Objective To compare the application effect of the Sandwich teaching method and case teaching method in undergraduate nursing students in clinical nursing teaching. Methods 114 undergraduate nursing students were divided into observation group and control group by random number table, and each group had 57 students. The control group used case teaching method, which the teacher used case to teach, while the observation group used the Sandwich method, including teacher guides, group discussions, cross discussion, group report, teacher's comments, case analysis, etc. Results The score of theory test in observation group was 86.14±7.24,which was significantly higher than 77.46±6.97 of the control group (t=6.515,P < 0.01);Students of observation group thinking yes in the nine survey items was 85.96% to 100.00%.Conclusions The effect of Sandwich teaching method is better than case teaching method, and has high satisfaction of nursing students.

To study the chemical constituents of Drynariae Rhizoma, nine phenolic acids were isolated from a 70% ethanol extract by using a combination of various chromatographic techniques including column chromatography over silica gel, ODS, Sephadex LH-20, and semi-preparative HPLC. By spectroscopic techniques including 1H NMR, 13C NMR, 2D NMR, and HR-ESI-MS, these compounds were identified as 4, 4'-dihydroxy-3, 3'-imino-di-benzoic acid (1), protocatechuic acid (2), gallic acid (3), p-hydroxybenzoic acid (4), (E)-caffeic acid (5), ethyl trans-3, 4-dihydroxycinnamate (6), caffeic acid 4-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside (7), p-coumaric acid 4-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside (8), and 23(S)-12-O-caffeoyl-12-hydroxyllauric acid glycerol ester (9), separately. Among them, 1 and 9 are new compounds, and 3, 4, and 6 were isolated from Drynaria species for the first time.

Objective To investigate the relationship between two single nucleotide polymorphisms (rs356219,rs356165 sites) and cognitive dysfunction in Parkinson disease. Methods 236 patients with Parkinson's disease were randomly selected from November 2014 to November 2017.According to the results of MoCA cognitive function evaluation, the patients were divided into group A (cognitive dysfunction group)and group B (normal cognition group). At the same time,65 patients were randomly selected as group C (Health control group). The allele frequency and genotype distribution of rs356219 and rs356165 were compared, and the differences among the three group were compared. Results In the rs356165 allele frequency, group A (G:57.14%,A:42.86%),group B (G:56.45%,A:43.55%) and group C (G:52.31%,A:47.69%) had no statistical significance (P> 0.05).In the rs356165 genotype,G/G (21.43%) and A/A (14.29%) in group A were higher than group C (G/G:4.62%,A/A:1.54%),G/G (22.58%) in group B and A/A (14.52%) were higher than group C G/G (4.62%) and A/A (1.54%) (P< 0.05).In the rs356219 allele frequency, group A (G:64.29%,A:64.29%) and group B (G:64.52%,A:35.486%) and group C (G:46.15%,A:53.85%) was statistically significant (P<0.05),but no statistical significance between group A and group B (P>0.05);In the rs356219 genotype, group A (G/G:35.71%,A/A:21.43%,A/G:42.86%),group B (G/G:35.48%,A/A:22.58%,A/G:41.94%) and group C (G/G:30.77%,A/A:26.15%,A/G:43.08%) had no statistical significance (P> 0.05),and there was no statistical significance between group A and group B (P>0.05).Conclusions The polymorphism of rs356219 and rs356165 sites in rho-synaptic nucleoprotein plays an important role in the pathogenesis of Parkinson disease. However, there was no correlation with cognitive dysfunction in patients with Parkinson disease.

Objective:To screen risk factors for carotid plaque vulnerability in patients with ischemic stroke and construct a risk prediction model. Methods:From November 2019 to January 2021, a total of 164 patients with ischemic stroke hospitalized in the Neurology Department of the Affiliated Hospital of Jining Medical University were selected as the study subjects by convenience sampling method. Color doppler ultrasound was used to measure carotid plaques in patients with ischemic stroke to determine whether they were vulnerable plaques. The patients were surveyed using the General Information Questionnaire and the Type D Personality Scale. Binary Logistic regression analysis was used to explore the risk factors of carotid plaque vulnerability in ischemic stroke patients, and based on this, a risk prediction model for carotid plaque vulnerability in ischemic stroke patients was constructed. Results:A total of 87 patients with ischemic stroke had vulnerable carotid plaques. The results of binary Logistic regression analysis showed that age ( OR=1.136, 95% CI: 1.052-1.226), total score of Type D Personality Scale ( OR=1.170, 95% CI: 1.043-1.312), smoking history ( OR=3.058, 95% CI: 1.054-8.875), homocysteine ( OR=1.400, 95% CI: 1.179-1.664), triglycerides ( OR=2.356, 95% CI: 1.534-3.619) were risk factors for carotid plaque vulnerability in stroke patients ( P<0.05). The results of risk prediction model based on risk factors show that, the area under the receiver operating characteristic of the subjects was 0.935, indicating good clinical predictive ability. Conclusions:Age, total score of Type D Personality Scale, smoking history, homocysteine and triglyceride are risk factors of carotid plaque vulnerability in stroke patients. The risk prediction model can early identify and screen high-risk factors for carotid plaque vulnerability in ischemic stroke patients, and is worthy of clinical promotion and practice.
