3.The primarily evaluation of effect of fenofibrate in treatment of the lipid metabolism disorder
Journal of Practical Medicine 2002;435(11):38-40
33 patients ages of 38-78 in the hospital 175 participated to a study during 1/1998 5/1999. The research found that fenofibrate (lipanthy) at dose of 300 mg per day reduced obviously the total cholesterol, low density lipoprotein cholesterol and triglyceride. The more high level of these, the more effect of the drug was well tolerated and high safety. The side effects were mild and uncommon. The ure, creatinine, transaminase values were not changed by the drug and there were no complication of the gallblader stone

8.Research on antithrombin III, protein C, protein S and their relationship with lipid disorder in cerebral infarctus patients
Journal Ho Chi Minh Medical 2005;9(4):219-224
Due to the observation, lipid disorder and AT III, PS, PC factors having an important role in the formation of clots in blood vessels, cerebral infarction. This study was carried out on 123 patients with cerebral infarction and 52 normal persons. Results: The normal values of AT III, PS, PC were equal to the normal values of foreigners: AT III: 115.88719.129%; PC: 108.36019.767%; PS: 109.93725.108%. The reduction of AT III, PS, and PC had the important role in cerebral infarction, especially the reduction of PS. This relationship had statistical meaning. There was relationship between AT III and triglyceride; PS and cholesterol; PS and LDL-C in patients with cerebral infarction

10.Change of lipid metabolism after trauma and analysis of risk factors.
Chinese Journal of Gastrointestinal Surgery 2014;17(10):1047-1050
Traumatic stressor could lead to a series of neuroendocrine responses, such as increased sympathetic activity and secretion of stress hormones, because of the local-pathological-changed tissues and stress response. These changes will have a huge impact on nutrient metabolism. In this article, we reviewed the researches on the change in lipid metabolism after trauma, associated factors, possible mechanisms and possible interventions.
