Purpose:To evaluate the Application of Ultrasound Guided Mammotome Minimallay Invasive Biopsy System in diagnosis and treatment of breast masses. Methods:68 breast lesions in 42 patients were performed by Ultrasound Guided Mammotome Minimallay Invasive Biopsy System in order to evaluateits diagnostic and therapeutic ifficacy. Results:40 lesions were diagnosed as fibroadenoma , 19 lesions as fibroadenomatoid hyperplasia, 7 lesions as breast adenosis,2 lesions diagnosed as galactocele in operation but fibre and fat tissue after operation by pathology. 67 lesions were excised by mammotome system. 1 lesion was stopped duete hmorrage,1 case had serious hematoma. 1 case had machine failure but was resolved. The excision times were on the average 28 in every lesion,the lengh of incision is only 3mm,and the duration of operation was 30 minutes. No evidence of recurrence was found by physical examination and the ultrasound evaluation during the follow up 1~6 monthes. Conclusions:Ultrasound guided mammotome minimallay invasive biopsy system excision for benign breast mass was complete and the postoperative breast appearance was satisfactory.

Objective To explore the feasibility and cosmetic results of video-assisted subcutaneous mastectomy and immediate reconstruction. Methods Two patients who suffered from breast diseases and need to excise the breasts received a video-assisted total subcutaneous mastectomy and immediate reconstruction in our center. Results Both patients felt satisfied on the cosmetic result. According to the operative experience of these two patents combined with review, the key point of the operation was summarized as follows. The incisions on the anterior axillary line were small and concealing. External retraction method was used to establish the working space. Video-assisted operation was combined with euthyphoria. Blunt dissection was combined with electrical surgery unit and ultrasound knife to isolate the breast skin flap. After breast glandectomy was completed, silica gel prosthesis was put into the interspace behind ectopectoralis. Pressure dressing for 3 weeks was done to prevent the prosthesis upward displacement. Conclusion The video-assisted subcutaneous mastectomy and immediate reconstruction is a safe and feasible operation method with the better cosmetic result.

Objective To detect the excision repair cross-complementing gene 1 (ERCC1) and thymidylate of the acid synthase (TS) in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and its adjacent tissue,and investigate the relationship of the expression of ERCC1 and TS with the clinical characteristics of NSCLC and prognosis for NSCLC individual therapy to provide experimental basis.Methods The protein expression levels of ERCC1 and TS in 50 cases of postoperative NSCLC cancer and adjacent tissue were detected by immunohistochemical method and the relationship among the expression of ERCC1,TS,and overall survival of patients with NSCLC Phase (OS),disease progression time (TTP),the median OS,and median TTP was analyzed.Results (1)There was an obvious difference between the expression of ERCC1,TS in cancer and paraneoplastic tissue of NSCLC,which had statistically significance (64.00％ vs 20.00％,x2 =19.87,P ＜ 0.01 ;48.00％ vs 24.00％,x2 =6.25,P ＜ 0.05) ; (2)The continued investigation in the patients who received postoperative cisplatin or carboplatin chemotherapy showed that the 0S of negative expression of ERCC1 was significantly longer than the positive one (19.10 vs 10.00 months;x2 =8.133,P =0.002),so was median TTP (15.30 vs 9.00 months; x2 =7.410,P =0.003).The median 0S of the negative expression of TS,was significantly longer than the positive one (17.80 vs 11.00 months,x2 =7.001,P =0.008),so was median TTP (11.40 vs 6.80 months; x2 =5.884,P =0.026).Conclusions ERCC1 and TS protein may become sensitive predictors of platinum chemosensitivity for NSCLC patients ; the detection of combined with ERCC1 and TS would contribute to the selection of individualized treatment programs for NSCLC.

In the study,nematode-trapping fungus-Arthrobotrys oligospora was firstly cultivated in Sabouraud dextrose broth medium containing 0.05％ of agar,then transferred to the corn meal agar medium.A.oligospora conidiospores was eluted from the media in different time and lyophilized after being counted,then the resuscitation of lyophilized spores was also observed,in oder to evaluate their nematicidal dosage and nematode-trapping efficacy in vitro.The results of the study were as follows:by observing the germination rate,growth rate and nematode-trapping rate of lyophilized spores from A.oligospora.The maximum germination rate of lyophilized A.oligospora conidiospores was 79.5％ on the 4 th day after inoculation,and the average growth rate was 3.4 mm/d;the maximum nematode-trapping rate was 95.8％ on the 7 th day after larvae were added on the media,and the average nematode-trapping rate was 74.0％.Compared with the control groups,the differences were both no significant (P＞0.1)in average growth and nematode-trapping rate.The results show that the freeze-dried preparation materials was accessible and simple,with good resuscitation.After further optimization it will display the prospect of industrialization application.

