1.Inhibitory effect of panaxynol on the proliferation of rat aortic smooth muscle cell and its mechanisms
Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 2003;0(11):-
Aim To evaluate the inhibitory effect of panaxynol(PNN) on the proliferation of rat aortic smooth muscle cell(RASMC) and its mechanisms. Methods Cell proliferation was determined using cell count and -TdR incorporation test.Fura-3/AM and confocal were used to measure intracelluar free Ca~(2+) concentration.Expression of mitochondrial transcription factor 1(mtTF1) mRNA was tested by using RT-PR.Results PNN inhibited the RASMC proliferation and DNA synthesis induced by serum and PDGF-BB in a dose-dependent manner.9 ?mol?L~(-1) of PNN inhibited the increase of intracelluar free Ca~(2+) concentration induced by PDGF-BB.PDGF-BB upregulated the expression of mtTF1 mRNA,which could be suppressed by 3,9 ?mol?L~(-1) of PNN significantly. Conclusions PNN can inhibit RASMC proliferation significantly, which might be related to the decrease of intracellular free Ca~(2+) concentration and mtTF1 mRNA expression.

4.Progress of bronchiolitis obliterans in children
Chinese Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2015;30(22):1754-1757
Bronchiolitis obliterans(BO) is chronic airflow obstruction syndrome characterized by small airway obstruction and airflow limitation. In children, BO is secondary to severe infection of respiratory tract, and its development is related with inflammation and immune response. At present, the diagnosis of BO mainly is depended on the clinical manifestation, lung function and examination results of high resolution computed tomography (HRCT) because of difficulty of lung biopsy.Pulmonary HRCT is a non-invasive examination, and worthy of generalization.Currently, BO has no accepted effective treatment, early diagnosis and treatment can block the progression of BO.Due to lack of realization of BO, doctors and parents fail to give enough attention, BO has a prolonged course and very poor prognosis.
5.Metabolism of Chrysanthemum morifolium extracts in intestinal flora
Chinese Traditional and Herbal Drugs 1994;0(07):-
Objective To study and compare the metabolism of Chrysanthemum morifolium extracts(CME) in vitro intestinal flora from human, rat,Beagle dog,and rabbit. Methods Intestinal flora of human, rat,Beagle dog,and rabbit and CME were anaerobically cultured at 37 ℃ in vitro. After being extracted by acetic ether, the main metabolites of CME were separated and quantified by HPLC.Results In vitro,CME was easily metabolized by the intestinal flora and the main metabolites in incubation medium were determined in high concentration after 0.5 h.By LC-MS,luteolin and apigenin were identified, respectively;both metabolites were degraded with prolongation of incubation time and the concentrations of luteolin and apigenin were low after 24 h;moreover,CME was quickly metabolized by human, rat,Beagle dog intestinal flora, and gently by rabbit intesinal flora. Conclusion In vitro,CME is easily metabolized by intestinal flora human, rat,Beagle dog,and rabbit and the main metabolites are luteolin and apigenin.

7.Sharp Injuries among Medical Workers in Operating Department:A Survey Analysis and Countermeasures
Chinese Journal of Nosocomiology 2006;0(05):-
OBJECTIVE To investigate the status of the sharp injuries among medical workers in operating department and explore the countermeasures for the occupational protection.METHODS The status of the sharp injuries was investigated retrospectively from Jul 2006 to Jun 2007 used a self-designed questionnaire among 255 medical workers in three grade 2A hospitals in Tongcheng city.RESULTS Among the medical workers 63.14% suffered sharp injuries.Furthermore, the proportion of sharp injuries among doctors, nurses and nurse students were 46.67%,80.00% and 92.73%,and the sharp injuries rate was closely associated with the working years. The type of sharp injuries was closely associated with occupation. The proportion of reporting sharp injuries among doctors, nurses and nurse students was 38.57%,87.50% and 3.92%,respectively.The proportion of taking on gloves among doctors, nurses and nurse students was 88.0%,80.0% and 16.37% when they worked in contact with blood or body liquid.CONCLUSIONS The medical workers meet the danger of sharp injury.Nurse students and new medical workers have high incidence of the sharp injury,so they are high-risk subjects who should enhance their safeguard procedures. Thus, perfecting the operating protocols and standardizing the managements of occupational prevention and protection could reduce the sharp injuries rate.
8.The analysis CYBB gene mutation and prenatal diagnosis in X-linked chronic granulomatous disease
Journal of Clinical Pediatrics 2017;35(4):300-303
Objective To analyze the clinical feature of X-linked chronic granulomatous disease (X-CGD) and gene mutation of CYBB. Method The clinical data of X-CGD in one child and the results of CYBB gene detection in his family were reviewed. Results This boy had onset in the neonatal period and presented with recurrent severe pulmonary infection as his main manifestation. Results of nitroblue tetrazolium test (NBT) in both non-stimulation group and LPS stimulation group in the child were 0, and neutrophil oxidation index (NOI) was 1.15. Gene analysis showed a deletion mutation in exon 6 of CYBB gene in the child (579-582delATTA), which resulted in frameshift mutation started from coding sequence of 189—isoleucine (I) and stop codon occured in advance in the 212th amino acid (I189fsX212). Both the child's mother and grandmother were carriers of the mutated gene. The same deletion mutation was not found in the CYBB gene in the amniocyte from the mother's next child. Conclusion One case of X-CGD patient with CYBB gene mutation and his families were diagnosed by gene detection. Prenatal diagnosis can avoid the birth of children with X-CGD.
9.Treatment strategy for pediatric infectious diseases
Chinese Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2015;30(10):726-729
The widespread use of antibiotics has been effectively controlled serious life-threatening infections. The trituration, exploitation and use of antibiotics has been rapidly developed and applied to many fields.Due to the extensive use of various antibiotics, the emergences of drug-resistant bacteria and the rates of bacterial resistance have increased unceasingly which has been a common focus in the world.Resistant pathogen can reduce the effectiveness of antibiotics, and which is a serious threat to human health.De-escalation therapy of antibiotics can quickly and effectively control serious infections, and avoid bacterial resistance, and induce fungal infections. The rational use of antibiotics in pediatrics is very imperative, which includes strengthening management of antibiotics, and improving awareness and vigilance of the adverse reactions of antibiotics, and consummating specification of medication. Then, realize the correct, safe, rational medication of antibiotics.
