BACKGROUND: Most of previous researches on the emotion regulation ability only took children as objects.There were very few studies to investigate the adolescents' emotion regulation ability.There are fewer researches tried to study over-province large sampling to get general situation of Chinese adolescents' emotion regulation ability. Very few studies have taken emotion regulation as independent factor and explored its developmental rules OBJECTIVE:To analyze the characters of grade and gender in emotion regulation ability of Chinese adolescents DESIGN:Cross-sectional sampling survey questionnaire with adolescents as subjects SETTING:Institute of Developmental Psychology of Beijing Normal University.PARTICIPANTS:Totally 11 855 students from junior and senior high schools in Beijing,Henan,Chongqing,Zhejiang and Xinjiang, 13 high schools are included.METHODS:The present study uses "the adolescents' emotion regulaPsychology Institute, Beijing Normal University) as measuring tool to grouply test with the class as a unit. The tests in the 5 districts were completed within 2 weeks. The questionnaire is a 5-point scale.The level of emotion regulation is the mean score of the 14 items. And the higher points means higher level of emotion regulation.in emotion regulation between different grades of adolescent.RESULTS:Main effect of gender is not significant (F(1.11843)=0.040,P=0.842),while main effect of grads is significant (F(5.11843)=101.437,P=0.000),and interaction effect between gender and grades is significant (F(5.11843)=3.812,P=0.002).CONCLUSION:The emotion regulation ability of adolescents increased with the increasing grade but being stable after grade 11;the girls' emotion regulation ability exceeds the boys' gradually in grade 11,and there is no difference in the emotion regulation ability between boys and girls in grade 12.

Objective To investigate the distribution and antimicrobial resistance of pathogens isolated from surgi-cal patients with infection.Methods Distribution and antimicrobial resistance of 1 208 pathogens isolated from sur-gical patients with infection from January 2013 to January 2014 were analyzed retrospectively.Results Of 1 208 pathogenic isolates,gram-negative bacteria,gram-positive bacteria and fungi accounted for 64.57% (n = 780 ), 24.92%(n = 301 )and 10.51 % (n = 127 )respectively.The main specimens were sputum (44.78%),urine (21 .11 %),blood(11 .51 %),and pus(10.26%).Antimicrobial susceptibility testing results showed that the produ-cing rate of extended-spectrumβ-lactamases (ESBLs)of Escherichia coli and Klebsiella pneumoniae was 62.60%and 33.61 % respectively,resistant rate to imipenem was 0.76% and 15.57%,respectively.The resistant rate of Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Acinetobacter baumannii to imipenem was 38.93% and 75.80% respectively.Methi-cillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus and methicillin-resistant coagulase negative Staphylococcus was 71 .68% and 87.93% respectively.Conclusion The major pathogens isolated from surgical patients with infection are gram-neg-ative bacteria,the main infection sites are respiratory tract and urinary tract in this hospital;multidrug resistance is serious,especially carbapenem resistance,which should be paid attention.

Objective:To explore the efforts of applying mindfulness stress reduction therapy in alleviating stress reactions and burnout among head nurses in the context of the Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19).Methods:This was a quasi experimental study. In June 2021, 109 head nurses with mild or above burnout measured by Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI) from 12 hospitals in Zhangjiagang City were selected as the research objects to implement mindfulness-based stress reduction therapy for 8 weeks, and the scores of the Five Facet Mindfulness Question-naire (FFMQ), Stress Response Questionnaire (SRQ) and MBI of the head nurses were compared before and after the intervention.Results:The five dimensions of observation, description, perceived action, non-judgment, and non-response and the total scores of the FFMQ were (26.28 ± 1.32), (26.94 ± 1.29), (25.49 ± 0.99), (25.45 ± 1.05), (23.48 ± 1.01), and (127.63 ± 3.78) of the post-intervention, which were higher than the pre-intervention scores of (25.04 ± 1.37), (25.04 ± 1.37), (25.37 ± 1.18), (24.15 ± 1.00), (24.09 ± 0.98), (22.26 ± 1.04), and (120.90 ± 4.06), with statistically significant differences ( t values were -39.21- -15.36, all P<0.01). The three dimensions of emotional, somatic, and behavioral responses and total scores of the post-intervention SRQ were (27.70 ± 6.12), (20.75 ± 4.20), (15.19 ± 3.11), and (65.99 ± 12.43), respectively, lower than the pre-intervention scores of (29.19 ± 6.91), (21.86 ± 5.20), (16.48 ± 4.16), and (70.12 ± 15.97), with statistically significant differences ( t values were 5.70-9.33, all P<0.01); the scores of dimensions of emotional exhaustion and depersonalization in post-intervention MBI were (26.24 ± 4.60) and (5.96 ± 1.25), lower than the pre-intervention scores of (29.66 ± 6.02) and (6.90 ± 1.59). The post-intervention scores of personal fulfillment (32.37 ± 5.02), higher than the pre-intervention scores of (28.60 ± 6.04), all with statistically significant differences ( t=15.36, 13.50, -9.65, all P<0.01). Conclusions:The implementation of mindfulness stress reduction therapy for the head nurses can relieve their work pressure due to the prevention and control of the COVID-19 epidemic, reshape their healthy psychology, and reduce job burnout.

