Objective To reduce infection risk in hemodialysis patients through analyzing the causes of over stand-ard colony forming unit(CFU)and conducting bacteriological detection of hemodialysis concentrated B solution. Methods According to microbial monitoring results of hemodialysis concentrate B solution in a hospital between November 2011 and May 2012,disinfection frequency of B solution was changed and dispensing container was covered during the process of using, four groups were divided according to different measures (group A disinfected twice a week, covered dur-ing the process of using;group B twice a week;group C once a week;group D once every two weeks),monthly bacte-riological detection of B solution was conducted, condition before and after disinfection of four groups were com-pared.Results Bacterial count in group A,B ,C and D was(25.41 ±15.08),(28.24±28.04),(68.58 ±22.58), and (75.25±26.63)CFU/mL,respectively (F =79.00,P <0.01 );bacterial count of group A,B,and C after in-tervention were all lower than group D before intervention (all P <0.01),bacterial count of group A and B was the lowest. The qualified rate of group A was 100.00%,the unqualified rate of group B,C,and D was 13.95%, 24.24%,and 35.94% respectively(χ2 =28.70,P <0.01 ),the unqualified rates of group A,B,and C after inter-vention were all lower than group D.Conclusion Hemodialysis concentrated B solution should be used within 24 hours after preparing, disinfected twice a week, and covered during the process of using ,so as to control B solution colony number within the standard level.

Objective To observe the effects of selfmade Lifeihuayu decotion in the treatment of patients with bronchial asthma. Methods 102 patients with bronchial asthma were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, each group had 51 cases. The patients in the control group were treated with the conven-tional treatment, while the patients in the observation group were treated with the conventional treatment plus selfmade Lifeihuayu decotion. They were treated for 8 weeks. The patients of the two groups were determined with lung function and blood gas analysis, including forced expiratory volume in one second ( FEV1 ) , forced inspiratory vital capacity ( FVC) ,peak expiratory flow( PEF) ,pH value, the partial pressure of oxygen( PaO2 ) and carbon dioxide partial pres-sure(PaCO2).Results The total effective rate were 98.0% in the observation group and 90.2% in the control group, the total efficiency of the observation group was significantly higher(χ2 =5.78,P<0.05).After treatment, the FEV1,FVC and PEF of the patient's in the two groups were significantly increased(t=5.325,4.821,2.761,all P<0.05),and compared with the control group, the FEV1,FVC and PEF of patients in the observation group improved more significantly(t=2.068,2.771,3.013,all P<0.05).After treatment, the PaO2 of the patient's in the two groups were significantly higher, which more obviously increased in the observation group than those in the control group( t=2.925,P<0.05).After treatment, the PaCO2 of the patient's in the two groups were significantly decreased,PaCO2 in the observation group significantly decreased more than that in the control group(t=3.063,P<0.05).Conclusion Selfmade Lifeihuayu decotion in the treatment of patients with bronchial asthma has curative effect, and can signifi-cantly improve lung function and blood gas analysis of patients.

Objective To study the frequency of the derivative chromosome 9 [der(9)] deletion among patients with chronic myeloid leukemia (CML), and explore the application value of local-specific inspector (LSI) 9q34 probe in detect the der (9) deletion. Methods Cytogenetic analysis was performed by 24 h unstimulated culture, GTG banding and karyotype. Dual colour/dual fusion or extra signal(ES) DNA probe was used to perform interphase-FISH for the detection of bcr-abl fusion gene in 52 patients with CML. LSI 9q34 DNA probe was used to detect der(9) deletion. Results FISH results showed bcr-abl fusion gene existed in all 52 patients with CML. der(9) deletion was detected in 12 patients with ES/DCDF probe, but only in 11 patients with LSI 9q34 probe. Conclusion It's more efficient in detection of der(9) deletion with LSI 9q34 probe. Deletion of der(9) might be a poor prognostic factor for CML patients, and LSI 9q34 probe should be used in all the CML patients with positive bcr-abl fusion gene.

Objective:To investigate the correlation between mental health and symptom distress in breast cancer patients. Methods:The clinical data of 110 female breast cancer patients at Shanxi Bethune Hospital from June 2017 to March 2018 were collected. The patients were assessed for symptomatic distress with depression self-rating scale (SDS). Functional assessment of cancer therapy-breast (FACT-B) and the functional assessment of chronic illness therapy-spiritual well-being (FACIT-SP) were used to make the mental assessment. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to analyze the effect of symptom distress on the mental health of the patients. Results:The scores of symptom distress, mental health, FACT-B and FACIT-SP were (19.94±5.78), (50.68±10.64), (16.85±4.75), (33.83±8.33), respectively. Multivariate analysis showed that mental health score of the patients with symptom distress > 18 scores was reduced by 5.15 points ( P=0.01) compared with the patients with symptom distress≤18 scores. Compared with the patients with annual household income < 50 000 yuan, the mental health score of patients with annual household income of 50 000-79 000 yuan was increased by 9.46 points ( P < 0.01), and the mental health score of patients with annual family income ≥ 80 000 yuan was increased by 5.92 points ( P < 0.01); compared with the patients in phase I, the mental health score of the patients in phaseⅡwas decreased by 2.62 points ( P=0.02), and the mental health score of the patients in phase Ⅲ was decreased by 4.98 points ( P < 0.01). Conclusions:Symptom distress is an independent risk factor for affecting mental health of breast cancer patients. Solving symptom distress of patients can improve mental health status of the patients.
