Objective To investigate the effect of family atomization on infant asthmatic disease. Methods Six hundred and eighty children with asthmatic disease were divided into control group and treatment group in equal number according to their cooperation in treatment. The control group received atomizing inhalation at the outpatient department and the treatment group received family atomization. The therapeutic effects between two groups were investigated and compared. Results The therapeutic effect in treatment group was significantly better than that in control group(P<0.05).There were no apparent adverse reactions such as hoarseness and oral fungal infection in both groups during the course of treatment. Conclusions The therapeutic effect of family atomization is obviously effective in treating infant asthmatic disease. In addition, the children's compliance is good and their parents are willing to accept, and therefore it deserves clinical generalization bedsides its simplicity in use and less cost.

ObjectiveTo investigate the expression of Snail in bladder urothelial carcinoma and evaluate its relationship with E-cadherin and a subset of T cell groups.MethodsImmunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of Snail and E-cadherin proteins in tissue from 156 cases of bladder urothelial carcinoma and 80 cases of the para-cancerous mucosa. The proteins expression status was analyzed with clinico-pathological data. Meanwhile, correlations with Snail and CD4+, CD8+, CD4+/CD8+ were analyzed.ResultsThe positive rate of Snail in bladder urothelial carcinoma was 65.4% , which was significantly higher than that in para-cancerous mucosa (48.8%). The expression of Snail was significantly correlated with the clinical stage, pathological grade, tumor quantity, distant metastasis and tumor recurrence. There was negative correlation between the expression of Snail and E-cadherin in bladder urothelial carcinoma. Positive expression of Snail had a negative correlation with the number of CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+ , whereas it had no significant correlation with the number of CD8+.ConclusionsBy inhibition of the E-cadherin expression and inducing local immunosuppression, Snail might play an important role in the process of the invasion and metastasis of bladder urothelial carcinoma.

Objective:To detect pathogenic gene expression in patients with high risk hereditary cardiovascular diseases and explore its predictive value for high risk ventricular arrhythmia .Methods :The expression of pathogenic genes in 30 patients with clinically diagnosed high risk hereditary cardiovascular diseases were detected by using second‐generation high‐throughput sequencing on the basis of gene chip probes associated with high risk hereditary cardiovascular diseases .The patients were divided into two groups by whether the malignant ventricular arrhythmia had happened . And gene expression features of pathogenic genes in the two groups were comparatively analyzed .Results: Among the 30 patients , there were 8 patients (positive rate 26 .67% ) with pathogenic genes .In ten cases with history of high risk ventricular arrhythmia ,the pathogenic gene positive rate was 20% (2/10) .And the pathogenic gene positive rate in control group was 30% (6/20) .The difference between the two groups was not statistically significant .Conclusions :There is a certain positive rate of pathogenic genes in patients with high risk hereditary cardiovascular diseases .However ,further researches are needed to confirm the predictive value of the pathogenic gene expression for high risk ventricular arrhythmia happened in these patients .

Objective To investigate the changes in cognitive function in patients with early Parkinson's disease (PD) in a 5-year follow-up.Methods A total of 181 PD and 173 normal participants were recruited between January 2009 and January 2012 at the Department of Neurology, the Second Hospital of Jiaxing City.Regression analysis was used to evaluate the risk factors of cognitive impairment, and changes in subdomains of the Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) were compared annually with baseline data. Results Baseline clinical data were similar between the two groups. The level of cognitive impairment was positively correlated to the age of onset and the Hamilton Anxiety Scale (H AMD) (t =3.326,P< 0.05;t =5.211,P<0.01),and negatively correlated to education level (t=-2.505,P<0.05).There were no statistical differences in the first (26.5 ± 2.6),second (26.3±3.2) and third year (25.9±2.9) in the total scores of MoCA,which significantly increased in the forth (24.4 ± 2.3,P<0.05) and fifth (24.1 ± 1.2,P<0.05) year compared with baseline levels (26.7±2.9).However,in the control group, differences between any two years in total scores were not statistically significant (all P>0.05).Seven subdomains of MoCA were attenuated, and four of them were significant different between the groups, including delayed recall, attention, abstraction task and orientation after the forth year of follow-up (all P < 0.05).Meanwhile,visuospatial execution capacity was attenuated before the third year, and then rose markedly (P<0.05).In the control group, the between-year differences of seven subdomains were not statistically significant (all P>0.05).Conclusions Cognitive function of PD patients decreases significantly in some domains, such as delayed recall, attention, abstraction task and orientation after a five-year followup.

Objective:To investigate the occupational hazard factors of different industries in Tongliao City, and to provide scientific basis for the prevention and control of occupational disease in Tongliao City. Methods:In July 2021, the detection data of coal dust, silica dust, cement dust, benzene, noise and other occupational hazard factors, as well as the occupational health examination data of workers in various positions of 104 enterprises in different industries in Tongliao City were cllected and anylazed. χ 2 test was used to analyze the results of chest radiography of workers in different age groups. Results:A total of 104 enterprises were investigated, and the median time-weighted average concentration ( CTWA) of coal dust, silic a dust, cement dust and benzene in contact with test posts were 0.94, 0.30, 0.70 and 0.95 mg/m 3, respectively. The median 8 h equivalent sound level ( LEX, 8 h) of noise was 74.1 dB (A) . The over standard rates of silica dust, cement dust and noise contact positions were 10.83% (16/240) , 7.14% (2/28) and 0.48% (3/628) , respectively. The differences of chest X-ray examination of coal dust and silica dust workers in different working ages were statistically significant (χ 2=218.50, 531.80, P<0.001) . The difference of hearing threshold of noise workers with different working age was statistically significant (χ 2=1290.00, P<0.001) . The rates of leukopenia and neutropenia were 41.90% (44/105) and 20.95% (22/105) in benzene exposed workers. The positive rate of brucella exposure workers was 1.33% (1/75) for tiger red plate agglutination test and 3.23% (3/93) for tube agglutination test. Conclusion:Silica dust, cement dust and noise exceed the standard in some posts and places in the Tongliao City, and some workers are infected with Brucella. In the future, we can focus on monitoring noise-generating posts, strengthen supervision and implement prevention and control measures to reduce the incidence of occupational diseases.