Human embryonic stem cells can be induced to differentiate into all kinds of cells in vitro to be applied to clinical medicine and scientific research. Because they have to be isolated from human embryos, any attempt to establish human stem cell line is prohibited by religion and ethics in some areas and countries. Parthogenetic embryonic stem cells have similar capacity of totipotency and proliferation, and can be established from parthenogenetic activation of discarded oocytes. This paper reviews the progress in the studies of the establishment of parthenogenetic embryonic stem cell line and its differentiation capacities.

Objective To investigate the ipratropium bromide combined with Ambroxol Aerosol Inhalation on preventive effect of pulmonary complications after thoracotomy. Method 115 patients undergoing thoracic operation were randomly divided into 2 groups, 2 groups were given routine nursing before operation, the control group on the basis of Mucosolvan atomization inhalation, the observation group in the conventional nursing combined with ipratropium bromide and atomization inhalation of ambroxol. Results the curative effect of therapeutic group was signiifcantly better than the control group (P<0.05); lung infection in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion ipratropium bromide and Mucosolvan aerosol inhalation signiifcantly on the prevention of pulmonary complications after thoracotomy and effect, will help the patient restore.

Objective To analyze the expression feature and function of microRNAs in exosomes secreted by leukemia cells (LCEX). Methods The mice leukemia cell line L1210 was taken as the example, and LCEXL1210 was obtained by isolating supernate of L1210 cells through density gradient centrifugation. MicroRNAs isolated from LCEXL1210 were analyzed by microarray analysis, compared with miRNA from L1210 cell line, and then some of miRNAs with different expression were verified by real-time PCR and were analyzed by Gene Ontology (GO) database. Results The number of miRNAs identified in LCEXL1210 was 1 044, and that in L1210 cell line was 872. The number of shared miRNAs between LCEXL1210 and L1210 cell line was 732, accounting for 70.1 % of LCEXL1210 and 83.9 % of L1210 cell line, respectively, which indicated that 70 % of LCEXL1210 was derived from the parental cells. Interestingly, 312 miRNAs in LCEXL1210 were found to be underrepresented in the parental cells, indicating their specificity in LCEXL1210. Some miRNAs were significantly highly expressed in LCEXL1210 compared with those in L1210 cell line, including miR-16-1, miR-210, miR-195 and so on, which showed that miRNAs isolated from LCEXL1210 were differentially expressed with those from the parental cells. Some differentially expressed miRNAs from LCEXL1210 were verified by real-time PCR, and then were analyzed by GO database, which demonstrated that these highly expressed miRNAs participated in the processes of various biological function and signal transduction. Conclusions MiRNAs isolated from LCEXL1210 show a high similarity to miRNAs isolated from L1210 cells, whereas of which one-third are specific. The highly expressed miRNAs participate in the processes of various biological function and signal transduction.

AIM: To study the inhibitory effect and mechanism of Jolkinolide B (JB) on the proliferation and metastasis of colon cancer HT-29 cells. METHODS: HT-29 cells were treated with different concentrations of JB, the cell proliferation rate was detected by MTT method, the cell clone formation rate was detected by plate cloning experiment, the cell cycle change was detected by flow cytometry, the cell migration ability was analyzed by wound healing assay, the cell invasion ability was studied by Transwell assay, E-cadherin, N-cadherin, vimentin, Snail1, Snail2, matrix metalloproteinase (MMP)-2 and MMP-9 protein expression levels were detected by immunofluorescence and Western blotting, and p-PI3K, PI3K, p-Akt, Akt, NF-κB P65and p-NF-κB P65 protein expression levels were detected by Western blotting. HT-29 cells were treated with 100 μg/L IGF-1 and 100 μg/L IGF-1+20 μmol/L JB, respectively. The expression of PI3K/Akt/NF-κB pathway related proteins was detected by Western blotting.
