Objective To understand the water source type, the water supply way and drinking water quality in the pastoral areas in Qinghai Province. Methods One hundred and thirteen water samples in 11 counties were collected in the rainy season in 2006 and the water samples were tested according to the methods in Analytical Methods for Water and Sanitary Standard for Drinking Water Quality (2001),Sanitary Standard for Drinking Water Quality(2001). Results 1 741 231 population were investigated, the population consuming centralized water supply and dispersed water supply were 1 013 283(58.19%) and 727 948(41.8%) respectively. The population of drinking underground water occupied 76.4%,of which, drinking spring water occupied 83.2% and drinking well water occupied 4.6%. The population of drinking ground water occupied 23.6%,of which, drinking river water occupied 53.6%,drinking lake water occupied 0.2%. There were 638 centralized water supply plants,of which, only 11 water plants had complete water treatment. The dispersed water supply was consisted of manpower(84.7%),handpump(9.8%) and machine(5.5%). 51 of 113 water samples were up to standard, the overall eligible rate was 45.1%,of which the eligible rate of ground water was 25.9%,underground water was 51.2%,centralized water supply was 56.8%,dispersed water supply was 15.6%,showed the significant difference(P

This paper reports clinical and cytogenetic studies on 20 cases of congenital ovary dysgenesis (Turner syndrome). The clinical studies included the history, physical and pelvic examinations, blood FSH, LH and estradiol determinations, and pneumoperitoneography, Cytogenetic studies on the karyotype of lymphocytes were performed with G,C banding and high resolution chromosome banding techniques. There were karyotypes with 45,X in 12 cases,46, XX/45,X in 2 cases, 45,X/46,XX/46,XXp- in 2 cases, 45, X/46,Xi (Xq) in 2 cases,45,X(Xqace) in one case and 46,Xi(Xq) in one case. One of these patients (46,XX/45,X) had a term pregnancy, and a girl has grown well. Treatment was mainly low-dose estrogen replacement therapy with cyclic administration of progesterone. These patients were followed up from four months to 20 years. Six of them were married with normal sexual activity. The patients' height was increased by 2 to 10 cm after treatment. It is concluded that the supporting treatment is beneficial whenever the diagnosis is made.

Objective:To investigate the curative effects of Beck's cognitive therapy (BCT) combined with transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) on post-stroke sleep disorders in patients. Methods:A total of 120 patients with post-stroke sleep disorders who were diagnosed and treated in Wenzhou Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine between January and December 2020 were included in this study. They were randomly assigned to undergo TMS (TMS group), BCT (BCT group), or TMS plus BCT (combined group) ( n = 40/group). Before and after treatment, sleep quality and mental state scores were evaluated in each group. Results:After treatment, the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) score in the combined group [(5.68 ± 0.33) points] was significantly lower than that in the TMS group [(9.11 ± 0.83) points] and BCT group [(11.37 ± 1.06) points, F = 512.63, P < 0.001]. Sleep efficiency in the combined group [(56.73 ± 2.62)%] was significantly higher than that in the TMS group [(39.55 ± 3.02)%] and BCT group [(35.23 ± 1.41)%, F = 863.59, P < 0.001]. The Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) scores and Self-Rating Depression Scale (SDS) scores were significantly lower in the combined group compared with the TMS and BCT groups ( F = 412.52, 310.60, both P < 0.001). Conclusion:BCT combined with TMS can effectively improve sleep quality and reduce negative emotions in patients with post-stroke sleep disorders.

Objective:To explore combined detection of mad2 with anti-nuclear mitotic spindle apparatus antibody(MSA)and anti-centromere antibody(ACA)and their clinical value for the diagnosis of small cell lung cancer(SCLC).Methods:One hundred and twen-ty SCLC patients,110 non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)patients, and 115 pulmonary nodule(PN)patients were enrolled in this study. The expression of mad2 was analyzed by qt-PCR.MSA and ACA were detected by indirect immunofluorescence(IIF)staining.Results:mad2 was overexpressed in SCLC and NSCLC samples(P<0.05).There were significant differences between the results obtained for SCLC and NSCLC samples by qt-PCR(P<0.05).AUC in ROC curve for mad2 expression was 0.799 with an intermediate diagnostic value. In the correlative analysis, the odds ratio of MSA and ACA was 6.94 and 5.60,respectively.In the correlation analysis,Kappa value of mad2 with MSA was 0.49,and Kappa value of mad2 with ACA was 0.42.In the parallel analysis, the sensitivity and specificity was 83.31% and 79.34%,respectively,while the Youden Index was 0.62.Moreover,in the serial analysis, the sensitivity and specificity was 65.32% and 93.35%,respectively,and the Youden Index was 0.59.Conclusions:In comparison with the NSCLC and PN samples,mad2 was overexpressed in SCLC samples.Therefore,mad2 ought to play a critical role in the pathology of SCLC.The combined expression of mad2 with MSA and ACA may contribute to enhancing the sensitivity and specificity of detection;this expression may allow early diag-nosis and clinical diagnosis of SLCC and may be a promising treatment for SCLC.

Chronic superficial gastritis(CSG)is a common disease of the digestive system that possesses a serious pathogenesis.Jinhong tablet(JHT),a traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)prescription, exerts therapeutic effects against CSG.However, the molecular basis of its therapeutic effect has not been clarified.Herein,we employed ultra-performance liquid chromatography coupled with quadrupole time-of-flight tandem mass spectrometry(UPLC-Q/TOF-MS)based chemical profile identification to determine the chemical components in JHT.Further,we applied network pharmacology to illustrate its molecular mechanisms.A total of 96 chemical constituents were identified in JHT,31 of which were confirmed using reference standards.Based on the bioinformatics analysis using the symptom-guided pharmacological networks of"chi,""blood,""pain,"and"inflammation,"and target screening through the interaction probabilities between compounds and targets, matrix metalloproteinase 2(MMP2),dopamine d2 receptor(DRD2),and Aldo-keto reductase family 1 member B1(AKR1B1)were identified as key targets in the therapeutic effect exhibited by JHT against CSG.Moreover, according to the inhibitory activities presented in the literature and binding mode analysis, the structural types of alkaloids, flavonoids, organic acids, including chlorogenic acid(10),caffeic acid(13),(-)-corydalmine(33),(-)-isocorypalmine(36),isochlorogenic acid C(38),isochlorogenic acid A(41),quercetin-3-O-α-L-rhamnoside(42),isochlorogenic acid B(47),quercetin(63),and kaempferol(70)tended to show remarkable activities against CSG.Owing to the above findings,we systematically identified the chemical components of JHT and revealed its molecular mechanisms based on the symptoms associated with CSG.
