[Objective]To evaluate the effects of mosapride combined with acupressure at selected time and psychotherapy on constipation-predominant of irritable bowel syndrome.[Methods]A total of 86 patients with constipation-predominant of irritable bowel syndrome(C-BS) randomly divided into two groups:the treatment group(n=43) and the control group(n=43). Every patient in the study was diagnosed C-BS according to Rome II criteria. Patients in control group took mosapride (5mg,tid) and in treatment group acupressure at selected time and psychotherapy were givn besides mosapride.[Results]The total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.0%,which was superior to that of the control group(60.5%)(P

Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of low-dose glucocorticoid hormone adjuvant treatment for mycoplasma pneumonia.Methods 118 cases diagnosed with mycoplasma pneumonia were randomly divided into two groups,including conventional treatment group (61 cases) and hormone treatment group (57 cases).The treatment group was given to the small dosage hormone,the control group was hospitalized for the same time which had not used the hormone the trouble.Both of two groups were given relieve a cough,breathe heavily evenly,the atomization inspiration and so on the complex therapy,and application large ring lactone class medicine including erythromycin or arch mildew element anti-infection treatment.On the basis of conventional treatment,the hormone treatment group was added with intravenous infusion of dexamethasone or oral prednisone.Compared with two groups of curative effects indexes including the defervescence time,the cough remission time,the moist crackles disappearance time and the hospitalization time.Results The defervescence time,the cough remission time,the moist crackles disappearance time and the hospitalization time were significantly lower in the hormone treatment group than those of the control group (t =-6.36,-2.04,-7.91,all P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Low-dose glucocorticoid hormone adjuvant treatment could have the better curative effects for mycoplasma pneumonia for children.

Objective To improve the recognition, diagnosis and treatment of synchronous bilateral thyroid carcinoma(SBTC). Methods The diagnosis and treatment of 11 patients with SBTC were analysed. Results Of them, 9 patients were well differentiated cancer, 1 medullary cancer, 1undifferentiated cancer. The diagnosis was comfirmed by needle aspiration biopsy(NAB) in 2 cases preoperatively, by frozen section in 4 cases intraoperatively. Among the 11 patients, total thyroidectomy was performed on 4 patients, near total thyroidectomy on 7 patients; functional neck dissection(FND) on 7 patients. Ten patients were followed up for 1～2 years (average 4 years and 9 months), only 1 patient died; 9 patients were alive and 8 were free of cancer. Conclusions The diagnosis of SBTC is difficult before operation, so for suspicions patient of SBTC, preoperative NAB or intraoperative frozen section should be done to make the diagnosis. The choice of surgery for SBTC is near total thyroidectomy. FND should be done, if the patient has indication of FND, but a preventing FND is not advocated.

Objective To analyze the relationship between plasma aldosterone level and gestational diabetes melli?tus. Methods All subjects were divided into three groups (n=20 in each group):gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) group, pregnancy with normal glucose group,non-pregnant healthy women group. Pre-pregnant body mass index (BMI) was calcu?lated, and fasting blood glucose (FBG), blood lipid level, Fins, HOMA-IR index, RASS, PRA, ATIi and ALD were examined besides glucose intolerance test. Results The plasma ALD level was significantly higher in GDM group than that of NGT group and control group(pmol/L:1 130.15±135.45 vs 1 053.98±108.86 vs 544.31±127.97). The plasma ALD level was posi?tively correlated with FBG,1 h PBG ,2 hPBG,Fins , HOMA-IR and blood triglyceride (r=0.657, 0.757, 0.713, 0.429,P<0.05),but negatively correlated with HDL-C(r=-0.267,P=0.039). Stepwise regression analysis revealed that plasma aldo?sterone was the independent risk factor of GDM. Conclusion RASS is excessively activated in pregnancy, which contrib?utes to gestational diabetes mellitus.

