Objective　To investigate the effects of TNP-470 on the growth of a human malignant glioma cell line SHG-44 in vivo and in vitro. Methods　The colorimetric MTT assay, soft agar culture, flow cytometry，light and electron microscopy were used to determine the proliferation, the cloning efficiency, cell cycle and the morphological changes of SHG-44 cells as well as the growth of its xenografted tumor. Results　TNP-470 (20～2 000 ng/ml) significantly inhibited the proliferation of SHG-44 cells in vitro (the 50% inhibitory concentration was 200 ng/ml). Cloning efficiency reduced obviously. The number of cells in G0/G1 phase increased, while that in S, G2/M phases decreased significantly. Weight and volume of xenografted tumors treated with TNP-470 (30 mg/kg, injected subcutaneously every other day) reduced notably. Furthermore, there were necrotic area and apoptosis in the tumor. No severe side effect of TNP-470 was found in this study. Conclusion　The inhibitory effect of TNP-470 on the growth of SHG-44 cells correlates with its functions of regulating cell cycle and inducing apoptosis, which suggests that the angiogenesis inhibitor TNP-470 has strong inhibitory effect on human malignant gliomas.

Aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage accounted for 70% of subarachnoid hemorrhage. The high fatality and disability rate affected patients′ quality of life. Aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage should be considered as a chronic cerebrovascular disease, and it is very important to take early intervention and strengthen the secondary prevention to the patients with risk factors for disease. This paper reviewed the research status on quality of life of patients with aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage and its influencing factors, in order to provide a reference for neurological physicians.

Objective: To explore the changes of the peripheral invariant natural killer T (iNKT) cells in patients with human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) infection. Methods: A total of 101 patients with HIV infection including 52 asymptomatic patients and 49 acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS) patients were enrolled in the study from June 2016 to July 2017. Flow cytometry was used to detect iNKT cells, CD4⁺ T cells and CD8⁺ T cells, and the relationship among them and HIV RNA was studied. At same time, 12 healthy persons were enrolled as control group. T test or variance analysis, rank sum test, Chi-square test and Fisher exact test were used for statistical analysis. Results: In HIV infected asymptomatic patients, AIDS patients and healthy controls, iNKT cells were 0.135% (0.066%, 0.228%), 0.058% (0.034%, 0.100%) and 0.385% (0.205%, 0.600%), respectively, and the difference was statistical significant (Z=40.113, P<0.01). CD4⁺ T cell counts in the three groups were (340.82±119.26) cells/μL, (72.73±61.84) cells/μL and (555.17±229.43) cells/μL, respectively, and the difference was statistical significant (t=113.79, P<0.01); CD8⁺ T cell counts in the three groups were (842.29±423.68) cells/μL, (540.43±257.85) cells/μL and (875.92±516.45) cells/μL, respectively, and the difference was statistical significant (t=9.423, P<0.01). Ratios of CD4⁺ /CD8⁺ T cells in the three groups were 0.490 (0.240, 0.695), 0.120 (0.030, 0.210) and 0.600 (0.475, 0.895), respectively, and the difference was statistical significant (Z=53.603, P<0.01). iNKT cell counts in patients with or without hepatitis B virus infection, pneumocystis pneumonia, oral mold infection, treponema pallidum, latent tuberculosis or EB virus infection were not significantly different (Z=0.244, 2.325, 2.393, 0.168, 1.183 and 0.454, respectively, all P>0.05). There were correlations between iNKT cells and CD4⁺ T cells, CD4⁺ /CD8⁺ T cells (r=0.513 and 0.261, respectively, both P<0.05), and no relationship was found between iNKT cells and CD8⁺ T cells (r=0.155, P=0.126). In HIV infected asymptomatic patients and AIDS patients, iNKT cells was not associated with HIV RNA (r=-0.113 and -0.111, respectively, both P>0.05). Conclusions The level of peripheral iNKT cells in HIV infected patients decreases with the disease progression. To certain extent, iNKT cells can reflect the severity of immune damaging in HIV infected patients.

