases,connective tissue disease,infection diseases,intoxication and so on.

0.05).One minute after intubation(T3),MAP and HR in the ETT group increased to(12.13?1.37) mm Hg and(96.3?4.7)/min respectively,which were significantly higher than those in the PLMA group [(9.98?1.21) mm Hg,t=6.443,P=0.000;and(88.3?5.6)/min,t=5.947,P=0.000].Three minutes after intubation(T4),the MAP and HR of the two groups were significantly different(P0.05).Five patients in the PLMA group had adverse reaction,that was significantly fewer than that in the ETT group(12 cases)(?2=4.022,P=0.045).Conclusions PLMA is applicable for posterior cervical spine surgery,since it is associated with less stimulation and adverse reaction,and stable hemodynamics.The success rate of intubation is high by using the procedure.

Objective To study the correlation of perceived social support and job burnout with subjective well-being of male nurses.Methods 122 nurses were selected from three large hospitals of Yantai and Weihai region,including 61 male and 61 female nurses,perceived social support scale,job burnout scale and subjective well-being scale were used for investigation.The correlation of perceived social support and job burnout with subjective well-being of male nurses was analyzed.Results Male nurse' occupation self-efficacy score as well as perceived social support score were significantly lower than those of female nurses.The three dimensions of job burnout of male nurses were negatively correlated with subjective well-being and perceived social support,perceived social support and subjective well-being.Perceived social support was positively correlated with subjective well-being.Job burnout and perceived social support could predict subjective well-being.Conclusions The social support and job burnout have a large impact on subjective well-being of male nurses.

OBJECTIVE To investigate the value of narrow band imaging endoscopy without magnification in the diagnosis of malignant laryngeal lesions. METHODS A total of 425 patients diagnosed as laryngeal tumor from February 2013 to November 2014 were included in this study. All the cases were examined with electronic nasopharyngolaryngoscope equipped with NBI mode. The characteristics of mucosal morphology and superficial vessels of each lesion under NBI mode were evaluated for diagnosis and assessed by reference to histopathology. RESULTS The sensitivity, specificity, positive, predictive value and negative predictive value of NBI in diagnosis of malignant laryngeal lesions were 80.43%, 97.10%, 77.08% and 97.61%respectively. And NBI endoscopy is helpful to the detection of early cancer and precancerous lesions. CONCLUSION NBI endoscopy without magnification is a promising tool for improving the diagnosis of malignant laryngeal lesions.

In recent years,the research of pomegranate seed oil has developed and deepened, which mainly includes the study of pomegranate seed oil anti-inflammatory,antidiabetic,anti-tumor and anti-oxidation and so on.This paper has reviewed the mechanisms of its anti-inflammatory and antidiabetic functions in order to facilitate the pomegranate seed oil a better exploitation and analyzes its applicable prospects .

Objective To evaluate the value of ultrasound and CT in the diagnosis of adrenal lesions .Methods A total of 70 pa‐tients of adrenal lesions were examined by ultrasound combined with CT .Pathologically confirmed 55 cases of adrenal tumors and 2 of cysts ,13 of hematoma with follow‐up .The results were analyzed and compared with ultrasound or CT individual inspection .Re‐sults The diagnosis accuracy of adrenal lesions by ultrasound with CT ,only ultrasound and CT ,were 88 .6% ,62 .8% and 72 .9% , 14 pheochromocytoma ,13 myelolipoma ,including 15 adenoma ,5 cortical carcinoma ,2 NHL ,6 metastalic tumor ,2 cysts ,13 hemato‐ma .There was a significant difference between two methods (P<0 .05) .Conclusion The combination of ultrasound and CT could improve accuracy greatly in diagnosis of adrenal lesions .
