Possessing the unique feathers of high targeting and inducing the active immunity of patients,magnetic-mediated hyperthermia(MMH)has been regarded as a very promising cancer-treatment approach.Researches about in-stent MMH for esophagus cancel have been widely carried out with focusing on heating mechanism,feasibility studies and clinical trials.

Objective To evaluate the depressed mood status of nurses from 2009 to 2013 in China,and to provide evidence for launching psychological health education.Methods PubMed,VIP database,the CNKI database were searched to find the published literatures about the detection of depressed mood among nurses from January 2009 to December 2013.According to exclusion criteria the studies were screened,and the qualities of included studies were evaluated and Meta-analysis software was used for Meta-analysis.Results Totally 633 literatures were included.After screening a total of 583 literatures were excluded,after further study on the full text of literature,eventually 30 literatures were included,a total of 12 626 people,6 946 cases were detected with depressed mood.The Meta-analysis results showed that the total depressed mood detection rate was 42.5％.There was no significant difference among genders,working years,and educational background; but ages may play a role in occurrence of depression.Conclusions Depressed mood of Chinese nurses was significantly higher than the general population,and older nurses were suffered from more serious depression.

The employment of college graduates becomes rigorous;it is of great importance to establish an entire process of employment instruction system.Therefore,the position of vocational advisor should be improved,and the different classification instruction should be given to different grades of college graduates,to work further with the directive of social division of labors.

Objective To explore occupational stress level and chronic illnesses prevalence of nurses in Xinjiang first-class hospital and provide scientific basis of reducing the nurses' occupational stress and improving health interventions.Methods Using stratified cluster sampling method,1 585 nurses were investigated occupational stress level and the chronic diseases who were from Xinjiang around the five states 3 armour hospital.Results Compared with national norm,the nurses had high professional task scored 177.79±29.85 and tension scored 102.46±22.18,individual coping scores from resources scored 119.84±24.06 were lower.The propotion of low,moderate,high tension nurse respectively was 6.1％ (97/1 585),47.1％ (746/1 585),46.8％ (742/1 585).Night shift frequency,nationality,title and average monthly income difference were statistically significant in terms of occupational stress level (x2=1.28-37.96,all P＜0.05).Joint disease,neck lumbar disease,chronic digestive system disease prevalence of nurse were higher,its morbidity rates were 10.9％(172/1 585),24.9％(394/1 585) and 22.1％(350/1 585) respectively.Presence of chronic diseases of the digestive system in high,medium and low tension was statistically difference (x2=9.558,P ＜ 0.01).Conclusions Occupational stress level of nurse is higher,and chronic diseases occurences are associated with occupational stress level.So the nurses occupational stress need to control so as to reduce chronic diseases.

OBJECTIVEThis study was conducted to investigate the correlation between anemia and postoperative chemotherapy in elderly cancer patients.

METHODSOne hundred and fifty-seven elderly patients ( age ≥ 60) with pathologically confirmed breast, lung and digestive tract cancers, who had HGB ≥ 120 g/L and ECOG scores 0-2, were included in this study. We reviewed their clinicopathological data and analyzed the correlation of anemia in breast cancer patients after 1, 3 or 5 cycles and lung cancer patients after 1, 2 or 3 cycles of postoperative chemotherapy.

RESULTSAmong the 157 cases, the overall proportion of anemia was 31.8% (50/157) , with 18.8% in male and 47.2% in female patients (P < 0.001). After three cycles of chemotherapy, the proportion of anemia was 57.9% in lung cancer, 34.5% in breast cancer, 26.3% in gastric cancer and 9.3% in colorectal cancer patients (P < 0.001). The proportion of anemia during 5 cycles chemotherapy (three cycles in lung cancer) was gradually increasing. In the lung cancer patients, anemia was observed in 66.7% of patients who received vinorelbine plus cispiatin regimen and 25.0% of cases who received vinorelbine regimen chemotherapy (P = 0.044).

CONCLUSIONSIn most elderly patients with normal hemoglobin level and in good conditions, the chemotherapy-related anemia is mild and less frequent. Age should not limit the adjuvant chemotherapy in elderly cancer patients. Attention should be paid to the possibility of anemia in elderly female lung cancer patients receiving multiple cycle platinum-based chemotherapy regimens.

Objective:To study the antitumor effect of combination therapy with adenoviral transfer of mouse endostatin gene and cyclophosphamide chemotherapy on mouse Lewis lung cancer.Methods:Mouse endostatin gene was cloned into repli-cation-defective adenovirus by virus recombination technology to construct Ad-mES,adenovirus vector coding mouse endo-statin gene,and then its biological activities were surveyed in vivo.Animal models of mouse Lewis lung carcinoma in C57BL/6mice were established and randomly divided into4groups(n=10):including control,chemotherapy,gene therapy,and chemotherapy+gene therapy group.Mice received cyclophosphamide150mg/kg s.c.3times a day in a21-d cycle for chemotherapy;control group received0.9%normal saline100?l.Ad-mES(6?10 9 pfu/100?l)were administrated by multi-spots intra-tumor injection to every mouse in gene therapy group and combination therapy group.The tumor sizes were mea-sured at different times points.The expression of endostatin after transfer was detected by Western blot and the microvessel density(MVD)of tumor was measured by immunohistochemical examination.Results:Higher titers of recombinant aden-oviruses(Ad-mES)were constructed.Combination therapy with Ad-mES and cyclophosphamide inhibited tumor growth(P

