1.Inquisition on the pathogeny and treatment of anorectal malformation induced postoperative dysporia in children
Journal of Clinical Surgery 2002;0(S1):-
Objective To investigate the pathogeny, pathological characteristics and treatments of anorectal malformation induced postoperative dysporia in children. Methods Between January 1985 and December 1998,120 children with anorectal malformation were treated.Of thesepatients,follow-up has ranged 106 children(78 males,28 females),from 4 to 14 years (median,10 years). The ratio of follow-up was 80%.Results 38 patients were high-type anomalies (36%),and with postoperative dysporia (36%),32 patients were intermediate-type anomalies (30%),15 cases with postoperative dysporia (14%),36 patients were low-type anomalies (34%),6 cases with postoperative dysporia (6%).Conclusions Among the high anorectal malformation patients,no one reached normal fecal continence. This may be due to bony spinal deformities and variable degrees of neurologic deficit.Intermediate and low anorectal malformation induced postoperative dysporia may be associated with surgical techniques. The application of laparoscopic assisted techniques for high and intermediate anorectal malformation has led to dramatic improvement in postoperative dysporia.
2.Analysis of ultrasonographic feature of acute hepatic lesions in different times
Chinese Journal of Ultrasonography 2001;10(2):84-85
Objective To study the ultrasound image feature of acute hepatic lesions in different times. Methods The feature of ultrasonography in 126 cases with acute hepatic lesions were analyzed and divided into two groups according to different fime after injury: group A, 25~60 minutes after injury; group B, 60~120 minutes after injury. Results There was significant difference in the structure of sonographic classification between two groups. The high echos was obviously higher in group A than that in group B, while the mixed echos was obviously higher in group B than that in group A (P<0.001). Compared each types in group A and in group B,the high achos in group A and the mixed achos in group B were higher than other types in same group (P<0.001).Conclusions The ultrasonographic feature of acute hepatic lesions would change with time. The high echos occurs in eaily time after injury ,and then changes into the mixed echos.

4.Recent advances in molecular epidemiological methods for analyzing hepatitis C virus transmission
Chinese Journal of Microbiology and Immunology 2016;36(10):779-782
Hepatitis C virus ( HCV) infection is one of the main reasons causing liver cirrhosis and hepatocellular carcinoma. The quasispecies composition and the evolution of HCV are very complicated. An in-depth analysis of the quasispecies composition of HCV is critical for elucidating the mechanisms of HCV transmission. The regions encoding the envelope glycoproteins (E1 and E2) and the nonstructural protein 2 (NS2) are hyper variable regions (HVR). Analyzing the quasispecies of HCV HVR with advanced sequen-cing and bio-information technologies would be beneficial for understanding the sources of HCV infection, the routes of transmission and the evolution of HCV. Currently, three generations of sequencing methods and some bio-information soft-wares are available for analyzing HCV HVR quasispecies. When an outbreak of HCV infection happens, using the new generation of sequencing and bio-information methods to seek the first case and the routes of transmission would provide scientific basis for the prevention and treatment of HCV in-fection.
5.Study on Copper Absorption, Accumulation and Tolerance Mechanism of Alfalfa
Chinese Journal of Analytical Chemistry 2017;45(8):1129-1136
To reveal the mechanism of Cu enrichment of alfalfa, in-situ micro-X-ray fluorescence spectrometry (μ-XRF) and fractional extraction were used to explore in-situ Cu distribution information in alfalfa seedlings and different combination forms of Cu in organs. The results showed that alfalfa roots were enriched with Cu up to 12.06 mg/g, which was 8 times of stem and 4.9 times of leaves. The in-situ μ-XRF result showed that the root of alfalfa was the main site of enrichment of Cu, and there was a barrier of Cu at the rhizome junction to alleviate the toxic effect of excess Cu on the shoots.Excess Cu (more than 50 μmol/L) also inhibited the uptake of Zn and Ca in alfalfa, enhanced the uptake of Fe in alfalfa, but had no obvious effect on the uptake of K and Mn.Plant fractional extraction showed that the Cu in root cells was mainly fixed in the form of insoluble residues (41%) and cell wall chelate (20%), while in the stem, Cu existed as four forms including hydrophobic protein binding, cell wall binding state, residual state and water-soluble state, which further reduce the excess transport of Cu to the leaves. In the leaves, excess Cu in the leaf cells was mainly in the vacuole and insoluble residue to achieve tolerance and detoxification to Cu.