Objective:To systematically evaluate the clinical efficacy of compound α-ketoacid tablets in the treatment of diabetic kidney disease (DKD).Methods:CNKI, Wanfang database, EMBASE, PubMed and Cochrane Library database were searched for eligible records published from the establishment of individual database to November 13 th, 2022. The quality of the included studies were assessed, data were extracted, and meta-analysis was conducted using RevMan5.3. Results:A total of 26 randomized controlled trials were included, with a total of 2 790 DKD patients (1 465 in the experimental group and 1 325 in the control group). Multiple parameters were significantly improved in the experimental group compared with the control group, including 24-hour urinary protein, blood creatinine, urea nitrogen, nutritional index, oxidative stress level, fasting blood glucose, glycated hemoglobin, homocysteine, HGF, VEGF, TGF-β1, and systolic blood pressure.Conclusions:Limited low-quality evidence showed that compound α-ketoacid tablets combined with low-protein diet may be related to the improved 24-hour urinary protein, renal function, and glucose metabolism in patients with DKD. Due to the lack of randomized controlled trials designed for respective stages of DKD, the inclusion criteria of our study were relatively general, possibly leading to the lack of pertinence of the results. Some indicators showed apparent heterogeneity among different groups, and more high-quality multi-center studies with large sample sizes are still needed to verify our findings.

BackgroundElderly cataract patients with depressive symptoms have heavier self-perceived burden， and worse vision-related quality of life compared to patients without depressive symptoms， resulting in the increase of family burden. Most previous studies showed that family relationship and vision were the main factors leading to depression in elderly cataract patients， and ignored the effects of self-feeling and complicated diseases on the psychological state of elderly cataract patients. ObjectiveTo explore the relationship between depressive symptoms， self-perceived burden and postoperative vision-related quality of life in elderly cataract patients， and to analyze the risk factors of depressive symptoms. So as to provide references for targeted psychological intervention in this population. MethodsA total of 104 elderly cataract patients admitted to Jiangsu Province Hospital （The First Affiliated Hospital with Nanjing Medical University） from July 1， 2020 to December 31， 2022 were included. General information， self-perceived burden and postoperative vision-related quality of life were investigated by self-designed questionnaire， Patients' Health Questionnaire depressive Scale-9 item （PHQ-9）， Self-Perceived Burden Scale （SPBS） and National Eye Institute Visual Function Questionnaire-25 （NEI-VFQ-25）. Pearson correlation analysis was performed to analyze the correlation among PHQ-9， SPBS and NEI-VFQ-25 scores. Logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the influencing factors of depressive symptoms in eldery cataract patients. ResultsA total of 100 elderly cataract patients completed an effective questionnaire survey. Among the participants， 31 cases （31.00%） were found to have depressive symptoms. The depressive group exhibited significantly higher SPBS score （t=11.062， P<0.01） and significantly lower NEI-VFQ-25 score （t=-5.235， P<0.01） than those of the non-depressive group. Pearson correlation analysis showed a positive correlation between PHQ-9 and SPBS score （r=0.485， P<0.01）， and a negative correlation between PHQ-9 and NEI-VFQ-25 score （r=-0.440， P<0.01）. Complicated with diabetes （OR=1.441， P<0.01）， osteoarthritis （OR=1.324， P<0.05） and high SPBS score （OR=1.340， P<0.05） were risk factors of depressive sympptoms in elderly cataract patients. ConclusionThe detection rate of depressive symptoms in elderly cataract patients is higher， and postoperative vision-related quality of life in elderly cataract patients complicated with depressive symptoms is poor. Objective To evaluate the feasibility of a low-dose one-stop-shop cardiac CT imaging protocol with third-generation dual-source CT (DSCT). Methods Totally 23 coronary artery disease (CAD) patients were prospectively enrolled between March to September in 2016. All patients underwent an ATP stress dynamic myocardial perfusion imaging (MPI) (data acquired prospectively ECG-triggered during end systole by table shuttle mode in 32 seconds) at 70 kV combined with prospectively ECG-triggered high-pitch coronary artery angiography (CCTA) on a third-generation DSCT system. Myocardial blood flow (MBF) was quantified and compared between perfusion normal and abnormal myocardial segments based on AHA-17-segment model. CCTA images were evaluated qualitatively based on SCCT-18-segment model and the effective dose(ED) was calculated. In patients with subsequent catheter coronary angiography (CCA) as reference,the diagnosis performance of MPI (for per-vessel ≥50% and ≥70% stenosis) and CCTA (for≥50% stenosis) were assessed. Results Of 23 patients who had completed the examination of ATP stress MPI plus CCTA,12 patients received follow-up CCA. At ATP stress MPI,77 segments (19.7%) in 13 patients (56.5%) had perfusion abnormalities. The MBF values of hypo-perfused myocardial segments decreased significantly compared with normal segments [(93±22)ml/(100 ml·min) vs. (147±27)ml/(100 ml·min);t=15.978,P=0.000]. At CCTA,93.9% (308/328) of the coronary segments had diagnostic image quality. With CCA as the reference standard,the per-vessel and per-segment sensitivity,specificity,and accuracy of CCTA for stenosis≥50% were 94.1%,93.5%,and 93.7% and 90.9%,97.8%,and 96.8%,and the per-vessel sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of ATP stress MPI for stenosis≥50% and ≥70% were 68.7%,100%,and 89.5% and 91.7%,100%,and 97.9%. The total ED of MPI and CCTA was (3.9±1.3) mSv [MPI:(3.5±1.2) mSv,CCTA:(0.3±0.1) mSv]. Conclusion The third-generation DSCT stress dynamic MPI at 70 kV combined with prospectively ECG-triggered high-pitch CCTA is a feasible and reliable tool for clinical diagnosis,with remarkably reduced radiation dose.

