Three compounds were isolated from solid culture of endophyte Myrothecium roridum IFB-E091 in Artemisia annua. Their structures were determined as (S)-(-)-N-[2-(3-hydroxy-2-oxo-2,3-dihydro-1H-indol-3-yl)-ethyl]-acetamide (1), N-(4-hydroxyphenethyl)acetamide (2) and asperfumoid (3), in which compound 1 was a new indole derivative. In cytotoxicity assay, the compound 1 had no obvious inhibition activity in human hepatoma cell line SMMC-7721 and human cervical carcinoma cell line HeLa.

Objective To analyze the serotypes of enteroviruses(EVs) isolated from patients with influenza-like illness in Beijing in 2017. Methods Oropharyngeal swab specimens were collected from pa-tients with influenza-like illness in eight districts of Beijing from July 2017 to October 2017. EVs were detec-ted by real-time PCR. Specific primers were synthesized and used to amplify the VP1 fragments of EVs. PCR products were sequenced and the results were compared with the reference sequences by using Basic Lo-cal Alignment Search Tool(BLAST) to identify the serotypes of isolated EVs. Results A total of 666 spec-imens were collected and 91 (13.66%) were positive for EVs. VP1 sequences of 66 EVs were successfully amplified and BLAST analysis revealed that these strains belonged to 14 serotypes,including seven serotypes of EV-A species,six serotypes of EV-B species and one serotype of Rhinovirus species. The predominant se-rotypes were CVA2 and CVA6. Eight out of 14 CVA6 strains that were collected in Shunyi District shared high homology. All seven CVB5 strains were collected in Shijingshan District and grouped into one cluster. Conclusion EVs causing influenza-like illness in Beijing in 2017 belonged to 14 serotypes and CVA2 and CVA6 were the predominant serotypes.

But ERAS are rarely used in the field of interventional bronchoscopy. In recent years, more and more researchers have begun to explore the application of ERAS in bronchoscopic interventional therapy. OBJECTIVETo analyze the distribution characteristics of hirsutism and the law of meridian differentiation in polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS).

METHODSFor the patients of PCOS, the modified Ferriman-Gallwey score (mF-G score) was adopted to evaluate the hirsutism distribution. The clementine data mining software was used to analyze the distribution region of hirsutism and the correlation with meridian.

RESULTSA total of 141 patients of PCOS participated in the study. The most common regions of hirsutism were in the upper lip (50.35%) and the lower abdomen (34.04%). The higher frequencies of hirsutism at two regions were at the upper lip and lower abdomen (24.82%), the upper lip and chest (12.06%) and the upper lip and thigh (11.35%). In the analysis on the correlation of the upper lip, lower abdomen and chest with other regions, hirsutism was more common in the nearby regions. In reference to the running course of meridian, the frequencies of hirsutism from high to low were the conception vessel (63.12%), the thoroughfare vessel (61.70%), the liver meridian of foot-(58.16%) and the stomach meridian of foot-(57.45%). According to:-, the high incidence of hirsutism (59.57%） resulted from the change ofand blood inmeridian. .

CONCLUSIONBlood plays the important role in the growth of body hair. Regarding theattribution, the incidence of hirsutism at theregions is higher than theregions. The occurrence of hirsutism is closely related toand blood changes in meridians. The conception vessel, the thoroughfare vessel, the liver meridian of foot-andmeridian act highly on the disease.