Objective To understand the causes and the ratio of cause constituents in children with chronic cough in Beijing. Methods Patients with chronic cough treated at respiratory clinic of the Children' s Hospital Affiliated to Capital Institute of Pediatrics from May 2009 to April 2011 were included in this study. Etiologic diagnostic procedure suggested for children by the Subspecialty Group of Respiratory Diseases,the Society of Pediatrics,Chinese Medical Association in 2008 was implemented to manage the patients. After three - month follow - up,the etiological data was analyzed. Results Totally 213 patients with chronic cough aged 1. 1 to 14. 0 years old were enrolled,inclu-ding 40 cases(18. 8% )aged≤3 years old,134 cases(62. 9% )aged ﹥ 3 to 6 years old,and 39 cases(18. 3% ) aged ﹥ 6 years old. The majority of patients with positive allergen tests were sensitized to inhaled allergens. One child had positive result in 24 - hour esophageal pH monitoring,but his cough didn't respond well to the specific treatment for gastroesophageal reflux,so he wasn't diagnosed as gastroesophageal reflux cough. The 4 leading causes of the 213 pa-tients with chronic cough were cough variant asthma(CVA)in 92 cases(43. 2% ),CVA associated with upper airway cough syndrome(UACS)in 57 cases(26. 8% ),UACS in 28 cases(13. 2% ),respiratory infection and post - infec-tion cough(PIC)in 26 cases(12. 2% ),while other causes were found in 8 cases(3. 7% ),and unknown etiology in 2 cases(0. 9% ). The incidence of CVA ranked top 1 in all the 3 age groups,followed by PIC in ≤3 years old group, while CVA associated with UACS in the other 2 age groups. Conclusions CVA,CVA associated with UACS,UACS and PIC were the 4 leading causes for children with chronic cough in Beijing. Children in different age groups had dif-ferent constituents ratio of causes of chronic cough.

Objective To study the effects of alternating magnetic field with different intensities on the proliferation of human squa-mous tongue cancer cells in vitro. Methods Viable cells with the OD value cell and flow cytometry were revealed through MTT assay to evaluate the proliferation and apeptosis and cell cycle respectively after the cells were exposed to electromagnetic fields of different intensity (5mT,8mT,11mT) once per day lasting 1 hour for 3 days. The sham -exposure controls were correspondingly established. Results We compared the electromagnetic field groups with the normal groups by MTT assay after 24,48,72 hours. By analyzing the data in SPSS sta-tistical software , we found that the OD value of electromagnetic field groups was significantly less than that of the control groups (P <0.01) . The rates of apoptosis cells by flow cytometry revealed that EMF groups had no change as compared with control groups. But the cell cycle displayed significant chang at 0.5rot. Conclusion The cells displayed significant changes with obvious Tca8113 cell prolifera-tion inhibition and hold - up cell cycle after being exposed to alternating magnetic field of different intensity. But human squamous tongue cancer ceils could not be induced to apeptosis.

OBJECTIVE　To establish a method for the determination of paeoniflorin in Fufang Biejia Ruangan tablet.METHODS　The tablets were extracted with 50% ethanol.The sample solution was applied on a silica gel G-CMC plate and developed with chloroform-methanol-glacial acetic acid (85∶13∶2) and was sprayed with sulfuric acid containing 5% vanillin.The separated spot was determined by scanning with CS-930 at λS=575 nm,λR=700 nm.RESULTS　The average recovery was 97.60% and the RSD was 3.67%.CONCLUSION　The results showed that this method is sensitive,specific,accurate and reproducible.

Objective To assess the clinical features of newly diagnosed primary Sjogren's syndrome (pSS). Methods Patients were diagnosed according to the international consensus criteria for Sjogren's Syndrome published in 2002. Clinical manifestations and laboratory tests of 86 pSS cases hospitalized in Nanjing Drum Tower Hospital in the past two years were reviewed. Results Among the 86 patients, 95.3% were female and the average disease onset age was 38.6 years. The median time from disease onset to diagnosis was 6 months. Dry mouth, dry eyes and arthralgia were the most common symptoms. Hematologic involvement was found to be prominent in these patients (69.8%). The incidence of abnormal liver function, interstitial lung disease and pulmonary arterial hypertension was 19.8%, 8.2% and 5.8% simultaneously. Younger patients (less than 18 years old) had lower frequency of dry mouth and dry eyes but higher ffrequency of fever and lymph nodes enlargement than the elderly patients (P<0.05). Patients with positive anti-SSA or anti-SSB antibodies had higher incidence of hematological changes as well as ESR than those with negative auto-antibodia. Elevated globulin/IgG and positive antinuclear antibody or rheumatoid factor (P< 0.05). Conclusion pSS is not always a benign disease. Some patients will develop vital organ damages very early and thus need to be identified and treated in time. It should not be overemphasize the importance of dry mouth and dry eyes for the diagnosis of pSS, especially in young patients. Those patients who have fever, high globulin level and positive rheumatoid factor of unknown origin should be screened for pSS.