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture-moxibustion in treating postsurgical gastroparesis syndrome (PGS) and the effect on gastrin (GAS) and motilin (MTL).Method Fifty PGS patients were randomized into a treatment group and a control group, 25 cases in each group. The control group was intervened by conventional medication, including effective gastrointestinal decompression, nutrition support, and psychotherapy; the treatment group was by acupuncture-moxibustion therapy in addition to the intervention given to the control group. The time of restoring gastric motility, the distention and fullness grading score, and serum GAS and MTL levels were observed, and the clinical efficacies were also compared.Result The total effective rate was 100.0% in the treatment group versus 92.0% in the control group, and the between-group difference was statistically insignificant (P>0.05). According to statistical analysis, there was a significant difference in comparing the time of restoring gastric motility between the two groups (P<0.01). The distention and fullness grading scores, GAS and MTL levels were significantly changed after intervention in both groups (P<0.01). The distention and fullness grading score, GAS and MTL levels of the treatment group were significantly different from that of the control group after intervention (P<0.01).Conclusion Acupuncture- moxibustion plus medication is an effective approach in treating PGS, and it can up-regulate the GAS and MTL levels.

OBJECTIVE:To provide reference for reducing and avoiding medication errors of high-alert drugs in outpatient de-partment. METHODS:The medication errors of high-alert drugs in outpatient prescriptions were collected from our hospital during 2013-2014,and then analyzed retrospectively in terms of the type and degree of medication error, caused factors of medication er-rors,etc. RESULTS:670 997 prescriptions were checked in two years, and 501 medication errors were found, including 26 medi-cation errors of high-alert medication. There were 7 incorrect route of administration of insulin,1 repeated medication and 1 incor-rect dose of oral hypoglycemic agents,6 repeated administration of opioid drugs and non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs,2 indi-cation error of paracetamol and codeine phosphate,1 specification and 1 indication error of glucose injection,2 route of administra-tion error of lidocaine,2 administration frequency errors of methotrexate,2 dose error of digoxin and 1 dose error of warfarin;18 doctors'prescribing errors were found by pharmacists'prescription audit, accounting for 69.2%;8 doctors'prescribing errors were not found by pharmacists'prescription audit, accounting for 30.8%. CONCLUSIONS:Medication errors of high-alert drugs occur mainly in the prescription segment, and the main reason is that the electronic prescription system lack of compulsory strategy and policy constraints. Improvement of safety administration of high-alert drugs need to find the error link and adopt targeted medi-cation safety practices.

Chinese Journal of Organ Transplantation 1996;0(04):-
Objective To evaluate characteristics of hematopoietic and immunologic reconstitution in mixed cord blood transplantation. Methods Single, 2 human HLA-haploidentical or HLA-mismatched cord blood units were transplanted into sublethally irradiated severe combined immunodeficiency (SCID) mice, respectively. The characteristics of engraftment, multilineage hematopoiesis and immunologic reconstitution among the three guoups were compared. Results Single or 2 cord blood units could engraft SCID mice and reconstitute human hematopoiesis and immunologic functions. No significant differences in engrafting rate were observed. Cord blood cells were apt to differentiate into NK cells and B lymphocytes. One or 2 cord blood units could be implanted in SCID mice simultaneously as shown by HLA-DQB1 gene detection. The cord blood containing more hematopoietic progenitor cells and higher colony forming potentiality was apt to engraft. Moreover, in less HLA disparity group, 2 cord blood units were prone to engraft simultaneously. Conclusions Co-transplantation of two cord blood units can reconstitute hematopoietic and immunologic functions in SCID mice. However, imbalance in multilineage differentiation existed.
