Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of treating reflux esophagitis of spleen qi deficiency syndrome byHezhong-Jianpi decoction.Methods 90 patients in October 2012 to March 2014 in the standard of traditional Chinese medicine hospital of Shanghal were randomly divided into a western medicine group (omeprazole), a Chinese medicine group (Hezhong-Jianpi decoction), and a Chinese and western medicine group (Hezhong-Jianpi decoction + omeprazole), 30 cases in each group. All groups were treated for successive 8 weeks and the changes of the symptoms of integral and esophageal mucosa under gastroscope change situation were observed, and the clinical efficacy was evaluated. Results After the treatment, the esophagus gastroscope integral of the western medicine group, the Chinese medicine group and the Chinese and western medicine group were all significantly improved than those before the treatment group (Z value was respectively -4.351, -4.300, -5.143,P<0.01). Total effective rate was 83.3% (25/30) in the western medicine group, 86.7% (26/30) in the Chinese medicine group, and 90.0% (27/30) in the Chinese and western medicine group, the difference among the three groups was statistically significant (χ2=6.800,P=0.030). The difference of symptoms integral of the western medicine, Chinese medicine, and Chinese and western medicine group was statistically significant (Z values are -5.482, -5.991, -6.120, respectively, P<0.01).Comparison between two groups after treatment showed only Chinese traditional medicine group and the Chinese and western medicine group was statistically significant (Z=-2.113,P=0.040). After the treatment, symptoms as heartburn (Z value -3.390, -3.882, -3.666, respectively), the acid regurgitation (Z value -4.850, -5.004, -5.722, respectively), the food regurgitation (Z value -2.791, -3.422, -2.854, respectively) in the three groups improved significantly than those before the treatment (P<0.01); The retrosternal paln improved significantly in the Chinese and western medicine group after the treatment (Z=-0.873,P=0.380). The pharyngeal foreign body sensation or paln symptoms (Z value were -2.382 and -2.724, respectively), belching symptoms (Z value were -5.074 and -5.061, respectively) in the Chinese traditional medicine group and the Chinese and western medicine group significantly improved after the treatment(P<0.05); The abdominal distension (Z value were 2.772 and -2.032, respectively), the abdominal paln (Z value were 2.26 and 2.02, respectively) in the western medicine group and the Chinese and western medicine group were significantly improved (P<0.05). Conclusion Hezhong-Jianpi decoction can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of reflux esophagitis of spleen qi deficiency, and the curative effect is similar to omeprazole. It has advantage for relieving belch and retrosternal paln. The combined therapy was more effective than eitherHezhong-Jianpi or omeprazole, but no difference was showed in the improvement of esophageal gastroscopy.

Vascular ultrasonography belongs to ultrasound medicine and has its own discipline characteristics. The diagnosis accuracy of vascular ultrasonography largely depends on the accumulation of basic knowledge of multiple clinical sciences , standardization of operation techniques and especially the accurate application of hemodynamic theory. According to the discipline characteristics of vascular ultrasonography, we train the residents from the following five aspects: basic theory knowledge, operation techniques, clinic thinking ability, sciences research ability, communica-tion and team work ability. On the basis of practice, we explore the establishment of standardized training mode for medical professionals of vascular ultrasnography in China, training practical, innova-tive and independent talents, to provide reference for improving the professional level of vascular ultra-sound in our country.

Aspirin has demonstrated its efficacy in the prevention of adverse events related to cardiovascular disease, and lots of epidemiological studies suggest that it also can be used to prevent colorectal cancer and to decrease its recurrence after curative resection.The guideline published by USPSTF recently first time affirms the overall health benefit of aspirin in colorectal cancer prevention.Aspirin could prevent the colorectal cancer by the cyclooxygenase-dependent mechanisms and the COX-independent mechanisms.In this review, we will summarize some results of related researches and discuss the possible mechanisms.

Nephrotic syndrome(NS)is the most frequent cause of glomerular disease in children,it can deve-lop many complications,including infection,thrombosis and acute kidney injury,while acute adrenocortical suppression is a complication of some drugs administration. This review focuses on the pathophysiology and management of common complications in patients with NS.

