Objective To observe the different methods of hemostasis and comfort of the TR -Band com-pression hemostasis device after coronary intervention and to find the best strategy for TR -Band to stop the bleeding. Methods 150 patients with coronary artery disease were randomly divided into three groups according to the digital table method. The initial time of TR -Band compression hemostasis of group A was 3h,(once per hour,2mL per time, total compression time was 10h),while that of group B was 2h(once in every two hours,3mL per time, total com-pression time was 8h),and that of group C was 1h(once per hour,2mL per time, total compression time was 6 h). Thumb oxygen saturation, complications and comfort level in the three groups of patients were observed and compared. Results The differences between the three groups of oppression hemostasis before and after 2 h thumb oxygen saturation were normal, the three groups had no statistical significance (P >0.05).lesions,hematoma,bruising and radial artery occlusion occurred rate of group A were respectively 4,3,5,2 cases, those of group B were 3,4,6, 1 cases, and those of group C were 2,5,6,0 cases.Lesions, hematoma, bruising, radial artery occlusion of local com-plication incidence of the three groups showed no statistical significance (P >0.05).The comfort level (numbness, swelling, pain)of the three groups had statistically significant differences (Fnumbness =8.215,Fswel ing =7.657,Fpain =7.985,all P <0.01).Conclusion TR -Band compression hemostasis device can achieve effective hemostasis in the treatment of coronary artery intervention. And the reasonable adjustment of different bleeding time, compression time and the amount of bleeding can affect the comfort of patients.

Objective To investigate the short?term complications and cosmetic outcomes of radiotherapy in breast conserving surgery for early?stage breast cancer. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on clinical data from 30 patients with early?stage breast cancer from 2013 to 2015. All patients underwent breast conserving surgery combined with intraoperative low?energy X?ray radiotherapy. The prescribed dose was 20 Gy at the surface of the applicator. Local complications, radiation injury, and cosmetic outcomes were observed after surgery. Results No grade 3?4 adverse reactions were found in patients. In terms of short?term complications, four patients (13%) had seroma, two of whom needed suction treatment;three patients ( 10%) had grade 1?2 skin erythema. Half of the patients had excellent cosmetic outcomes. None of the patients had local recurrence or distant metastasis. Conclusions Intraoperative low?energy X?ray radiotherapy is safe and feasible in breast conserving surgery for breast cancer. It can be considered as an optional approach for tumor bed boost in some patients with early?stage low?risk breast cancer.

Chinese Journal of Hospital Administration 2011;27(9):646-649
The paper described the necessity of social capital utilization for public hospitals, and analyzed the model and characteristics of public hospital financing. It is pointed out that the key to the public-benefit nature in the financing calls for distinguishing responsibilities of the government and the market, defining the reasonable level and manner for investors' return, and building corresponding incentive mechanism and supervision mechanism.

Objective To study the development and utilization of Li medicine resources in Hainan Province, analyze the existing problems and present specific suggestions for the rational exploitation and utilization of Li medicine resources. Methods SWOT analysis was carried out on the development and utilization of Li medicine in Hainan by means of literature analysis and field survey. Results The advantage of Li medicine lies in its long history and sufficient resources. The complicated ethnic factors within Li nationality hindered the development of Li medicine and resulted in the lack of basic research.Although the relevant policies and market demands have brought opportunities for the development of Li medicine, the rapid development of society may pose a potential threat to the development and protection of Li medicine resources. Conclusion The unique advantages of Li medicine ought to be used to create Li medicine brand. While Hainan is building its international tourism island, the health benefits of Li medicine should be promoted.Through the creation of Li medicine schools or departments, new professionals need to be trained to continue the development and utilization of Li medicine.

Objective:To construct a mutant strain of hypervirulent Klebsiella pneumoniae NTHU-K2044 with hfq gene deletion and to analyze its biological characteristics. Methods:The hfq gene of NTUH-K2044 was knocked out by homologous recombination technology to construct △ hfq mutant strain. Its biological characteristics including growth rate, environmental stress tolerance, biofilm formation, capsular polysaccharide synthesis, resistance to neutrophil phagocytosis and lethality to Galleria mellonella larvae were analyzed by comparing with the wild-type strain using phenotypic experiments. Results:The △ hfq mutant strain of hypervirulent Klebsiella pneumoniae NTHU-K2044 was successfully constructed. Phenotypic experiments showed that the △ hfq mutant strain had significantly slower growth rate, smaller colonies and decreased hypermucoviscosity. Its growth was significantly inhibited under different environmental stress conditions such as pH9, pH5.5, 0.7 mmol/L SDS, 5% NaCl, 0.1% H 2O 2 and high temperature of 50℃. In terms of virulence and pathogenicity, the △ hfq mutant strain showed decreased ability to form biofilm and capsule, significantly down-regulated expression of magA and rmpA genes required for capsule synthesis, lower survival rate in the neutrophil bactericidal test and obviously reduced lethality to Galleria mellonella larvae. Conclusions:As a RNA chaperone, Hfq protein could participate in post-transcriptional regulation and play an important role in regulating the physiology, environmental adaptability and virulence of hypervirulent Klebsiella pneumoniae. This study provided reference for further study on hypervirulent Klebsiella pneumoniae.

Objective:
To screen the chronic kidney disease (CKD) patients among the high-risk groups in Jing'an district of Shanghai, and provide suggestions for the screening and analysis of CKD.
Methods:
Retrospective analysis was used to analyze the disease status of high-risk groups of CKD who participated in community screening from July 2016 to November 2018. A total of 25 199 subjects underwent two laboratory examinations at intervals of more than 3 months. The CKD was diagnosed in high-risk groups according to the diagnostic criteria, and the patients with CKD were classified and stratified. The screening population was divided into groups according to gender, age and medical history to compare the difference in the detection rate of CKD.
Results:
There were 788 CKD patients diagnosed previously in this screening population, and 3 713 CKD patients were confirmed by this district-level hospitals screening. Potential CKD patients were 4.71 times as many as previously known CKD patients. The CKD detection rate was 14.73%. The CKD detection rate of female high-risk group was higher than that of male (16.00% vs 13.00%,
