Objective:To investigate the presence of SENV infection among patients in China, and analyze partial nucleotide sequence of SENV isolated from a patient with non A-G hepatitis. Methods:A nested polymerase chain reaction (PCR) assay with primers from ORF1 of SENV genome was established to detect SENV DNA.The PCR product was cloned and sequenced. Results:SENV DNA was positive in 2 of 7 patients with non A-G hepatitis and TTV negative.Partial gene of a SENV isolate was compared with the corresponding region of SENV isolate(AX025730)from Italy and was found that the nucleotide homology was 90%.Conclusions:The results of this study confirmed the presence of SENV infection in China. The development of a PCR assay for SENV DNA detection and the cloning, sequencing of the SENV isolate have important implication for the diagnosis and epidemiological investigation on SENV infection.

Objective To analyze the differences in static balance plantar pressure characteristics between female adolescent idiopathic scoliosis(AIS)patients with moderate Lenke 3CN and healthy adolescents of the same age,and provide a scientific basis for scoliosis screening, assessment, treatment, and prognosis evaluation. Methods A total of 30 female patients with moderate Lenke 3CN AIS as the AIS group and 30 healthy female adolescents of the same age as the control group were selected, respectively. The plantar pressure data of the subjects were collected, and the characteristics of equilibrium plantar pressure distributions in two groups were comparatively analyzed. Results Regarding the plantar pressure characteristics, the average pressure(P<0.05)and hindfoot pressure(P<0.05)of the left and right foot in the AIS group were significantly greater than those of the control group, the forefoot pressure was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the symmetry index(SI)of both feet was significantly greater than that of the control group(P<0.05).The plantar pressure of the left foot in the AIS group was significantly larger than that of the control group in the medial mid-foot area and 1st toe area(P<0.05),and significantly smaller than that of the control group in the 1st,2nd,3rd,4th and 5th metatarsal areas(P<0.05);the plantar pressure of the right foot in the AIS group was significantly greater than that of the control group in the medial heel area and the1st toe area(P<0.05),and significantly smaller than that of the control group in the lateral mid-foot area, the 3rd,4th,5th metatarsal area and 3rd,4th,5th toe area(P<0.05);and the plantar pressure in the right foot of the AIS group was significantly smaller than that of the control group in the medial heel area and 1st toe area(P<0.05).The plantar pressures at lateral midfoot area, the 3rd,4th,5th metatarsal area and the 3rd,4th,5th toe area of the right foot were significantly larger than those of the control group(P<0.05).Regarding the center of pressure(COP),the length of the COP trajectory, the ellipse area of the 95%confidence interval, the maximum distance of COP left-right movement(COP-X),and the maximum distance of COP anterior-posterior movement(COP-Y)of the AIS group were significantly larger than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions There are significant differences in static balance plantar pressure characteristics between female AIS patients with moderate Lenke 3CN and healthy female adolescents of the same age, with foot pressure favoring the side of the lateral convexity, poorer symmetry and stability of the feet, and weaker balance control.

Objective:To assess the changes of selenium nutrition of school-age children in Kashin-Beck disease (KBD) areas of Linzhou County, Lhasa City and Xietongmen County, Shigatse City in Tibet Autonomous Region (referred to as Tibet), and provide a scientific basis for evaluating the effectiveness of prevention and control measures. Methods:According to the historical condition of KBD, a total of 344 children's hair samples were collected to determine the content of selenium in Kazi (KBD area) and Jiangxia townships (non-KBD area) of Linzhou County in 2013 and 2021, Renqinze (KBD area) and Tongmen townships (non-KBD area) of Xietongmen County in 2015 and 2021.Results:Compared to 2013/2015, in 2021, the hair selenium level of children in the four townships increased ( P < 0.001). The selenium nutritional level of more than 90% of the children reached medium or above (hair selenium > 0.25 μg/g) in 2021. The hair selenium levels of girls in the two KBD areas (Kazi and Renqinze townships) were lower than those of boys ( Z = - 2.83, - 2.83, P < 0.05). Conclusions:The selenium nutrition level of school-age children in KBD areas in Linzhou and Xietongmen counties has increased rapidly in recent years. However, the selenium nutrition level of girls is significantly lower than that of boys. It is necessary to strengthen prevention, controlling and monitoring, and to further improve the dietary structure of school-age children through the joint efforts of families and schools, to increase the proportion of exogenous high selenium food intake.

Objective:To explore the effects of the transtheoretical model (TTM) -based intervention in patients undergoing coronary angiography (CAG) .Methods:Totally 146 patients who were scheduled to undergo CAG at Fuwai Central China Cardiovascular Hospital from May 2021 to May 2022 were selected by convenience sampling. Patients admitted from May to November 2021 were assigned to the control group ( n=73), and those admitted from December 2021 to May 2022 were assigned to the observation group ( n=73). The control group received routine care, while the observation group received TTM-based intervention. The effects of the intervention were evaluated using the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS), the Self-Rating Depression Scale (SDS), and a self-designed CAG compliance assessment form. Results:After the intervention, SAS and SDS scores decreased in both groups, with the observation group scoring significantly lower than the control group ( P< 0.05). The CAG compliance in the observation group was also significantly higher than that in the control group ( P<0.05) . Conclusions:The TTM-based intervention can improve the psychological state of CAG patients and enhance their compliance with CAG procedures.