OBJECTIVE:To study the actions of seabuckthorn oil emulsion against chronic atrophic gastritis and gastic ulcer in rats.METHODS:Chronic atrophic gastritis and gastric ulcer models were established in rats and mice and the antiulcer and anti-chronic atrophic gastritis actions of seabuckthorn oil emulsion were determined.RESULTS:Seabuckthorn oil emulsion could obviously prevent gastric ulcer and chronic atrophic gastritis induced by deoxycholic acid and stress and could decrease the index of acute gastric ulcer caused by ligature of pylorus in rats and could oppose the ulcer induced by indomethacin-ethanol significantly in mice.CONCLUSION:The results suggest that the antiulcer and anti-chronic atrophic gastritis actions of seabuckthorn oil emulsion may be related with its protection of the gastric mucosal barrier and neutralization of acid.

Methods In 50 patients with primary diagnoses as unstable angina that were undergone coronary angiography, the serum CRP levels were measured by using particle enhanced immunonephelometry. The relationships between the serum CRP level and the risk factors of CHD as well as the severity of coronary lesions were assessed. Objective To explore the analysis of Montelukast joint Budesonide clinical curative effect and safety for the treatment of infantile asthma.Methods 80 cases of pediatric asthma patients from June 2014 to June 2016 in our hospital were selected as the research object, and randomly divided into observation group and the control group,40 cases in each group, the control group treated with conventional Budesonide therapy,the observation group with the Montelukast with Budesonide therapy, compared to observe the clinical therapeutic effects of two groups of children and its adverse reactions.Results Observation group with clinical total effective rate was 100.00%, which was significantly higher than the control group 82.50%(P<0.05);The time of disappearance of asthma, the disappearance time of cough, wheezing and the disappearance of wet sound were shorter in observation group than in control group (P<0.05); After treatment,After treatment, the observation group PEF, FEV1, FEVI /FVC scores were significantly better than the control group, and observation group Hs-CRP, TNF-α, IL-6, IL-10 indicators improved better than the control group, With statistical significance (P<0.05); But there was no significant difference between the two groups in adverse reaction rate.Conclusion Children with asthma by Montelukast with Budesonide therapy of clinical effect is remarkable, can effectively improve the clinical symptoms, and will not increase adverse reactions, has high clinical application security.

OBJECTIVETo explore the feasibility of the transdiferentiation of human breast adipose-derived stem cells (hbASCs) into mammary epithelial-like cells after co-culturing in Transwell in vitro.

METHODSThe third passage hbASC and the HBL-100 cell line were co-cultured in a Transwell culture system for 15 days. The hbASCs were observed and identified by inverted phase contrast microscope and transmission electron microscopy, and immunocytochemistry staining in the induced and control groups.

RESULTSBoth the third passage hbASCs and the HBL-100 cell line cells could adhere and grow rapidly after co-culture in the Transwell system. After co-culture for 15 days, the morphology of some induced hbASCs changed into epithelial-like cells. Some induced hbASCs showed positive expression of CK18, CK19 by immunocytochemistry staining, and typical epithelium cells with microvilli, desmosomes and tonofilaments observed under TEM. The positive rate of CK18 and CK19 was (24.4 +/- 12.0)% and (21.6 +/- 16.4)% in experimental group, and (1.8 +/- 1.7)% and (1.1 +/- 0.6)% in control group.

CONCLUSIONThe data suggests that hbASCs may have the potential to transdifferentiate into human mammary epithelial-like cells after co-culturing in Transwell in vitro.

Objective To explore any effect of calorie restriction on the proliferation of satellite cells in the skeletal muscles of elderly rats.Methods Twelve male C57BL rats aged 12 or 13 months were randomly divided in to an experimental group and a control group,each of 6.The control group was fed 75.09 kJ/d as normal,while the experimental group was provided with 45.05 kJ/d (60％ of normal).The intervention lasted for 15 weeks and each rat's weight was measured every week.After the intervention,limb muscle satellite cells were sorted by fluorescenceactivated cell sorting after digestion,and the cell cycle was analyzed.Western blotting was used to assess the expression of cyclin A,D1 and E.Results There was no significant difference in the average weight of the two groups before the experiment.After the 15 weeks the average weight of the experimental group had decreased significantly (to 19.5±0.4 g),and it was significantly lighter than that of the control group (31.9±0.5 g).The average percentage of the satellite cells in the G0/G1 phase had decreased significantly in the experimental group,but the percentage in the S phase had increased significantly.The expression of cyclin A and E was significantly greater in the experimental group compared with the control group,but the expression of cyclin D1 had decreased significantly.Conclusion Caloric restriction can delay the proliferation of satellite cells in the skeletal muscles of elderly mice.