Objective Discipline construction is the core for the development of a hospital and international cooperation and exchange play an important role in promoting discipline construction.This paper summarized the experiences of carrying out international cooperation and exchange in the hospital discipline construction.Methods Analyzed the exploration,practice and its effect in promotion of hospital discipline construction regarding to international cooperation in recent years.Results The international cooperation and exchange have effectively promoted the development of hospital disciplines,for instance,introduction and training of talents,organizing and holding of high-level international conferences,establishment of international academic journals and the joint construction of academic platforms.Conclusions In accordance with the requirements of discipline development strategy,the hospital can improve the overall level of discipline construction rapidly by carrying out all-dimensional cooperation with international top medical institutions.

Objective:To analyze the preliminary explorations and practical effects of strengthening the process management of nursing special projects in a tertiary general hospital, so as to explore the refined management strategy of hospital projects and provide reference for improving the management level of the research project.Methods:This article takes a series of refined measures taken by the hospital in the process management of nursing special projects from August 2016 to August 2021 as the research example, including setting up subject directions around key disciplines, setting application conditions at different levels, standardizing selection procedures, strengthening mid-term assessments, strictly controlling final acceptance, establishing integrity files, and promoting the transformation of scientific achievements, etc. and these measures are deeply analyzed and discussed.Results:Through a series of measures, the hospital nursing team has significantly improved in terms of research paper publication, patent authorization, approval of projects above the bureau level, and nursing specialties ranking of Chinese hospital Science and Technology Evaluation Metrics (STEM) in the past six years.Conclusions:By strengthening the process management of nursing special research project, the construction level of nursing disciplines has been significantly improved, and the development of nursing disciplines has been greatly promoted.

With in-depth research and development of dermoscopy, the dermoscopic features including perifollicular pigments, perilesional pigments, pigment network structure, satellite phenomenon and "tapioca sago" appearance, micro-Koebner phenomenon and comet tail-like phenomenon have provided a basis for the evaluation of vitiligo activity. This review summarizes progress in the evaluation of vitiligo activity with dermoscopy in recent years, aiming to promote the application of dermoscopy in the assessment of vitiligo activity.

Objective: To investigate the effect of ELMOD2 over-expression on the malignant biological behaviors of gastric cancer MGC803 cells, and to study its related molecular mechanism. Methods: GV141-ELMOD2 expression vector was transfected into human gastric cancer MGC803 cells. The mRNA and protein expressions of ELMOD2 were detected by Real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR and WB, respectively. The cell proliferation ability was detected by CCK-8 method. Apoptosis rate was detected by flow cytometry. The cell migration ability was detected by Transwell method. The protein expressions of PCNA, BAX and Bcl-2 and Vimentin were detected by WB. Results:After transfection of ELMOD2 expression vector, the mRNAand protein expressions of ELMOD2 were significantly increased in MGC803 cells (P<0.05). Further studies showed that over-expression of ELMOD2 increased the proliferation and migration ability but reduced the apoptosis rate of MGC803 cells significantly (P<0.05 or P<0.01). The protein levels of PCNA, Vimentin and Bcl-2 in MGC803 cells increased, while the protein level of BAX decreased (P<0.05 or P<0.01). Conclusion: Over-expression of ELMOD2 can promote the proliferation and migration of MGC803 cells and inhibit cell apoptosis. These effects may be achieved by increasing the protein level of PCNA, Vimentin and Bcl-2, and reducing the protein level of BAX.

In order to improve the management level of medicine list of medical institutions in China ，and help medical institutions build a medicine list of medical institutions with reasonable drug use structure ，standardized adjustment procedures ， convenient operation and application and scientific evaluation methods ，so as to meet the needs of clinical rational drug use to the greatest extent ，with the support of the Pharmaceutical Care Professional Committee of the Chinese Pharmaceutical Association ， China-Japan Friendship Hospital and the First Affiliated Hospital of University of Science and Technology of China （Anhui Provincial Hospital ）jointly initiate and complete Guideline for the Evaluation of Medicine List in Chinese Medical Institutions jointly with a number of medical institutions. In strict accordance with the methodological requirements of World Health Organization standard guidelines ，based on the Delphi method ，the guideline formulation working group has constructed the quality evaluation index system and quantitative scoring table of medicine list management in medical institutions from the 5 dimensions of organization and management ，structure，adjustment，application and e valuation of the list. It is used to help medical institutions evaluate the quality of their medicine list management ，so asto play a positive role in the fine management of medicine list in medical institutions.
