Journal of Chongqing Medical University 2007;0(07):-
Objective:To study the mental health status of middle school students in Three-Gorges area of Chongqing in order to provide theory support for mental health education. Methods:1 014 middle school students in Three-Gorges area were tested by SCL-90. Results:The occurrent rate of mental problems with students was 19.8%,of which the first three factors were hostility, compulsiveness and interpersonal sensitivity. Girls’ overall score and mean scores of interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety and phobic anxiety were significantly higher than boys’. The overall score and factor mean scores of senior high school students were significantly higher than those of junior high school students’ except hostility and phobic anxiety factors. The mean scores of interpersonal sensitivity, hostility and phobic anxiety factors were significantly higher than the counterparts in the norms of middle school students, while the mean scores of somatization and anxiety factors were significantly lower than the counterpart in the norms of middle school students. Conclusion:The mental health status of middle school students in Three-Gorges area of Chongqing is poor, and mental health education should be enhanced by all of us.

China Pharmacy 1991;0(02):-
OBJECTIVE:To study the stability of Ondansetron hydrochloride glucose injection(OHGI).METHODS:The contents of Ondansetron hydrochloride and its related substances were determined with HPLC.The stability of the samples were tested by high-light exposure, accelerating experiment and room temperature storage.RESULTS:After exposure to high light, the content in OHGI slightly decreased but on other experiments,it was rather stable.CONCLUSION:This injection should be kept away from high light and may be stored for2years at room temperature.
4.Study of the effect and the security of liver ultrasonography with hydrogen peroxide affused by rabbits recta
Journal of Chongqing Medical University 2003;0(05):-
Objective:To investigate the effect of liver ultrasonography and the security to rabbits with hydrogen peroxide(H 2O 2) affused by rectum.Methods:48 rabbits were divided into 4 groups according to different H 2O 2 concentrations, and each group was divided into 4 groups according to different H 2O 2 dosages. Each rabbit was affused with H 2O 2 by rectum, then the effect of liver ultrasonography was observed, and the damages to the tissues of rabbits were pathologically checked. Results:The liver structure could be clearly developed with 1% H 2O 2 10ml affused, and the liver gray value increased with the H 2O 2 concentration increased. The time from affusion to develop was shortened and the duration of high echo was prolonged. But at same H 2O 2 concentration, the time to develop was not significantly different with the H 2O 2 dosage increased, and the high echo was decreased more slowly. The average survival time of rabbits was significantly negatively correlated to the H 2O 2 concentration(?=-0.99),while the damage degree was significantly positively correlated (?=+0.99).Conclusion:H 2O 2 affusion can induce damage to tissues and microcirculation, while produce better liver ultrasound image,so it is important to chose suitable H 2O 2 concentration and dosage,to extend its clinical application.
5.Role and function of library in metaliteracy education
Chinese Journal of Medical Library and Information Science 2017;26(2):58-62
After a description of the concept and characteristics of metaliteracy, the main institutions shouldering the task of metaliteracy education were summarized, including government and fund organizations, faculties, scien-tific research office, and teaching group. Of these institutions, library plays a major role in metaliteracy education since it is not only the main driving force of metaliteracy education and the institution to make, file and maintain the resources for metaliteracy education, but also is the organizer, coordinator and manager of metaliteracy teachers.
7.Application value of narrow band imaging endoscopy without magnification in the diagnosis of malignant laryngeal neoplasms
Chinese Archives of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery 2016;23(1):23-26
OBJECTIVE To investigate the value of narrow band imaging endoscopy without magnification in the diagnosis of malignant laryngeal lesions. METHODS A total of 425 patients diagnosed as laryngeal tumor from February 2013 to November 2014 were included in this study. All the cases were examined with electronic nasopharyngolaryngoscope equipped with NBI mode. The characteristics of mucosal morphology and superficial vessels of each lesion under NBI mode were evaluated for diagnosis and assessed by reference to histopathology. RESULTS The sensitivity, specificity, positive, predictive value and negative predictive value of NBI in diagnosis of malignant laryngeal lesions were 80.43%, 97.10%, 77.08% and 97.61%respectively. And NBI endoscopy is helpful to the detection of early cancer and precancerous lesions. CONCLUSION NBI endoscopy without magnification is a promising tool for improving the diagnosis of malignant laryngeal lesions.
8.Effect of SIRT1 on the proliferation of ovarian cancer CAOV3 cells and its possible mechanism
Chinese Journal of Biochemical Pharmaceutics 2016;36(6):52-55
Objective To observe the effect of SIRT1 on the proliferation of ovarian cancer CAOV3 cells and its possible mechanism. Methods Ovarian cancer CAOV3 cells were transfected the Lipofectamine 2000 and were divided into normal control group, negative control group and SIRT1-siRNA group. The mRNA and protein expression levels of SIRT1 were detected by RT-PCR and Western blot.MTT method was used to detect the proliferation of RNA interference at 24h,48h and 72h,respectively.The distribution of CAOV3 cell cycle phase after RNA interference of SIRT1 for 72 hours was detected by flow cytometry.SIRT1,p53,p21 protein expression and p53 acetylation status were detected by Western blot with RNA interference of SIRT1 after 72 hours. The interaction between SIRT1 and p53 protein was verified by immunoprecipitation in CAOV3 cells. Results Compared with negative control group, the expression of mRNA and protein of SIRT1 in SIRT1-siRNA group decreased after transfection of SIRT1 for 72 hours. The survival rate of CAOV3 cells in SIRT1-siRNA group decreased significantly at 48 hours and 72 hours (P<0.01).The proportion of Sphase cells in CAOV3 cells transfected with SIRT1-siRNA for 72h was significantly decreased (P<0.01),while the G1 phase cells were significantly increased (P<0.01),and the cells arrested in the G1 phase. The expression of p53 and p21 proteins were significantly increased and the p53 was in higher acetylation status after transfection with SIRT1-siRNA for 72 hours ( P<0.01 ) .SIRT1 was interacted with p53 protein in CAOV3 cells confirmed by co-immunoprecipitation. Conclusion Downregulation of SIRT1 expression can inhibit the proliferation of ovarian cancer CAOV3 cells, which maybe connected with p53 at high acetylation status, and enhancing p53-dependent p21 transcriptional activation, thus blocking the cell cycle and inhibiting the cell proliferation.