To investigate the correlation of different types of urinary abnormalities or different proteinuria and hematuria with the pathological injury of kidney in IgA nephropathy with isolated hematuria and/or mild proteinuria.
 Methods: Patients with primary IgA nephropathy, isolated hematuria and/or mild proteinuria were enrolled in the Department of Nephrology, the Second Xiangya Hospital, Central South University from January 2013 to January 2018. According to the difference of red blood cell count in urinary sediment and quantitative of 24-hour urinary protein (24 h-UP) during renal biopsy, the patients were grouped in 3 ways: a simple hematuria group, a hematuria and proteinuria group, and a simple proteinuria group; a proteinuria I group, a proteinuria II group, and a proteinuria III group; a hematuria I group, a hematuria II group, and a hematuria III group. The clinical parameters such as age, mean arterial pressure, blood urea nitrogen, serum creatinine, blood uric acid, 24 h-UP, and renal pathological damage were compared.
 Results: A total of 157 patients met the inclusion criteria, including 71 males and 86 females. The most common pathological type was focal and/or segmental glomerulosclerosis. The Lee's classification were dominated by grade III and IV, and the renal pathological injury was heavy. Immunoglobulin deposition was dominated by simple IgA deposition. The most common fluorescence intensity of IgA deposition was +++. 97 (61.78%) patients were accompanied by complement deposition and were mainly composed of simple complement C3 deposition. There were 18 patients (11.47%) in the simple hematuria group, 111 patients (70.70%) in the hematuria and proteinuria group, and 28 patients (17.83%) in the simple proteinuria group. Compared with the simple hematuria group, the proportion of patients with mild injury was lower in the simple proteinuria group, and the proportion of patients with moderate-to-severe injuries was increased (χ2=7.053, P=0.008). Compared with the hematuria and proteinuria group, the proportion of patients with mild injury was lower in the simple proteinuria group, and the proportion of patients with moderate-to-severe injury was increased (χ2=4.294, P=0.038). Compared with the proteinuria I group, the proportion of patients with mild injury was lower in the proteinuria III group, and the proportion of patients with moderate-to-severe injury was increased (χ2=5.433, P=0.020). There was no significant difference in the proportion of patients with renal pathological injury among different hematuria groups (P>0.05).
 Conclusion: The clinical manifestations of patients with IgA nephropathy with hematuria and/or mild proteinuria are inconsistent with renal pathological damage. Some patients with mild clinical manifestations have severe renal pathological damage and the renal pathological damage is more serious in simple proteinuria. The more proteinuria, the heavier the renal pathological damage.

