Objective To explore the effects of prospective rewarming nursing on spontaneous hypothermia in traumatic patients in emergency service. Methods Totally 67 traumatic patients admitted in the Emergency Department of Armed Police Zhejiang Corps Jiaxing Hospital between January and August 2016 were selected as the control group, and another 72 traumatic patients admitted between January and August 2017 were selected as the observation group by purposive sampling. Patients in the control group received conventional emergency treatment, while patients in the observation group received prospective rewarming nursing care on this basis. Body temperature and the incidence of shivering, arrhythmia and spontaneous hypothermia were compared between the two groups. Results The body temperature of the observation group stood at (36.38±0.21)℃ and (36.72±0.38)℃ respectively at admission and 1 hour post admission, both higher than that of the control group (t=24.241, 18.039; P<0.01). The incidence rate of shivering in the observation group was 15.94% and 17.39% respectively at admission and 1 hour post admission, both lower than that of the control group (χ2=19.326, 19.141; P<0.01). The incidence rate of arrhythmia in the observation group was 30.43%, while that of the control group was 49.15% (χ2=4.681, P=0.030). Conclusions Prospective rewarming can reduce the risks of spontaneous hypothermia in traumatic patients in emergency service.

Chinese Journal of Modern Nursing 2021;27(3):394-398
Objective:To explore the application effect of home care scheme based importance performance analysis (IPA) for patients with coronary heart disease. Methods:Using the purposive sampling method, a total of 128 patients with coronary heart disease who were hospitalized in Department of Cardiology in Taizhou Municipal Hospital from October 2018 to September 2019 were selected as the research objects. A total of 64 patients who were admitted from October 2018 to March 2019 were set as the control group, and 64 patients who were admitted from April to September 2019 were set as the intervention group. The control group adopted routine nursing, while the intervention group implemented home nursing scheme based IPA for patients with coronary heart disease. The differences in knowledge of coronary heart disease, self-efficacy, compliance and quality of life were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention. Results:After the intervention, the knowledge score of coronary heart disease of the intervention group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant ( P<0.05) . After the intervention, the total score of self-efficacy and scores of all dimensions of the intervention group were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant ( P<0.05) . After the intervention, the compliance of the intervention group was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant ( P<0.05) . After the intervention, scores of all dimensions of SF-36 Health Survey Scale in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant ( P<0.05) . Conclusions:IPA based home care scheme for patients with coronary heart disease can improve the disease knowledge and self-efficacy of patients with coronary heart disease and improve compliance and quality of life.

Objective:
To explore the effectiveness of Balint group on compassion fatigue among oncology nurses.
Methods:
From January to December 2016, 35 oncology nurses from one general hospital were enrolled. 18 cases were allocated in the observation group and 17 cases in the control group by computer randomization. Nurses in the observation group were received a total of 8 times Balint Group activities, with 2 times a month and 1.5 hours each time, which is aiming to discuss difficult cases encountered in the clinic to help nurses have a deeper experience and a better understanding of the emotions and behaviors, fantasies and needs between nurse-patient interaction. Nurses in the control group without intervention. All the Participants were requested to complete the survey of the Professional Quality of Life (ProQOL) , the Jefferson Scale of Empathy-Health Professionals (JSE-HP) , and the General Health Questionnaire (GHQ) at pre and post intervention.
Results:
Before intervention, two group of nurses in age, working years, marriage, and education were not statistically significant (

Uncovering the risk factors of pulmonary hypertension and its mechanisms is crucial for the prevention and treatment of the disease. In the current study,we showed that experimental periodontitis, which was established by ligation of molars followed by orally smearing subgingival plaques from patients with periodontitis, exacerbated hypoxia-induced pulmonary hypertension in mice.Mechanistically, periodontitis dysregulated the pulmonary microbiota by promoting ectopic colonization and enrichment of oral bacteria in the lungs, contributing to pulmonary infiltration of interferon gamma positive(IFNγ+)T cells and aggravating the progression of pulmonary hypertension. In addition,we identified Prevotella zoogleoformans as the critical periodontitis-associated bacterium driving the exacerbation of pulmonary hypertension by periodontitis, and the exacerbation was potently ameliorated by both cervical lymph node excision and IFNγ neutralizing antibodies. Our study suggests a proof of concept that the combined prevention and treatment of periodontitis and pulmonary hypertension are necessary.

Objective:
To understand the working experience of responsible nurses after the day surgery in the ward under the concept of accelerated rehabilitation surgery, in order to provide reference for the development of targeted interventions.
Methods:
In this study, 10 primary nurses in 4 departments of day surgery in Shanghai Tenth People′s Hospital were interviewed by using the method of objective sampling in April-May, 2018. The semi-structured interview was conducted using the phenomenological research method in the qualitative study, and the Colaizzi phenomenological data was used. The analysis method analyzes the interview data.
Results:
Through the repeated refinement, analysis and extraction of the interview data, the following two themes reflecting the work experience of the daytime surgical department responsible nurses: own growth and harvest, difficulties and challenges.
Conclusion
Based on the concept of accelerated rehabilitation surgery, daytime surgery is carried out to encourage responsible nurses to continuously improve their knowledge level and interpersonal communication skills. The nurses' professional identity is continuously improved. At the same time, due to the increase in nursing workload, the increase in nurse training needs and the incomplete workflow make nursing management Facing new problems and challenges.