Objective To explore the clinical, imaging and electrophysiological characteristics of Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease ( CJD) .Methods The clinical data of 28 very probable CJD patients were analyzed retrospectively. Results Twenty-eight patients in this group, acute onset was in 5 cases, subacute onset was in 17 cases, chronic onset was in 6 cases.The initial symptoms were dizziness, gait instability in 11 cases ( 39.3%) , cognitive dysfunction in 10 cases (35.7%), visual symptoms in 3 cases (10.7%), mental symptoms, insomnia, repeated falls and barylalia in 1 case (3.6%) respectively.The clinical symptoms were progressive dementia in 28 cases (100%), myoclonus in 21 cases (75.0%), ataxia in 19 cases (67.9%), abnormal mental behavior in 7 cases (25.0%), pyramidal signs in 20 cases (71.4%), extrapyramidal symptoms in 15 cases (53.6%), visual impairment in 6 cases (21.4%), sleep disorder in 11 cases (39.3%), and aphasia in 9 cases (32.1%).Twelve patients (42.9%) had positive results with CSF 14-3-3 protein analysis.Twenty-four patients (85.7%) had MRI high signal abnormalities in caudate nucleus and putamen or/and at least two cortical regions.Eight cases (28.6%) experienced a typical periodic sharp wave complexes (PSWCs), 12 cases (42.9%) had a diffuse symmetric or asymmetric slow-wave activity, 8 cases (28.6%) showed rhythmic three-phase or delta wave, with the whole guide or forehead synchronization.Conclusion Most CJD patients are subacute or chronic onset.Initial symptoms of CJD are atypical, progressed to classical clinical characteristics presented in middle-late stages.Nearly half patients have CSF 14-3-3 protein positive.MRI DWI of mostly CJD patients have abnormal signal.EEG of nearly a third of CJD patients shows PSWCs.

OBJECTIVE To realize the situation of the infection of Ureaplasma urealyticum(Uu) and Mycoplasma hominis(Mh) and the drug resistance among the female patients with urogenital tract infection.METHODS Totally 813 specimens in the female patients with urogenital tract infection were collected,cultured and tested for drug sensitivity with mycoplasma test drug sensitivity kit.RESULTS From the specimens of 813 cases the infection of Uu was in 296 cases(36.4%),the infection of Mh in 13 cases(1.6%),and the mixed was in 71(8.7%) cases,totally 380 cases(46.7%) were infected.The results of drug sensitivity showed that the sensitivities of Uu and Mh to josamycin,doxycycline and minocyclin were remarkable and the drug resistance of Uu and Mh to ofloxacin was the most prominent.CONCLUSIONS The infection of Uu and Mh is high among the femalepatients with urogenital tract infection.Especially the infection of Uu is usual.Uu and Mh have high drug resistance to many antibiotics,especially to ofloxacin.There is some difference between the drug resistances of Uu,Mh and Uu+Mh.To treat the infection of Mycoplasma some antibiotics are good choices,such as josamycin,doxycycline and minocyclin.

Objective To explore the psychological status of patients after hand tenolysis and the pertinent nursing countermeasures. Methods 47 patients after hand tenolyais were selected and investigated their psychological status and relevant influencing factors with serf-designed questionnaire and symptom checklist-90(SCL-90). Besides, corresponding psychological nursing were applied. The SCL-90 results of Chinese Norm were adopted to undergo comparison with them and t test was chosen. Results On the first day after operation, the score of the investigation objectives was significantly different compared with that of the Chinese norm. After pertinent mental nursing, their symptoms alleviated, and no significant difference was seen between them. Conclusions There are obvious psychological obstacles in patients after hand tenolysis. The pertinent mental nursing has important effect on rehabilitation training and functional rehabilitation after hand tenolysis.

Objective To investigate the cardiac protection effect of venous fructose-1,6-diphosphate in pa-tients with primary bone malignant tumors. Methods 178 patients received 9 times of chemotherapy were randomly divided into non-cardiac protective therapy group (A group)and cardiac protective therapy group(B group). The car-diac toxicity was reflected by abnormal electrocardiographic changes. The abnormal electrocardiographic changes were compared in two groups. Results Abnormal electrocardiographic changes were significantly decreased in B group eompared with A group (30 vs 81 ,P <.05). Conclusion The cardiac protective medicine fructose-1,6-diphosphate efficiently decreased the cardiac toxicity in patients with primary bone malignant tumors treating with chemotherapy.