Objective 　To investigate the optimized range of body mass index (BMI) selection for patients undergoing 70 kV high-pitch dual-source coronary CT angiography (CCTA) on the third-generation dual-source CT (DSCT). Methods 　Patients undergoing prospective high-pitch ultra-low contrast media (CM) CCTA on the third-generation DSCT using the automatic tube voltage selection at 70 kV were included and divided into three groups:group A,with BMI≤24 kg/m;group B,with 24 kg/m0.05). Subjective image quality in group A(Z=2.91,P=0.004) and B(Z=2.27,P=0.021) were both significantly better than that in group C. Conclusion 　The ultra-low tube voltage (70 kV) combined with ultra-low CM CCTA protocol on third-generation high-pitch DSCT may be better for patients with BMI<28 kg/m2 than those with BMI ≥28 kg/min China.

ObjectiveTo analyze the adverse reactions associated with the clinical use of Banxia （Rhizoma Pinelliae）- Wutou （Aconitum） in the same formula， with the aim of providing a reference for the safety of their clinical application. MethodsLiterature on the clinical application of antagonistic herbs "Banxia-Wutou" used in the same formula， published from January 1st， 2014， to June 30th， 2023， was retrieved from databases including CNKI， VIP， Wanfang， SinoMed， PubMed， Cochrane Library， and Embase. A database was established， and information related to adverse reactions was extracted， including descriptions， classifications， specific manifestations， management and outcomes， patients' primary diseases （western medicine diseases and traditional Chinese medicine diagnoses and syndromes）， and medication information （dosage， ratio， administration routes， and dosage forms）. ResultsA total of 79 researches simultaneously used antagonistic herbs Banxia-Wutou in the same formula and reported associated advers reactions. Gastrointestinal adverse reactions were the most common， with 8 studies reporting management of adverse reactions and 3 studies reporting improvement with no intervention. Among the 11 researches， the adverse reaction relieved to extant， while other 69 researches didn't report the managment of adverse reaction and its prognosis. For the primary disease in western medicine system， chronic bronchitis and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD） were most common， while gastric pain was the most common symptom in traditional Chinese medicine with spleen and kidney deficiency and spleen stomach cold deficiency being the most frequent syndromes. The most common Banxia dosage was 10 g， while for the Wutou， Fuzi （Radix Aconiti Lateralis Praeparata） was predominant with the highest dose at 15 g. The most frequent herbal combination was Banxia-fuzi， with a 1∶1 ratio. The main administration route was oral， and the primary dosage form was decoction. ConclusionGastrointestinal adverse reactions are the most common in the clinical use of Banxia-Wutou antagonistic herb combinations. Research on the safety of "Banxia-Wutou" combinations should focus on respiratory system diseases and spleen-stomach related conditions.

Ginsenoside Rb1, the effective constituent of ginseng, has been demonstrated to play favorable roles in improving the immunity system. However, there is little study on the osteogenesis and angiogenesis effect of Ginsenoside Rb1. Moreover, how to establish a delivery system of Ginsenoside Rb1 and its repairment ability in bone defect remains elusive. In this study, the role of Ginsenoside Rb1 in cell viability, proliferation, apoptosis, osteogenic genes expression, ALP activity of rat BMSCs were evaluated firstly. Then, micro-nano HAp granules combined with silk were prepared to establish a delivery system of Ginsenoside Rb1, and the osteogenic and angiogenic effect of Ginsenoside Rb1 loaded on micro-nano HAp/silk in rat calvarial defect models were assessed by sequential fluorescence labeling, and histology analysis, respectively. It revealed that Ginsenoside Rb1 could maintain cell viability, significantly increased ALP activity, osteogenic and angiogenic genes expression. Meanwhile, micro-nano HAp granules combined with silk were fabricated smoothly and were a delivery carrier for Ginsenoside Rb1. Significantly, Ginsenoside Rb1 loaded on micro-nano HAp/silk could facilitate osteogenesis and angiogenesis. All the outcomes hint that Ginsenoside Rb1 could reinforce the osteogenesis differentiation and angiogenesis factor's expression of BMSCs. Moreover, micro-nano HAp combined with silk could act as a carrier for Ginsenoside Rb1 to repair bone defect.
