Purpose To study the values of liver histopathological assessment grading score in differential diagnosis between biliary atresia ( BA) and infantile hepatitis ( IHS) . Methods Thirty four cases of BA and sixteen cases of IHS were analyzed retrospectively, which were diagnosed by biopsy. A hepatic histopathological assessment grading score was developed. This consisted of eight features such as cholestasis, hepatocellular damage, bile duct proliferation, portal edema, portal inflammation, portal fibrosis, extramedullary hemopoiesis and multinucleated giant hepatocytes. The total scores were 24 points. All the cases were assessed one by one. Results The total scores of BA were significantly higher than that of IHS (P<0. 001). The frequencies of bile duct proliferation, portal fibrosis and portal edema were significantly higher in BA than that in IHS group, while the frequency of multinucleated giant hepatocytes was significantly higher in IHS than that in BA group. Conclusions This scoring system is helpful in differentiating BA from IHS.

The myocardial infarction is an important clinical feature of ischemic heart disease, and its various stages of histopathological changes are closely related to the prognosis of patients. In recent years, with the continuous development and improvement of MRI software and hardware techniques, the cardiac MR (CMR) can assess the pathological changes of the myocardial infarction by its multi-parameter and multi-sequence imaging techniques qualitatively and quantitatively. And the CMR can provide the clinical reference information for the patients in short-term diagnosis and long-term prognostic risk assessment accurately and comprehensively. The progresses of CMR in assessing the pathology of myocardial infarction were reviewed in this article.

Objective:To explore the effects of the transtheoretical model (TTM) -based intervention in patients undergoing coronary angiography (CAG) .Methods:Totally 146 patients who were scheduled to undergo CAG at Fuwai Central China Cardiovascular Hospital from May 2021 to May 2022 were selected by convenience sampling. Patients admitted from May to November 2021 were assigned to the control group ( n=73), and those admitted from December 2021 to May 2022 were assigned to the observation group ( n=73). The control group received routine care, while the observation group received TTM-based intervention. The effects of the intervention were evaluated using the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS), the Self-Rating Depression Scale (SDS), and a self-designed CAG compliance assessment form. Results:After the intervention, SAS and SDS scores decreased in both groups, with the observation group scoring significantly lower than the control group ( P< 0.05). The CAG compliance in the observation group was also significantly higher than that in the control group ( P<0.05) . Conclusions:The TTM-based intervention can improve the psychological state of CAG patients and enhance their compliance with CAG procedures.
