1.Clinical Observation of Treating PHN by Dorsal Root Ganglia Radio Frequency Combined Ozone
Journal of Medical Research 2017;46(9):138-142
Objective To compare the curative effect of treating postherpetic neuralgia (PHN) by dorsal root ganglia pulsed radiofrequency combined ozone and simple dorsal root ganglia pulsed radiofrequency. Methods 68 cases of chest and back PHN patients in accordance with incorporation standard were randomly divided into two groups:control group (n =34) received dorsal root ganglia pulsed radiofrequency while experimental group (n =34) received dorsal root ganglia pulsed radiofrequency combined ozone. The visnal analogue scale (VAS) of two groups before treatment, and 1,3,7 days,1,3 and 6 months after treatment was observed and compared;the clinical treatment effect was evaluated. Results VAS of two groups after treatment all declined obviously compared with that before treatment (P =0.000).Compared with control group, the VAS of experimental group 1 and 3 days after treatment was not significantly different (P> 0.05).However,the VAS 7 days,1 and 3 months after treatment declined obviously (P < 0.05).The obvious effect rate of experimental group was higher than control group,so the difference was statistically different (P < 0.05).Patients in both of the groups obtained satisfying curative effect, among which the effective rates of control group and experimental group were 85.29% and 91.18% separately. The difference was not statistically different (P < 0.05).But the obvious effect rate of experimental group (70.59%) was higher than control group (38.24%),and the difference was statistically different (P < 0.05).Conclusion Both dorsal root ganglia pulsed radiofrequency combined ozone and simple dorsal root ganglia pulsed radiofrequency generate effect in treating postherpetic neuralgia. But the curative effect of dorsal root ganglia pulsed radiofrequency combined ozone is superior to simple dorsal root ganglia pulsed radiofrequency within medium and long term;therefore,it is a safe and effective treatment.

Objective To discuss the relationship and clinical significance between anterior rectocele and resultant constipation by the obstruction of functional outlet. Methods The clinical and dynamic defecography materials of 417 cases with resultant constipation by the obstruction of functional outlet were retrospectively reviewed. Dynamically replaying the cases of anterior rectocele and analyzed the representation. Results ①310 cases with anterior rectocele,392 cases with internal rectal prolapse,353 cases with perineum descending,69 cases with pelvic spasm or puborectalis thickening. 95.20% (397/417) cases with more than 2 abnormalities simultaneously,no cases with only anterior rectocele. The difference between men and women was statistically significant(P< 0.01) of anterior rectocele, perineum descending、pelvic spasm or puborectalis thickening. There was no difference with internal rectal prolapse(P> 0.05). ②Dynamically replaying the cases of anterior rectocele:226 cases could drain almost all of the barium of rectum and the distal rectum mucosal fold hypertrophy, account for 72.90% (226/310);71 cases could not drain any or drained driply and prolapse of rectal mucosa or pelvic spasm or puborectalis thickening, account for 22.90% (71/310); 13 cases with protruded sac reduced not obsolete and rearward the sac internal rectal prolapse, account for 4.20% (13/310). Conclusion Anterior rectocele is not the main cause of constipation,to make sure the relationship between anterior rectocele and resultant constipation by the obstruction of functional outer can provide instructional significance for the cure scheme.

In recent years, the clinical experts consensuses or guidelines of ankylosing spondylitis (AS)/spondyloarthritis (SpA) have been constantly updated, but to better understand and practice, patient self-participation management is one of the key points to improve the level of diagnosis and treatment. Through questionnaire survey of these patients, we screened out the most concerned issues, and established the AS/SpA patient practice guideline working group with multidisciplinary physicians and patients. Fifteen opinions, as the AS/SpA patient practice guidelines, are proposed in accordance with the relevant principles of the "WHO guidelines development manual" , and with the international normative process.
